Hello - 1st time user of the mobile planner here & getting a bit tied up in knots! I am leaving the UK on Tuesday & have a reservation on Eurostar. I will travel from Exeter. The planner gives me a 10.15am Exeter train to connect with my Eurostar. I want to get an earlier train from Exeter but can't see how to change it. The filter to give me longer transfer time is already at the max. Any suggestions? Thanks

+10Just add each train separately, that way you can choose exactly each train you want.
Also please note that the app shows incorrect times for Eurostar departures, due to a weird decision by Interrail. So for example if you’re on the 1431 Eurostar, it’ll show as 1356 in the planner (then 1431 if you tap on it).
Ah, I see! Thank you. I tried adding 2 trips separately but couldn't find the Eurostar that I have a reservation for but I will try it again with that information. Brilliant. Thank you so much. Fingers crossed
