Hello, I want to apply for https://www.jugendherberge.de/en/membership/eurail/ German Youth Hostel Membership - but there is a “Please submit a copy of your Eurail invoice as a “PDF file”.” And I did not pay for my pass - it was granted to me as a part of a programme. How do I get an invoice or some other document that they will maybe accept?

Hello,I have won a 7-day Polish-German Friendship Pass, and I have a question about how it works.In the tutorial video, I noticed that it might be possible to pause the pass. Does this mean that, during my trip, I can stay in Berlin for three days, pause the pass during my stay, and then reactivate it afterwards, so that I still have six days of train travel remaining?Or, once I activate the pass, do the seven days run consecutively, meaning that the pass continues to expire even if I stop travelling and stay in one place for a few days?

Hi everyone, Hope you are all good.I have a specific interrailing question that I would like to be answered, and I will need a reply soon because today is the last day I can refund my pass, as I purchased it a week ago  as part of the 50% discount. This was on a bit of a whim, not really sure if I was going to use it or not. It is now getting towards the deadline (this is today) by which the pass can be refunded and I will need some more information, quickly as to if it is worth progressing with.It is a months long continuous interrail pass and I will be starting in London, UK.Due to work commitments I will (realistically) only be able to take up to 13 potentially 14 days off holiday (this is Monday to Friday so two and a half weeks working days) to go interrailing. I used Interrail a month ago to travel between Switzerland and London. The only people I could find that knew how to work the app worked at ticket offices non of the ticket inspectors could help me. Is there a seamless way to use the pass. Also is there a pass that can be used over 3 or 6 months?many thanksAfam

Hello,can I risk booking my eurostar before interrail has released its timetables?Specifically, I need to book a eurostar from London on 17 December and then again back to London on 03 January but Interrail doesn’t have timetables for my journey, yet (am going to Italy and back via France - Paris and/or Lille).And can I book seat reservations directly with Eurostar (since I can’t add journeys to my pass yet), if so where/how?Thank you!Julia

We travelling from Amsterdam to Salerno for the Christmas holidays, and while we were able to book the reservation for the night train until Zurich, we are not able to get the timetable for 20 december from Milan to Salerno.I see that on TrenItalia trains are already available, so I'm afraid we won't find much availability. Do you know what could be the issue here and any solution?Thank you in advance for anyone's help!

Hi,  I bought 3 global passes, one for me and 2 for my children , about 3 months ago.    When do i need to activate them ?   And should i connect the childrens passes to my ‘ trip’ ? What is the downside to activating a pass now or waiting until later ?  Thanks in advance

Dear all, I have booked my global interrail ticket. I would like to make a reservation for the trains leading to Barcalona, but how to proceed without the interrail environment?It looks like the travelplan options for second half December and January are not yet visible in the interrail environment. Not in app and not online. I checked the international site for the Dutch rail company, and it is available there… What to do? Do I book through Eurostar site? As my wife and I approach our 80s, and having eschewed travelling by plane, we feel we want the added comfort and ease of 1st class rail travel.  We have used interrail a number of times previously for special journeys, but assumed that it would not be cost effective for a straightforward trip to Italy and back.  To my cost (literally), I have discovered that is not the case.  So in December, returning January we are going London -Paris-Lyon-Milan-Venice and then back - a total of four days of travelling.    Aside from the London to/from Paris journey, we are booking 1st/Business class seats.   As is often the way, you book tickets for various stages as the tickets become available.  All has now been booked apart from the Venice/Milan journeys where tickets are not yet available.  What is clear now, is that if I had gone through the interrail option, purchasing two 4 day 1st class pass, we would have saved around £100.   We would have also saved ourselves having to deal with dynamic pr

We wish to reserve seats on Eurorail London to Paris at the end of December, but the seats are not yet available. Any ideas when they should be released?

We booked 4 reservations on a Eurostar service from Cologne to Brussels on 2 August 2026. This service was cancelled but we have not received the reservation fee refund. I raised a Delay Compensation Request ticket on 27 August having failed to get a response to emails. I have not heard anything from Interrail since an acknowledgement that the response would take longer on 31 August. The ticket is #1536752
