As yet I have not purchased a rail card, it will most probably be second class, I  would like to travel from Milan to Bari by sleeper, cabin reservation for two, both with passes. Travel will be the end of May, so currently I can’t see what the cost will be.Can anyone advise, what the cost would be for the journey? 

How come I don’t see train schedule after 12 Dec 2026?

I really need to get from Paris to Berlin—or at least Warsaw—today. There seem to be no options at all; the Interrail website shows no available seats on TGV trains. What should I do?

Hello. My family of 4 from Australia bought an interrail global pass for our trip to Europe this December. Our transport between cities will be entirely by rail. The itinerary looks like: 20 Dec - Frankfurt → Nuremberg23 Dec - Nuremberg → Salzburg26 Dec - Salzburg → Lucerne29 Dec - Lucerne → Strasbourg2 Jan - Strasbourg → ParisI would prefer to reserve seats on all trains just for peace of mind. I know about the December train schedule change but need some clarification.  Does this mean most of the schedules for the trains we will be taking will be released soon (mid October) but I will not be able to buy tickets and make seat reservations until mid December? Will these trains be very busy at this time of year in peoples experiences? What would a seasoned train traveler plan to do in my place? thank you

I still have 1 credit and have a travel day in the Global Plus Beta pass, Seats are available in the train( requirement 1 credit only ), still I am getting the error as “ You have used all your Plus pass reservation” could some one guide me why do I get this error.

Hi - I am trying to book a seat via the Interrail site on a train from Warsaw to Krakow at 11.08 on 18th October. When I select the journey there is no button to add a reservation to my cart. I am on the Interrail website and logged in. Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong? 

Hello allWe Are a family of 4 adults travelling from Strasbourg to Rome eventually.We will travel 22nd December to to Lucerne , 25 th to Grindelwald, 29 to Zermatt , then 2 January to Pontresina via The Glacier Express (yet to book)and then the 4th on The Bernina Express (yet to book) to Tirano and then to Rome via Milan.What sort of pass do I need and how to book the 2 express trains please?

We are looking to travel to France from Yorkshire in march - first question when should I buy my interail pass, im a bit confused re activating the pass do I do this when I’m booking my journey.we are travelling from Yorkshire on LNER then Eurostar to Paris then down to Thonon in the Alps all trains look as if I need to book seats I’m thinking the pass plus would be worth it does anyone have any experience of this thany upu 

The first leg of my journey involves a Eurocity direct train from Amsterdam Zuid to Bruxelles-Midi. When I looked on NS International it looks like this train could sell out but with my pass I should be able to get on this train without purchasing a separate ticket? Because there are no seat reservations how can I make sure I have a seat on this train?I have added it to my trip on the Interrail app but I don’t see any ticket generated and I am not sure what to do. Thanks

When changing trains, it may be possible to catch an earlier train which is late. In this case it is not possible to add the train, which is late, to the pass because the regular departure time of this train is earlier than the the arrival time of the first train.In this case:I disable the first train from the pass in order to add te second (late) train to the pass. But then the statistics are incorrect. I add the second train manually to the pass. But only if I have time before the ticket control.is there another possibility to solve this problem?

Hi,  Hope the community can help.   I am a first time interrailer and travelling with my two children over Xmas week from Paris going east and returning to Paris ( 20th to 27th ) ,   I am looking to get out of Paris around 5pm on the 20th but it seems the new timetable isnt released until mid December ?     What i need to know is   What is the latest bookable Interrail-compatible train from Paris Est on Sunday 20 December 2026 to Karlsruhe, Stuttgart, Mannheim or another suitable point towards Lake Constance?And specifically:Is there a direct TGV/ICE from Paris Est after approximately 19:00?What time does it arrive?Does it require a reservation?Can three passengers travel on the Interrail pass on that service?

Hi All,  I am due to use a 5 day global pass with my kids at Xmas ( 20th to 27th ) and my question was about whether people buy tickets via the Interrail App or not.  Do you go to the train provider instead ?  If so , what is the App mainly used for ?   Thank you in advance
