News and announcements

Our network is growing! Starting today, RDC joins us as a new carrier in our network, taking over the EuroNight service between Berlin (via Hamburg) and Stockholm. 🚆🌙 For Pass holders, nothing changes with the route and train remaining valid in our network. The night train runs two to three times a week and offers travellers an overnight journey without changing trains. Check, here, for reservations

Finally bridging the gap again! Trains are back from Groningen (NL) to Leer (DE) 10 years and 10 months after the Friesenbrücke (railway bridge) was damaged. Regional operator Arriva runs every hour on this cross-border railway line, with connections in Leer towards Bremen and Hamburg. Most services require a change in Winschoten for the time being during the week, while direct trains from Groningen to Leer run during weekends. We travelled North to check it out for ourselves 👀

Sit back and enjoy modern high-speed trains on the Amsterdam-Berlin route, now travelling via Hamburg. 🚆Starting this week, the service between Amsterdam and Berlin will be rerouted due to construction works between Hannover and Berlin. Journeys will take around an hour longer, and there will be four daily departures instead of six. Some trains will also still go to Hannover. This route is expected to remain in place until at least the end of 2027.
