On 12 August 2026, I submitted two requests for compensation: case numbers 1514958 and 1515024.
On 23 September 2026, I messaged to say that I hadn't received any communication and asked when I could expect a response.
To date, 19 October 2026, I have still not received any communication from you.
There does appear delays in processing claim, but it would get reassuring to know that my claims are in the system waiting to be dealt with.
