It‘s not possible to show the QR code of my Interrail ticket. I started a day and connected a trip with it. I already tried to restart my phone etc.! The friend I‘m traveling with has the same problem.

Please explain what 'not possible’ means. It would be very useful to see the exact steps you take.
- Can you see that the switch in your trip is yellow?
- Is the button "Show ticket” active?
- What happens when you tap on "Show ticket”? Could you post a screenshot?
- Did you activate your travel day and then show the barcode in the past 24 hours?
