Hola, el día 1 de agosto salimos desde Málaga en nuestro primer viaje global pass. Cómo nos dijeron en taquilla, ya hemos reservado destino Madrid, para después ir de Madrid a Lyon. Pero no sabemos reservar este último por la app, ya que el tren es francés y no nos aparece desde Madrid. Alguien puede ayudarnos? Muchas gracias 

Posso utilizzare il german interrail pass per entrare in Germania da Bologna, per poi ritornare sempre a Bologna? Nella finestra principale c'è scritto di sì; ma leggendo più in basso nella pagina dedicata all'argomento si contraddice.Aiuto🤯

I am currently traveling in Europe with an Interrail Pass. i live in germany I learned that the Interrail Pass is invalid in the country where I live. For example, would it be invalid for travel between Munich and Salzburg?

Liebe Community, ich hab eine Frage bzgl. meiner geplanten Interrail-Reise/meinem Pass: Wenn ich an meinem letzten Reisetag mit einem Nachtzug nach Deutschland nach Hause fahre und dabei nicht den Zug wechseln muss (also letztlich vor 0 Uhr in meinen Nachtzug einsteige und dann einfach weiterfahre): Benötige ich mehr als einen Reisetag (= den Abreisetag)? Das FAQ hat mich mit verschiedenen Kapiteln etwas verwirrt, wobei die erste Antwort dort und der Interrail-Chatbot aussagen, dass man genau einen Reisetag benötigt. Konkret geht es um die Fahrt von Budapest nach Ulm, die in Budapest bereits vor 0 Uhr startet, allerdings erst nach 0 Uhr in Ulm ankommt. Vielen Dank bereits im Voraus für Eure Meinungen und Erfahrungen! Liebe GrüßeSophia————————————————————————-Dear Community,I have a question regarding my planned Interrail trip/my pass:If I take a night train home to Germany on my last day of travel, and I don't have to change trains (so ultimately I get on my night train before 0am and

Buenas tardes Compre mi pase global y por la página de internet reserve varios trenes (el pase esta comprado pero aún no lo activado) cuando voy a app railplanner no me aparecen los viajes por los que ya pague reserva ( recuerdo que las reservas las hice por la página de internet después de haber comprado el pase ) Esos viajes en que momento se verán reflejados en la aplicación??? cuando active el pase?? o si no como hago para ver los viajes que ya están reservados  Gracias 

Buenas tardesEl día de hoy compré un pase global el cual aún no activo, esto lo hice por separado con una amiga con la cual viajare, reservamos varios viajes por la página de internet (esto igual lo hicimos por separado) en los mismo horarios y mismos trenes pero en ningún momento nos dio la opción de seleccionar asiento pensando que después de activar el pase nos daría esa opción, el tema es que nos llegaron los PDF de las reservas y vienen con asientos designados de forma aleatoria, incluso los trenes que son nocturnos seleccionamos cama y paso lo mismoLa pregunta es, queremos viajar en asientos continuos que es lo debemos hacer para modificar esos asientos y como debemos hacerlo aún faltan varios meses para nuestro viaje y somos primeros ocupando el eurail, porfavor ayúdenos que estamos algos angustiados con la situación Muchas gracias

hiif i want to go from glasgow to barcelona is the full trip included , or do i need to make my own way to london ? 

i am traveling soon to uk departing from belgium but to activate my interrail pass he asks to enter a passport or ID card. do i have to enter my passport or id card because to travel to uk i have to use a passport due to brexit but the law of my country also requires me to take my id card across the border?Kind regardsjejewachter

I booked the train tickets IC 60403 from Amsterdam to Zurich (departing 9August) as part of my Europe trip. The train stopped in a few stations in Germany much longer than the scheduled time, including Frankfurt Hbf, Karlsruhe Hbf and Baden-Baden. The train was stuck at Baden-Baden until it was more than 90 minutes behind schedule, then there was an announcement saying the train would stop there and everyone had to get off. We then get on another train and ended up arriving at the destination Zurich with about 60 minutes delay. I was trying to look for compensation information, but all I found was I can get 25% refund for 60 to 120 minutes delay at departure, instead of a suddenly terminated and delayed train. Also I was required to fill in and print out a compensation form and return it to a Deutsche Bahn Travel Center if I want a refund. This is not possible for me since neither my starting station nor my destination is in Germany, and I will not go to Germany in my trip so I am not

Hi!I’m visiting Europe from NZ,  planning to buy a 4 days in one month pass for August/September. I have a couple of questions:I assume it isn’t calendar month, but 30 days? Does it matter if journeys loop back and there are gaps?Here is my plan:31st August - Hertford to Carnforth15th September - Kettering to Conwy20th September - Conwy (or Bangor) to Kettering [**2** can I return to Kettering again?]23rd September - London - Berlin **1** All travel days are within 3.5 weeks, but over two different calendar months. Thanks!

Hi,Tomorrow I travel from Interlaken to Gimmelwald. None of the route is included in the pass however if I buy the tickets at the station I can get a 25% discount on the ticket. However the QR code doesn't show as it's not a travel day so do I just add a journey that is on the pass just so they can see it or do is the page with the pass details enough 

I want to do a trip with a friend together. We have both seperated tickets, when I try to connect them there comes this“Sorry, this is not possibleDifferent passport requirements apply to this traveller, so we cannot add them to your journey. You must book separate seat reservations”why? and how can we book reservations togehter?

Hey as in the title above i have a permanent resident permit in Italy and iam Tunisian my question is do i need to travel with my passport inside of Europe ( in case of a control) or my italian id, residence permit and  passport copy is enough because i fear losing my own passport

Hi, My wife and I want to take TGV from Lausanne, Swiss to Paris Gare de Lyon. We already have a eurail pass (activated), and we follow the instruction to add traveler into the”trip”. The problem is that when if we book the seat reservation for each person, the price is EUR 41 (first class). but if we want to book seat reservations together to make sure we can seat aside, the price will become EUR 160. this is not reasonable to me. Is there any advice for us?We hope we can buy the normal price and seat together.thanks a lot.

On the Southeastern website, it seems quite clear that you need to buy a supplement for their high speed trains:You can buy a supplement and upgrade to high speed services if you have:A valid ticket or Season Ticket for any Southeastern service into LondonHowever, this isn't mentioned in the rail planner app, the seat reservations page, the country page or the supplements page.Am I correct in thinking that this information is missing in all these places? Or is there somehow an exception for pass holders that isn't mentioned on Southeastern website?
