Hello, I have reserved seats for inOui TGV via Interrail in an SNCF station. The thing is that my pass is second class, but I have checked and the seat reservation tickets that the guy at the station gave me are 1st class. Is there a problem with that? Should I return the tickets?
I want to make a seat reservation for trains from Nice to Barcelona. I couldn’t book a reservation for train from Nimes to Barcelona. I know that I can do it on train station in Spain, but I’m affraid I won’t be able to do that, because it will be fully booked, so I want to make reservation now. Do you have any ideas how to do it? Is it possible to book in via online site or phone call? The same question goes for train from Narbonne to Barcelona.
Is there a Interrail discount applicable for a trip with a cabin from Venice to Patras on Anek lines? Or does the discount just apply to a deck seat?
My sister and I are wanting to go to London on August 5. Can we still go? We have first class global pass. Do we just reserve a seat? What if the strike cancels our train?
Hey! Me and my friends went on an interrail last summer and one of us lost the paper pass and since we had pass protection he bought a new pass for the days that were left. Since last summer, we've sent a few emails and we've already filled the lost pass forms but we didn't get a response till now! Can anyone help us?
Hello, Im trying to buy a ticket from Munich to Prague but there is no seat reservation. I can only see a warning message “Reservation temporarily unavailable”. So is it normal? I don’t know it is okay to take a train without seat reservation. I should take a train with my family , and they have each suitcase. I’m afraid that we should move frequently whenever a person who has reserved a seat arrives. Is there a no reservation function at all? Can anyone who came first take a seat?
Hi Everyone me and my fiancé are going to be in Amsterdam in 2025 but we are trying to figure out what is gonna be the best rail pass for our trip. Hi everyone, I'm Raffaella and I'm Italian, I'm new in this community and I'd like to know some specific informations about the trip that I'm going to do. Two of my friends live in Brescia but they must come to Brindisi ( the city where I live) so that we can go from Brindisi to Patras using a ferry, now the prblem is: Is the train from Brescia to Brindisi included in the Global pass or the ferry from Brindisi to Patras it's the only to be included ? The same problem remains for the return journey, so Patras Brindisi and Brindisi Brescia. Thanks a lot if you answer the question and have a good day!
We are travelling on the sleeper from Amsterdam to Innsbruck next month and have reserved a couchette for 4. Is there room in the couchette for 2 cases ? Thanks!
Hey!We will be soon in Greece and we are struggling to find any train connections in the rail planner. We will be going from Sofia to Thessaloniki with the Bus, since there is no train going, but we are not sure if we need to travel by bus also in Greece or if there is a way to take a train to different destinations.
Hi,So I got a 4 day global interrail pass in order to go from the Netherlands to Italy and also to Scotland in two separate trips. I read online that if you want to use the pass for separate trips where you return to your starting country in between that you need to buy a ticket to get in and out of the starting country for your way back and way out in between trips. Which is what I did, and am now currently back in the country where I started and will be going to scotland soon. But my confusion is that on the My Pass page of the interrail app, it says I’ve used 1/3 Outbound/inbound, but shouldnt that be ½? Does this mean that I can use the interrail pass to get out and back in on my second journey as opposed to getting a local fare to leave NL and picking up my journey with the interrail pass from there? Has anyone else has similar experiences or noticed the same thing with their pass? Thanks in advance
Hello! I will travel with Interrail for the first time in one week. I really hope somebody can help me. I am really confused. My question is whether I can add a journey on an active day. Here is my problem: I want to travel from Hanover (Germany) to Munich (Germany). I want to stay there for some hours and use the night train to Venice (Italy). I already know that there is no extra “active” day when using a night train but how does it work with the stay? I would have to use two “active” days when I stay in Munich for some hours although it is just one day. It says that the inspector have to see the train you’re staying in, when he scans the barcode. But how is it handled when you’re not traveling the exact route that is on your “ticket” because the rail planner didn’t show it?
we are in rotterdam. but we want to go to france for a week. what proxy do we need?
Hello all, I'm planning a trip to the Greek Islands and I have a questions regarding the booking order. I understand that the first booked must be the first leg to match the activation date and the first day used as a travel day. However, in my case, I want to book from Athens to Paros on the 20th, and then from Ios to Athens on the 30th. Those are the only 2 routes I am sure I want to book via the 4 day ferry pass as of right now. And that would be fine, but what I don't know if I can do is: can I, on the 23th (for example) being in Paros, book a new route for the 24th to go to another island? Or would i only be able to book routes that chronologically occur after the second booked one (already returning from Ios to Athens)? From reading other questions I see i need to add journeys for each travel day, but the website really doesn't tell whether one can add a journey between two days that were already planned in the mobile pass. Perhaps a solution would be to book all tickets as I de

Hi, I would like to use my interrail pass in October.I would like to activate it now in order to book trains that require seat reservations. However, I will get a new passport in September. My new passport will have a new passport number. Is there a way of changing the passport number after activation of the pass ?Could I, for example, activate and deactivate the pass ? Or is there a way of booking trains that require seat reservations without activating the pass ?Thank you in advance !Best wishes,Anne
Hello!I just purchased Eurail flexipass 4 days 1st class. I am trying to book those 4 days. 1st trip is Paris to Lausanne. It seems that I should put in my pass order number but haven’t seen an option for that. The system wants to charge us $86.58 for two of us and $4.44 booking fee. Seat reservations are required. Why this charge?
Hi!I’m planning my interrail trip for september but i’m a bit confused. I’m supposed to go from Verona to Lake Bled. When searching trains I found out that it would be possible to go there if I travel by Villach. However the train from Villach to Lesce (Bled) doesn’t show on the eurail timetable although i can find it for example in Omio. Is the train included in the pass or not if it isn’t included in the timetable?Thank you in advance for your help! :)

I am from Canada. I will be traveling with three other people … all of us over 60. We are traveling in Portugal and Spain. I have booked all but one leg of the train segments. I am having a great deal of trouble booking seat reservations. I find this system not user friendly nor is the help when I get an email response. Does anyone know how to book reservations. Is there a telephone number I can call to get help with bookings?

Hello, I’m trying to plan for a trip to Barcelona From France and was hoping for some advice on how to access the trains. I have a Eurail pass and would like to take the cheapest option, would I be able to buy the tickets to enter Spain in France or at the station with the applied discount? Also, does the Eurail pass work inside the borders of Spain as well, can I take a train to Portugal from within with my pass?
Hi Some months ago I bought a train reservation for Bologna to Milano at 11:05 on 14/8 (intercity 604) via the interrail website. However, today I tried to find the train on railplanner and I cannot find it, but I need to add the train to my digital pass… What should I do? Is there another way to find it? Thanks a lot!!
