I have tried to book seat reservations on ACP Rail.  Every time I try to pay it gets refused.  Even if my card provider has confirmed and approved payment.  Totally mystified

Hello. I am trying to plan travel from Euston London to Liverpool Lime Street. The EURail trip planner was unable to reserve my seats for me, so I am trying to do it myself. The ACP website says that “this product is not available in your region” when I try to reserve the trip from London Euston to Liverpool Lime Street. Should I try to find another way there, another way to get the seat reservation, or should I simply try to board when I actually am at the train? My trip is planned for May, and I am worried that the train will be full, and that I will be unable to board. Any thoughts? Thank you for your help.

Ich fahre nach Ostern nach Italien und nutze einen 4-Tage-Global Pass.Der ursprüngliche Plan war:07.04. Braunschweig 05:57 - Basel 11:48 / 12:30 - Milano C 16:50 / 18:05 - La Spezia 21:21 (Tag 1 / outbound)10.04. La Spezia 13:06 - Parma 1514 / 15:27 - Modena 15:56 ( Tag 2)12.04. Bologna 22:54 - (Salzburg 06:58) (Tag 3)13.04. (Salzburg 07:01) - München 09:29 / 11:12 - Göttingen 14:45 / 15:06 - Braunschweig 15:59 (Tag 4 / inbound)Nun hat die DB netterweise im Februar bekannt gegeben, dass die Tageszüge zwischen Karlsruhe und Basel nicht nutzbar sind (SEV mit 2 Stunden längerer Fahrzeit oder mit 3 weiteren Umstiegen über Strasbourg - Mulhouse nach Basel), sodass eine Fahrt an einem Tag unmöglich wurde. Ich habe daraufhin den NJ von Hannover nach Zürich gebucht, und von dort nach Mailand (Abfahrt Hannover 00:30, also immer noch Tag 1 / outbound)Und gestern - 9 Tage vor Reisedatum - bekomme ich von den ÖBB eine knappe Email mit dem Hinweis, dass auch dieser Nightjet ausfällt. Hello. I plan to travel from Amsterdam to Spain and it's approximately 23h. In this case, if the day I leave Amsterdam is my last day of pass, would you let me do the transfers the next day to my final destination or do I need two days of pass? Keeping in mind that on the day of departure I would activate and reserve mandatory seats and use the planned route.

Hi,I created several trips on my PC browser. One of the trips I used for purchasing reservations, let’s call it “trip 3”.But when I go to “plan your trip” in my browser, trip 1 opens. I can’t find a way to open and change any of the other trips. When I go to my profile, I find a list of my planned trips, but trip 1 is missing, and I can’t find a way to open or edit trip 2 or 3, I can only edit certain things like fellow travellers or the name of the trip.can somone help me to get that sorted out? thanks

I am trying to connect a trip to my passWhen doing so I am exclusivley linked to my last trip (under my trips), which is still shown as active (I could not complete the trip as planned because my train through trasbourg was cancelled and I had to go through Paris insteadI presume that the still active trip is the cause of my problem. When I want to delete the active trip under my trips I get the message “can not cancel an active trip (kann nicht storniert werden)”What can I do   

Hi, I'm not really sure if this is how you use this site so forgive me if I'm “ute och cyklar” as we say in Sweden ( “out biking” when someone is extremely unaware/wrong). When I was 8 (now I’m 19 turned 6 days ago happy birthday to me yay :D) my amazing parents took me on a trip through Europe, we went to many different countries but I fell in LOVE with cochem. It is the one place i til this day think about and miss. I have skimmed through recommendations and such but someone know any/ how to find any well priced (low) hostels/ living places there? :D (sorry if this is not what I am suppoesed to ask lol :D)

Hi there, I bought a global plus pass 3 months ago and I am using it now. I’m not very good booking seat reservations, but LNER  have been great and have helped me. I just booked seat selection via the Italy website, but I wanted to use one of my credits, i have two left. I used one for the Eurostar, but I can’t remember how i did it. Can someone please help me, explain how to use my credit, i ended up paying 65 Euro for seat selection and I want to use up my two credits left. I hope this makes sense. I only have my mobile phone now, last time (for the Eurostar) I think I used a computer to book. thanks

Apologies if you are reading this twice.  I wrote this at the end of an earlier posting and then noticed that it was headed up with ‘solved’ and so thought it may not be read.I previously sought advice on this forum about using Eurostar vouchers (for a delayed departure) to part pay for reservations on the London to Paris train.  I received some good advice.Unfortunately i called just now and was told that vouchers could not (no longer?) be used for Interrail passholder reservations.   Peter

Bonjour,J’ai pourtant lu différentes sources sur le sujet et je ne suis toujours pas sûre d’avoir bien bien compris?Est ce bien au moment de l’activation du pass que les billets sont édités et donc disponibles et que c’est seulement à ce moment là que l’on choisit nos jours de voyage?Comme il est conseillé de ne pas activer le pass trop tôt, ne prends t’on pas le risque, pour les trajets sans réservation, de ne pas avoir de disponibilités.Merci de votre retourPatricia

Hi, first time speaking here.I live in Nottingham, United Kingdom (for now) and my multi-entry Schengen visa (issued by Germany, so I need to enter into Schengen area for the first time from Germany) validates from 31 March 2026. I have already booked a trip with Lufthansa flight tickets 31 March Birmingham - Munich, 7 April Vienna - Munich - Birmingham, and hotel bookings in Munich from 31 March to 4 April, and in Vienna 4 to 7 April. During the week between Munich and Vienna, I am also planning using trains to explore the wider area. Likely to Innsbruck, Salzburg, Linz, and Bratislava. If this was the end of the story, I would not hesitate since Interrail would not be worthwhile only for this.However since there are 4 weeks of “Easter Break” for me, I am also (secretly) planning to go elsewhere. It would not be immediately after the first trip since I have some important stuff happening between 8 and 15 April. I am considering Prague or Silesia - their industrial history and railway

My current country of residence is Germany, and I am travelling to Switzerland.I read about 1 outbound and 1 inbound travel day, to leave and return to your country of residence using the Pass.as interrail pass, I wanted to ask whether it is applicable for a single country pass or only a global pass?

I am new to this, and want to be absolutely certain that I don`t get this wrong; when I buy a travle pass, I can use this pass to book tickets directly on the traincompanies websites, and with my Interrailpass code I will get redused prices for the reserved seats? 

Hi there!I discover interrail concept recently and I love it! I plan to go to Göteborg (Gothemburg) from Paris, and from there take a flight for Paris at the end of my trip. We are 2 persons doing the same planned trip. I could add My trip to my Rail planner, but not the other person’s Rail planner. The trip did not come as a alternative in the other person’s Rail planner. The other person is connected to My trip  and travellers. How should we do?

Hi,I am trying to connect a trip to My Pass for Day 2.When doing so, I am exclusively linked to my trip for Day1, which is still shown as active (circle left of the trip name is blue). The planned trip for Day2 does not show up. The trip for Day1 could not be completed as planned, because my train to Strasbourg  was cancelled and I had to go through Paris instead.I presume, that the still active trip for Day1 is the cause of my problem. Is there a protection fee available on a global promo pass?

I used to have a ymail account but tried to delete it all after the data breach. I bought a new pass with a new email address and despite deleting app when I reinstall it has all the data that should have been deleted. I log out and log back in with the email address I bought the pass with but it never sends the code I need to add the pass. It’s a dog’s dinner of a mess.

Je dois me rendre au Portugal avec mon chien. Je ne peux pas réserver des billets sur la compagnie utilisée, parce qu’ils me renvoient directement à interrail. Je ne sais pas où réserver mon billet. Je trouve ça légèrement compliqué, parce qu’on nous dit d’appeler, mais une fois qu’on appelle on nous renvoie ailleurs. Et je ne comprends pas non plus pourquoi je ne peux juste pas isoler un billet pour mon animal, surtout qu’elle va être dans une caisse.
