I sent a request to Customer Service to deactivate my pass on my old phone which I no longer had as it is completely broken.  I got a reply which said told me to deactivate the pass on my old phone which I no longer have.I replied to the email explaining why I couldn’t do this.  Will customer service respond to this email, or should I create a new request?

Good afternoon, I am a 1st time interrailer and i am starting to think the I have made a mistake.I have purchased myself and my daughter a 4 day global pass and have used it so far to book eurostar from UK to Paris.My plan was to travel up to Zurich and go on the Benina express and then backdown via Milan before coming home again via Paris.I cannot get  TGV out of Paris to anywhere, even trying to go indirectly.  I have tried to go straight to Zurich,  or via Strasborg or Basel, all of them on are showing as sold out on the TGV reservations.Even using regional trains is showing I need to do a little bit of the journey on a TGV- I think around Basel.Any ideas …. or any suggestions on a different itinerary to try?Much appreciated.

Hi all. We have bought our Eurail passes. I have followed the instructions to book on the obb.at site, but it still says that it will cost EUR 469 to book sleeper berths on the train. Is this correct? I thought the booking fee was only about 40 EUR? Can someone please clarify? Thank you.

Trying something different this year and doing a trip via rail.Just over two weeks and going to quite a few places and hoping for some advice.About half the journeys we have booked reservations. What happens if we miss the train due to one of the “non” reserved journeys being delayed?On the trip on the app should we add the journeys that have reservations?Any other good advice?

Hi,  I've booked seat reservation for London to Paris and then Brussels to London.  I've two email confirmations, one for each journey but I've been charged twice for each journey. Can this be resolved? 

What happens if I don't make a reservation on a "reservations optional" train.  Will I be able to stay on the train if I can't find a seat?

Good morning community. It looks like there are two trains from Ams to Zurich Hbf.One is the Nightjet NJ403 (where we have to change trains in Basel to the IC 559), arriving at Zurich at 0726.The other train is the IC60403 which goes straight through to Zurich Hbf arriving at 0805. My question is, which is the option that has the sleeper beds? We are a family of four and want to travel and sleep on the train - it looks like the couchettes are the best option as the sleeper cabins can only take three people. Grateful advice please.thank youAlison

Hi! This is my first interrail trip and i am confused… I want to start my Trip on Friday, in France, on a tgv train. I booked the additional reservation some days ago but when I want to add the trip to my pass now, it says: trip not included in the network. What does that mean?

Is it still the case that you have to call to get wheelchair seating and boarding assistance?  This is going to cost a fortune calling from the states.  Traveling paris, lucerne, zurich, munich, cologne, amsterdam, bruge and back to paris in early april.

My wife and I bought 2 interrail passes back in November using my email address but paying with her card. I received the pass details & numbers sent to my email but directed to my wife. When loading the passes on to my RailPlanner App I had to enter password details (and i think a code sent by SMS) but my wife didn’t. We both connected our passes on the App to a 2026 Trip. (We haven’t activated yet a we are still undecided on date) My wife has tried to log into her Railplanner App but has forgotten her password so clicked the forgotten password button which never allows her through to either retrieve or change her password. 1. Is this a problem because my wife paid but we used my email address? 2. Why did only one of us have to enter our RailPlanner password when loading the pass on despite her’s loading on to her Railplanner App? 3. How does she access the forgotten password facility on the App?Thanks for any help.

Hi,I would like to check is the German Consecutive Pass no longer available to purchase (German Rail Pass Consecutive)? After clicking in, it only shows the flexi pass.I’m travelling on these destination and dates, looking for a better and cost saving option in terms of transportation. Hi! I need help with info regarding train seat reservations. Currently I won’t be able to catch the train o originally booked the seats since my previous train is delayed due to technical problems. Do you guys know if I can board the next train without problems? Or do I have to buy new seats?

Hi all - we are 2 adults and 2 teenagers travelling to Europe in June/July 2026. Our itinerary looks like this:-overnight train from AMS-Zurich, then Zurich-Lugano, Lugano-Trieste, Trieste-Ljubjana, Ljubjana-Munich, Munich-Nuremburg, Nuremburg-Cologne, then Cologne back to AMS.When I mapped this in the Eurail trip thingy it came up as 9 destinations but 11 travel days (am not sure why). Would I be able to buy a 10-day travel pass and then just buy four tickets on another train for the final trip or would it be better to buy a 15 day one in case we decide to do some side trips anywhere?Thanks in advance for the advice.Alison

We are travelling from London to Dublin this summer and want to arrive in Dublin on the same day. It's still a few months away, but I'm finding it quite hard to figure out the best schedule. If I understand correctly, there are direct trains from London to Holyhead, but they don't seem to be running in August. Also, how long does it take to get from the train station to the ferry?Any advice on how to best handle this would be much appreciated.

My first Interrail is next month. The first day involves a train in France. I can see it in the ‘My Trip’ section of the RailPlanner app, but it says “seat reservations required”.Fine, except that I think that I have booked some. Hallo ZusammenIch ziehe in Betracht im nächste Jahr 2026 eine Interrailreise zu machen und wollte gerne die Erfahrungen Meinungen von euch wissen. Mein Reise soll starten in Bukarest wo ich 5 Tage bleibe. Danach habe ich gesehen das es einen NZ gibt ab Bucuresti Nord Gara A um 17.58 mit Ankunft um 08.50 in Budapest Keleti.Ich habe gelesen 2 mal kontrolliert wird an der Grenz dass man aussteigen muss und bei der Grenzstelleoffice den Pass vorzeigen muss ist das richtig?Ist das richtig wenn ich um 17.58 ab Bucuresti abreise und das so eintrage im Interrailpass das es als 1 Tag zählt ausser wenn ich umsteige das ich ein 2 tag einschrieben muss was bei dieser Verbindung nicht der Fall wäre?Ich habe mich mal umgeschaut für ein Schlafwagen Preis bei der Ungarischen Bahn und habe gesehen für ein 2er Abteil Schlafwagen bezahlt man 42 Euro für 1 Single sind es 98 Euro was für den Preis recht günstig ist. Was ist da zu empfehlen Tipps Erfahrungen?Gibt es Leute hier die diese Verbindung gefahren
