Hola, He comprado 5 pases de siete días para este verano, 2 de adulto y 3 de niños, al añadirlos a la aplicación me hace crear una carpeta para cada pase,la duda es:como puedo reservar los trenes de los 5pases a la vez ya que todos viajamos juntos?Muchas gracias 

Is there a way to determine if my eurail pass covers gong from Venice to Ljubljana? I do the Reservations part and enter in those two destinations and it comes up empty. It seems odd me when looking at other online sources. Not sure if there is a hidden trick that shows how I can get to to Slovenia from Italy. 

We are having trouble booking the Nightjet from Amsterdam to Basel on July 31 2025.  For that date it says, “Currently not reservable”.  (Also for Aug 1 & 2) But dates before and after seem to be fine. Any suggestions? 

I purchased to your Eurail passes today & didn’t get my email. How do I contact them with questions, specifically where is my email?

We were advised to book seat reservations as soon as they became available, as they can be limited on some routes.We have planned our itenary and book the relevant trains / seats.There is still a while to go but I have been sorting the paperwork and adding information to our running sheets.On checking our journey from Salzburg to Strasbourg on the 3rd May the first 2 legs starting at 10:00 from Salzburg to Munich and then 13:02 from Munich to Mannheim have both dissappeared.How do I get on about changing the seat reservations to an alternative?Obviously the seat reservations will not be valid on an alternative timetabled journey, despite the route being the same.

Hi all, I finally brought two eurail 10 day passes as we are two australians travelling around europe.I managed to download the eurail app and add my pass but i have not activated it in fear that will mean i have to use it within two months when we dont start until june 15.I went to add my partners pass and couldnt see an option to do this ??Maybe it is only one pass per app but how would this work if you had family members without phones ?? Much thanks Marty

I’m frustrated to see there’s a great Eurostar sale on today when I bought a sale Interrail pass the other day in order to do a short trip from the UK to mainland Europe in May. With the great Eurostar sale today I could have booked it cheaper with individual tickets rather then the Interrail ticket I bought the other day…

Hi there, we have an inter rail pass and will be in Madrid in August. We wish to travel to Lisbon. We are happy to head north and come down into Portugal from Galicia (Ourense) or to travel to Salamanca and across to Coimbra and south to Lisbon from there. When I look on the Inter Rail map, it all seems possible but when I try and look at timetables or reserve seats, it comes up with nothing. I know I’m early to book but usually I am informed that reservations etc. will be possible 90 days prior. With this route it just indicates that it’s not possible. Can someone advise please? Hello! Has anyone gotten a night train from Strasbourg to Krakow with their Eurail Pass? Is there a direct train? Is it safe? Any advice is welcome, I’ve never done this before and feeling overwhelmed by this planning and uncertainty :)  I am also wondering if anyone has ever needed paper tickets delivered to their home or hotel? 

Comprei os passes da Eurail hoje, mas os 3 passes vieram com o dia de nascimento errado, deve ter ocorrido alguma falha no sistema. Como devo proceder para alterar estas datas? Se não conseguir alterar, poderemos ter problemas ao embarcar?

Im confused about the best time to add a journey for an interrail trip.Ive watched loads of you tube videos, but am still puzzled.I have a 5 day global pass, setting off on 14 May for 8 days.I have planned an itinerary and booked reservations where necessary.Do i load all the individual train journeys onto the app NOW in advance if my trip, or do i add each journey on the travel day as Im about to board the train?If i load all the journeys for the whole trip but we want to change one of the days, will the fact that it has already been connected to the trip mean we cant change one of the days?Thanks

I have the 15 flexi global pass and trying to decide if it is better to book my reservations now for the different places that I will traveling to, like brussels to Paris or wait till its closer. Trying to get an idea on flexibility. I would like to know if I create a reservation for say June 2nd but want to go somewhere on a different day, can I delete my June 2nd or does it automatically count as a travel day?

I cannot find the refund protection option when trying to purchase a 4 or 5 day pass. In the past, I was able to purchase as the “Plus” option, but now that it’s refund protection, I can’t find how to add it anywhere at checkout…?

I created a trip on the mobile app from Rome at 06:25 to Milan at 09:24. But when it was saved to my trip it had (+1day) next to the arrival time. When I deleted and re-planned it the same thing happened. If I try to get a seat reservation for a later part of the trip, it tells me I would still be on another journey. How do I fix this?

Hello everyone,I have a question as I’m making my train reservations for Europe.I have a Eurail Global Pass and trying to make a seat reservation on Eurostar from London to Paris. But then I noticed Eurail reservation page doesn’t show certain times on the list but found Rail Europe has them available.For example, Eurail site doesn’t show 12:31pm - 16:01pm, but it shows up on RailEurope search.I want to check if this is neglected on Eurail side and nothing wrong with RailEurope as it shows up on Eurostar site as well.Thank you.

Hello everyone,I need to choose between a mobile or paper pass. I need to buy it now, because it’s a gift but I need 2 informations:the date of issue can be different of the date of purchase in the paper pass. But is it the same in the mobile pass ans how? Because no date to enter when buying it... the number of the ID card will change because it expire between the purchase and the travel, is it the same approach and cost with paper or mobile pass?Thanks

Hi everyone, I booked a ticket for 1 April from Aachen to Bordeaux which would travel through Belgium, I received an email stating that this journey is cancelled due to strike action in Belgium, the only other option I can find is from Aachen to Frankfurt, and then from Frankfurt to Bordeaux, it does make the journey longer, but it is still manageable, not having travelled much by train in Europe before I would just like to find out any comments if this is a workable solution, departures further north of Frankfurt still use the route through Belgium, welcome any advice, thanks Andre - South Africa 

I plan to purchase the 6Days Pass (2 international and 4 domestic) for island hooping in greece. Anyone has an experince using this pass und do you have tipps you can share ?   

Hi everyone! I’m hearing mixed things about whether seat reservations are required in the UK. I will be traveling from London to York and then from York to Edinburgh in August 2025. Does anyone know whether I will need to have seat reservations?I’m also having trouble booking seat reservations from Amsterdam to Ghent, Beliguim (also in August). It says that they may all be booked up. It seems like that would be very early to book up but, if that’s the case, does anyone know how else I can make that trip?Thank you!

An itinerary was previously suggested to me for a route from Geneva to Naples, the first leg of which is Geneva to Domodossola.I am trying to book this.  Firstly, I thought because the journey starts in Switzerland, there would be no reservation fee.  Bahn.de shows a fee of €5.20 each, but I cannot proceed with the purchase,  i cant buy on obb and Rail Europe states seat reservation is to be bought at the station, quoting no fee.Firstly, how do i buy at the station?  We arrive in Geneva the night before, so could we buy it then, or must it be purchased on the day?Are there normally queues at the ticket offices at 7:00am, or are they even open?My language skills are basic, so being able to buy with minimal conversational interaction is preferable, which is why i wanted to buy onlineAdvice would be appreciated, thanks.
