Hello! My name is Krzysiu (Chris in English) and I’m 18 years old. I’m from Poland and with my 4 friends we won the tickets. We really want to go to Switzerland, so I thought maybe we could meet up with someone there? Doesn’t matter what country you’re from. We love making new friends! It’s very fun to get to know people from all around the world. So if you’re interested, we’ll be probably traveling there in September. 

Why would a train leaving Luxembourg to Brussels at 4pm be listed as +1 travel day? But not leaving at 2pm ? 

I see advice to make reservation directly on GWR site and show the Eurail QR code when checking in. When I go to the GWR site to book, I have to pay to complete it so how do I book without paying?

I mapped out my trip and added all my “journeys”. Without activating my pass it appears that each destination during a single day will count as one travel day? For instance, In one 24 hour period I would like to travel from Brussels to Gent, then from Gent to Bruges, then back to Brussels. Why does it appear that each of these trips will count as one travel day? Am I just entering it wrong? Sorry, 1st timer. Thanks 

Hi, It’s my first time travelling alone without any friends or family. And I have no idea where I want to go and when !! So I’m here to ask if you have any idea of travels plan. I would like to discover new country and spend all of my time in nature and not in big cities. Do you have any recommendations ?  I have a flex pass 

I am trying to buy tickets from Zurich to Amsterdam on the 19/04 Nightjet on OBB’s website, but I am getting an error:“currently not available: Due to construction work or missing timetable information, it is currently not possible to book a reservation for this train. It is not yet possible to predict when the information will be available. Please check regularly to see whether your connection can already be reserved.”Will there be any work on the rails on that day?Dates before the 15th are available, from 16th to 18th are sold out, but on the 19th it simply says “not available” instead of sold out.  I am wondering if it is safer to wait until that date becomes available or to try and work around it, buying an earlier date instead 

As Global pass holder,I can not find service ex Tirano to Moritz St on May 12 afternoon,2025 ?Any replacement ?

Ciao a tutti.Ho acquistato un pass di 7 giorni di viaggio ma ho notato che per alcuni itinerari i treni sono già pieni nonostante la partenza è prevista tra quasi 3 mesi.La mia domanda è: come è possibile che debba pagare un ulteriore somma per un biglietto di quei itinerari previsti nonostante possegga il mio pass? I posti sono obbligatori da prenotare ma sono tutti pieni....mi vedo costretto a pagare così, in alternativa,  ancora altri biglietti costosi ma mi sembra poco giusto!! Pensavo che una volta acquistati il pass altre somme importanti non li avrei più uscite.

4 amigas y yo queremos hacer un viaje por Croacia, Eslovenia, Austria, Chequia y el sur de Polonia en 11 días. Habíamos pensado comprar el pase de 5 días de viaje en 1 mes. Dentro de un día de viaje podemos coger los trenes que queramos? Por ejemplo, si un día queremos ir por la mañana al oeste de Eslovenia y por la tarde coger otro tren a la capital, que está en el centro del país. Podríamos hacerlo? O coger dos trenes cuenta como que gastas 2 días de viaje de tu pase interrail? Cuantos trenes puedes coger cada día de viaje? No se si me explico. Y otra pregunta: los trenes de un pueblo a otro (de muy corta duración y distancia) entran también en el pase de interrail??

Ciao a tutti.Sto cercando di prenotare i posto per nun viaggio che farò a fine marzo/primi di aprile ma ogni volta che scelgo la tratta con gli orari prestabiliti misi apre una pagina con "ERRORE", dopodiché ritorno alla.pagina iniziale delle prenotazioni e punto a capo rifaccio tutto. Una cosa che va avanti a loop senza soluzione.Come mai? Sono già pieni i posti dei treni nonostante quasi 3 mesi di anticipo? Oppure è un problema dell App? O peggio ancora Sto sbagliando qualcosa io nella prenotazione?Grazie a tutti.

I returned 2 paper passes 3 weeks ago and bought mobile ones instead. I am worried that I haven’t received a refund yet as it is a lot of money! Has anyone else had problems with refunds? Janice

I have a 2nd class Eurail pass … can I opt to upgrade to 1st class tickets on selected trips? Not for the whole pass, just one maybe two individual journeys??

Hi, has anyone bought the Eurasia Global Pass from Agoda?? Seems like there are on quite a discount. On website it’s $734 for 7 days and on Agoda it’s only $676. Wondering if is there any difference buying it from the actual website vs this. Please help.

HI~I'm really sorry for only asking questions.I booked a train ticket from Milano to Monaco and completed the payment.From Milan to Ventimiglia, I can see only the tickets paid for 3.15usd$ for seats and 2.1usd$ for commission butI don't see a ticket from Ventimiglia to Monacothen how can I do?And the train from Milan to Tirano doesn't have a seat reservationI can't make a reservation and it only looks like a time table on my travel scheduleIf I just board the train, what should I show the train conductor as a boarding certificate?

Hi! I applied for the pass (with DiscoverEu) with 3 other friend and got it. Unfortunately the leader of our group can no longer come along on the trip. What does this mean? Can the rest of us still go on the trip? What if one of us wants to go on a different route?

Hi! I got the flexipass through DiscoverEu. My last possible departure date is August 31st. Is it in any way possible I can delay it one day? I mean is it possible to leave on the 1st of September instead? Or do I lose my pass if I don't leave on the 31st?

Novice travellers! Please help!My husband and I are from South-Africa and will be going to Europe to visit 6 countries to celebrate our 50th birthdays. We depart 16 March 2025 from SA to Amsterdam and return on 17 April 2025 from Paris back to SA. That gives us one month. Our itenerary will look something like this. 17-20 March in Amsterdam. The evening of the 20th I'm considering an over night train to Munich. 2 nights in Munich. Then 3 nights in Austria. From there 5 nights in Switzerland. 1 Night in Venice, 4 nights in Florence, 5 nights in Rome and 6 nights in Paris (I'm running the Paris marathon on 13 April 2025) Should we buy the one month Eurail Pass? And would that allow us to just hop on and off the trains?  

Bonjour, très grande première pour moi pour voyager en Interrail. On m'a dit qu'avec deux enfants de moins de 12 ans c'était intéressant financièrement. J'aimerais partir visiter Porto/Lisbonne du 14 au 18/19 avril prochain mais je ne comprends pas tout. 3/4 jours de pass devrait suffire. Quand je regarde le Paris Hendaye, il m'indique complet peu importe le jour ou alors je n'ai pas accès, comment est-ce possible ? Puis j'aimerais un Hendaye en train de nuit, et je n'arrive pas à aller jusqu'à Porto via l'appli, ça ne me le propose pas. Et le prix semble exorbitant (200€) ... Pouvez-vous m'aider à organiser mon voyage ? L'idée n'est pas de visiter Hendaye mais de tester les voyages en trains avec les enfants qui vont adorer, de tester le train de nuit, et donc de visiter  2/3 jours Porto et Lisbonne. L'idéal était de ne pas dépasser 1000€ de budget, je ne sais même pas si c'est possible. J'ai beaucoup de mal à comprendre quoi prendre et comment planifier/réserver. Un grand merci ! 

I am trying to use the discount benefit to buy some Disneyland tickets but at the time of entering the pass code me through the Eurorail page it tells me that the number is incorrect. Someone knows what the steps are to be able to apply the discount to the purchase.

I am checking if it will be possible to travel by train with my two cats. Has anyone experience with this?

I am planning to visit Windermere, Canterbury, Dover, Bath, and Chesterfield from London. I’m wondering if I can use the Eurail Pass for these trips. When I use the trip planning tool on the Eurail website to search for those cities (except for Bath), they don’t show up, so I’m not sure if it’s possible. However, all the cities appear on the Rail Planner app. Also, I’m wondering if I can access lounges if I purchase a first-class ticket.

Does anyone please know whether a France only Interrail pass is valid on SNCF trains to Mullheim from Mulhouse?
