Poderiam me auxiliar em relação a compra da reserva de um itinerário madrid para Paris?Eu vi que é possível entrar no site da DB, mas lá não tem como inserir meu cartão global pass.Os percursos noturnos, como encontrar?Sempre na pesquisa tenho uma pausa na madrugada até darem continuidade ao destino que indiquei.

I am booking a train from Paris to Lyon for June 4th, 2024 and the app and site are telling me that the train is not in network. I don’t understand since I purchased the Eurorail Global Pass.  Does anyone know why km getting this message?

Hello everyone quick question. Some of the routes I will be taking involved public transport (bus) from one train station to the other. My question is, if the public transport gets delayed will the next train line will allow you to board the next train? And will this involve a fee? 

Hi All,My family and I planning for a round trip to Europe Jul-Aug 2024 from Australia. I have been advised to get eurail global pass.when I am searching in eurail website for the Jul-Aug 2024 to plan our trip from one point to another, no schedule showing up in Jul or Aug.Why is that so?and one more question is if the Global pass is independent of the travel dates and can be purchased anytime? Hello guys,so I requested a refund for my pass last week and the interrail page said it would be checked if my pass is eligible for refund (which it definitely is). I know that it takes time until these things get checked and verified but I find it strange that I can’t see any indication of my refund request anywhere in my account. Is that normal? Anyone has any experience with how the refund works and how long it takes? 

Hi friendI have visiting Europe in March. I will be visiting Switzerland (5nights) , Italy (6 nights), France (4 nights) and Netherlands (1 nights). I have purchased EURAIL global pass for 15 days for self, wife and kid (11years). I want to know, is this pass valid for all these countries. I mean say, I will be traveling between Zurich to Bern & also Florence, Italy to Rome, Italy and Venice. Finally to Paris and Amsterdam. Want to know will be my pass valid for all travels? Understand I need to purchase Seat Reservation extra. But will my main travel be covered under one pass. will my pass be valid for all countries. Your comments/ suggestion/ guidance will help me.RegardsAjay 

I am facing a very very bad experience with Interrail customer service. I couldn't pay for my seat reservations, every time the page said "bad request". After the 4th time, I finally succeeded. Now I can see on my bank account that the payment was made 4 times! I've explained the situation to interrail, but they say it's all my fault and that you have to wait 30 minutes to validate the payment. Even though a page indicated a bug. How can I get my money back (€48)? Thank you for your help!

Hello all,We are currently traveling from the Netherlands to Prague, arriving this evening (23rd) but with the German train strikes for all International trains on the 24th-29th we are unsure on how to get back. I am unsure which day we will be able to make it back but it is possible that it would take two days. How would compensation for this work? Would we need to travel as far as Germany from Prague and then hope for a hotel or would accomodation be paid for in Prague given it would be impossible to get home? Also with getting an extra day pass on the interrail ticket how does that work? If we went the route of avoiding Germany, how should we pay for any extra reservations needed? A lot of questions I know but any help with this is much appreciated!Thanks

I was left stranded in Hamburg on the 9th January when my train to Copenhagen was cancelled and the train strike commenced the following day. I ended up getting a flight from Hamburg to Copenhagen which will be covered by travel insurance but I need to provide evidence that there was a train strike on that day. Is there an official notice I can download of the strike on that day that I can provide as proof there was a strike?

I am trying to book this train for the 10th August Brussels midi 10:56, but is not showing on the Eurail planner, but is on the b-europe site. Does this mean it is not available to pass holders by Eurail, but is it ok to book on b-europe?

How do I decipher which train company or platform from this example? I'm guessing the first hop is the "thameslink" and the second is probably the "overground" but it's not really saying. Thanks.

Train from London to Paris 2. Train from Paris to Orly Airport3. Train from Pisa international airport to Monterosso4. Train from Monterosso to Genoa Airport 5. Train from Naples Airport to Positano Please help! I have no idea the best way to get to those places and what I should book.

My wife and I have bought Global Interrail Passes for use in May/June 2024.  I would like to know what constitutes a single “trip”.  For example, if we start early from Edinburgh, arrive in London, take Eurostar to Paris, then take a night sleeper to Geneva starting before midnight, could this be considered a single “trip”

I'm trying to check to see if there are any seats available for our trip from London to Amsterdam on 6 September 2024, early I know but I don't want to buy a global eurail pass if there isn't.It shows that there are: "No connections matching your requests. Please change your search options (e.g. allow any type of trains, don't specify a via station or reduce extra transfer time."Am I to early or are there no seats left?🤔

Hi,I’m trying to reserve 4 seats on ICE 315 from Bruxelles-Nord to Koeln HBF on Saturday July 13, 2024, departing at 12:34pm. When I go through the seat reservation process on the eurail website, add the seat reservations to my cart, I run into an error at the “Review your order” stage:“One of the legs of your journey could not be booked.”and“Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later or find another connection. This connection will be removed from your cart.” I’ve tried this with both Safari and Chrome and run into the same error each time. I’m wondering if this is likely just a temporary website glitch, or if this way is not going to work for these trains?Thanks!

Hi there,I am new to this platform and was quite frustrated that interrail does not offer customer service over the phone 👎🏻 So hopefully you guys can help me out! I am a Dutch guy currently living in Belgium (Antwerp). My office is located in Breda and therefore I am looking at travelling by train to station Breda-Prinsenbeek (close to my office). The global pass (3 months) could then come in handy as it allows you to travel internationally by train. Here are my questions: Can I go in- and outbound on the same day from BE to NL? In NL I need to transfer from Breda Central Station to Breda-Prinsenbeek station. As BE is currently my country of residence the transfer inside NL will be seen as a journey abroad right, so this does not comprise my in-outbound trips? Does the Global Pass really work as unlimited travel in that sense within Europe? If someone knows the answer I would be very grateful. This would mean that I could commute by train (and therefore work during commuting time) a

Extremely bad customer service. No telephone lines, no chatting, just an email line that is slow and the people running it show no understanding. Avoid this company at all costs. It really is going to cost me a lot of money for making the mistake to choose them.

Hi, I am look for some advice or info for a trip from Zurich to Istanbul.Will be staying in Istanbul (and hopefully doing some recommended trips) and then going back to Switzerland. Seems like there is not many itineraries or route suggestions- would love some options of going through Romania and Bulgaria and then maybe back a different way through some more Balkan countries. Thank you!
