Hello, I am going to travel to Spain, Madrid on December 22 until January 9, during that time I would love to visit other nearby countries such as France, Italy and Switzerland, I was thinking of buying the Global pass, but I see that all the trains to those destinations require reservations , therefore I don't know if the pass is worth it, or how I can get a route without trains with a reservation. I accept options for other routes to Europe from Madrid that do not require a reservation. Thank you
I like some advice from someone who has made a trip from London to Istanbul. How many days needed if i want to visit every possible stop in each countries on the way;Which ticket shell i buy;I like to spend around 2 weeks in Istanbul. Thanks

This ferry trip has a discount in Ferry Grimaldi lines. The Eurail pass needs to be activated to get the discount. Does the ferry trip count as a EURAIL PASS TRAVEL DAY ?Does the pass remain active for the given period ( 1 month etc ….) after the Eurail pass was used once ?Will the pass need to be activated specifically for the ferry trip ? Can the RailPlanner app be used for activation ot the Eurail pass, IF NECESSARY please ?
Just a little warning - I had bags stolen today from the shelf above my head on a short morning journey from Budapest to Bratislava. Train staff were rude and unhelpful. I should have kept my bags on seat beside me. Last week the guard warned me to be extra careful on the sleeper to lock all doors. I should have been equally careful during the day. Watch out folks!
I am a bit confuse on the passes. I will start off from Milan to Varenna at Lake Como then take Berninia Express from Tirano to Zurich. Thereafter from Zurich I will travel to Lucerne and Interlaken then to Milan. Rest overnight in Milan and continue to Rome and Venice then back to Milan before departing back to Singapore. All in 17 days. I intend to buy swiss pass (Covering Switzerland for 8 days) and should I buy eurail global pass or what pass should i get since I will be travelling in many trains.
Hello,I’m planning a trip to Germany and i’m wondering if i can use a global pass day to get back to Toulouse in France from Berlin ? I mean, i’m pretty sure i can use it for Berlin to Paris but can I use it for Paris to Toulouse too the same day ?Thanks for your help !Best regards :)
I want to take advantage of the promo and buy my pass. The promo says to activate before June 1, but I travel starting May 2 and ending June 24. It's my first time buying the pass and I'm a little confused. I understand that I can activate the pass without a problem since I start in May, but my question is if I do not incur some fault since I will also be traveling almost the entire month of June. They help me?
There is a Black Friday Sale on Eurail Passes. We want to buy two for two seniors (we are both 74).We can’t see where to do this as the discount says for ages up to 59.We want the two month pass with 15 stops.Help!
Does the Eurail Pass cover “secondary routes’? Calling them ‘secondary’ as they do not show up on the map on the website, but are on the “timetable”, but have a cost listed with it. We wish to go from Barcelona to Pamplona. Thx
My wife and I are hoping to go to Berlin by train for the Christmas Market. To get the best price we want to buy two 25% discount BahnCards online from England, but the DB website will not enable me to create an account, which you have to do to get the cards.Keeps coming up with 503 error. Can you only buy these discount cards in Germany?
Good afternoon. I have bought a pass. But I have many doubts.1. Can I only travel with a reserved seat? What happens if I don't book on the train on which I already have a ticket?2. How is the reservation made effective?3. Are there options to use 1 day pass for each final destination? Because from Madrid to Dortmund it only offers me to travel in 2 days. Thanks for the help.

Hi all,I'm planning an interrail trip in Northern Central Europe for 17 days in late July and early August with my partner. We are in our 50s, reasonably fit, and are fairly experienced travellers. We both work in schools so can't go at any other time.At the moment, this is my draft plan:Day 1: Eurostar to Brussels; change to Cologne.Day 2: Cologne to Berlin, via the scenic Rhine line.Stay in Berlin for 3 days, then train to Krakow.Day 6: visit AuschwitzDay 7: train to Prague for 3 daysDay 10: train to ViennaDay 11: train to SwitzerlandNext 2-3 days: Trains around Switzerland - probably the Global Express route but using local trains, plus the Golden Pass route. Hoping to visit Montreux and currently waiting to see if friends of friends can accommodate us for a night or two in Basel!Last 2-3 days: possibly Nightjet to Amsterdam, and chill out/decompress there til coming home via the Eurostar again.Honest thoughts please? As I say, it's a draft plan at the moment!I'm assuming you'll agr
Hello my husband and me are planning to take the Eurail pass , but we are planning to go with the flow ( we do not have an iterinery as such ) , is there a chance we could get on to the the Tgv with eurail without any reservation , is it considered as an offence , we plan to travel in first week of December and being low season I don’t think the trains would be full
Hi everyone,Looks like most of the night train timetables/tickets are out now and available for sale in ÖBB/Nightjet website. I’m looking to buy a night train ride from Stuttgart to Venice in mid- December (only a few weeks away eek!!). Currently it only has timetable but no tickets are available.Does this mean we need to wait a little longer until these are released? If so does anyone know when this is likely to be available from? Or does this mean something else (e.g. not running anymore, or tickets sold out)? Many thanks all for your help! really appreciated.
does anyone know how I can book a ticket for my two dogs? We start in germany and go through france to spain. One dog is very small, the other is a bit taller. Do I have to buy the tickets for them directly in the company with which I travel?
Hi,I am planning to visit Switzerland on mid December. But I am confused about this interrail pass. If I buy a pass for 3 night for 133 euro, then do I need to pay anything extra to use any train in Switzerland? do I have to book or pay to sbb for transport?
My connection is Ok, can search and add journey on app. However, when add a pass, it shows message “it looks like you’re offline”. My phone phone's calendar settings is Gregorian, timezone automatic and the 24-hour time display is switched off.Help me! I am in travel now.

Hi! I have entered my email address to subscribe to Eurail’s newsletter, but have not received any further messages like the people who subscribed at the same time than me. I would like to find out if there might be a mistake on their system which has not added me. I would like to be subscribed to be eligible to win the two Eurail passes and to receive communication regarding potential discounts or Black Friday specials.
