Hi! This is my first post in the community. Please forgive me for not introducing myself, I am in need of desperate advice! Thank you in advance to whoever is kind enough to help out :)Basically, my girlfriend and I are travelling around Europe for a month and 10 days. Starting 9 October, we will be in Slovenia for roughly 10-12 days and then from there will begin using our pass (let's say 20/21st of October). The pass that we are looking at is the 10 days in 2-month pass (Eurail).The countries that we would like to visit (and in order) are Italy, Spain, France*, Netherlands, Germany,  Czechia, Poland*, Hungary*, and Slovenia/Croatia. We return to Slovenia as our flights are from Zagreb, Croatia. Countries with a “*” are ones that we may/or may not visit depending on whether we have enough travel days.A breakdown of possible dates:21 October - Trieste to Parma 22-24 October - We may want to use a travel day to see Pisa and Florence25 October - Parma/Pisa to Barcelona (this looks like a

Nowadays we give each other service, while no direct service communication is offered by the interrail organization. How can I reach them, by phone or e-mail?Ok, my case:I bought an Interrail pass, 7 days whitin 1 Month (October).  I used 6 days and want to travel my last day 7. Via the app I read: ”No travel days left. It looks like you used all your travel days. You’ll need to buy a separate ticket to make this journey”. And the I can only press the yellow button that says “GOT IT”  This while I don’t get it:  I paid for 7 days in this month and have 1 more to go. If I cannot activate my day 7, wich will be in 2 days from now, I will be in trouble as the controller will ll find me in the train without QR code.What to do?

Hallo, ich möchte auf www.interrail.eu eine Sitzplatzreservierung vornehmen und einen Reisenden hinzufügen. Dafür gibt es die Option für Mobile Pass und Papier Pass. Ich habe einen Papier Pass und ein Klick auf diese Option führt mich wieder zurück auf die vorherige Seite (Choose your trip and travellers) - kein Eingabefeld??? Hat jemand eine Lösung? Vielen Dank schonmal.

Viajo con mi prima y queremos comprar el eurail, el global pass, y por tema tiempo, queremos irnos a zurich en avion.. estar un par de dias alli y viajar hacia munich, entonces si tengo un global pass y ya estoy en zurich, lo debo comprar saliendo desde zurich para marcar en zurich? o sea lo tengo que activar en zurich?  es que no me aclaro mucho , gracias por responder

Can you buy your pass in paper. Or just through the app on your phone. Do you need to write dates in to travel.

Hi, we are newbies to train travel in Europe. We'd like to travel from Gothenburg to Amsterdam and stop in Copenhagen and Bremen on the way to sightsee for a night or two in each place. We’re not sure which sites to go to to find the best price tickets and we’re not sure whether to pay for each leg individually or buy a 4-day Eurail pass. We have tried googling but we are overwhelmed trying to figure out how to find information. Can anybody help? We are 59 and 61 years old.

The Rail Planner App will not download on my android cell phone. I receive a message that my device is not compatible with this version. Are other versions available?

Hi there I’d like to catch the airport train from Warszawa Lotnisko Chopina to Warsaw Central. The train is run by Kolege Mazowieckie, which is listed on the Eurail website as one of the trains on which you can use your Global Pass, however when I search for this train journey it says “pass not valid”. On my route from Zermatt to Venecie, it says I have to take a bus from Taesch, Bahnhof to Visp, Bahnhof Sued, but I don't know if I have to pay for it or it is incluided on my eurorail pass

I’m planning a trip to Strasbourg from Barcelona next December and I can see timetable options for the way there but none for the way back on Sunday December 10th. Does it mean that all the tickets for card-holders are sold-out?I’ll appreciate feedback as I’m new at this. Thanks!

Ich würde am 30.01.2024 mit dem Nachtzug um 20.59 Uhr aus Zürich abfahren. Die Grenze zum Heimatland überquere ich vor 0.00 Uhr. Der Nachtzug kommt dann um 05.41 Uhr am 31.01.2024 in Hannover an. Für den 30.01. kann ich einen normalen Reisetag nehmen.Frage 1: Ist dann der 31.01. als der Inboundtag + gleichzeitig als Reisetag im Papierpass einzutragen?Frage 2: Kann ich dann die weiteren Fahrten von Hannover bis zum Zielbahnhof (2 × umsteigen) eintragen? Ich hab ja an dem 31. keine direkte Einreise aus der Schweiz nach Deutschland mehr, da ich die schweizer Grenze vor Mitternacht bereits überquert hatte?

Hello, I've just bought a 2-month, 15-day global pass because I want to do an all-Europe tour in November and December.I downloaded the app, I added my pass (WITHOUT ACTIVATING IT AT THE INSTANT)SO on the app I have a trip called "Tour d'europe" with the pass linked to it.But when I go to the website and log in then go to trip I have "My Interrail trip" which has been added automatically! I can't delete it, I don't know what it is and ESPECIALLY it says :Start date - October 13, 2023End date - November 12, 2024But what does this end date ???? correspond to? Have I done something wrong? Will I lose my pass on November 12? Why doesn't my trip on the app appear on the website?Please i need help i don’t know what to do and i don’t understand why i have this “My Interail Trip” that ends on Nov 12 on the website :/

Hi going to buy a 4 day interrrail pass. Before I do can anyone help with some answers. I have a lot of relatives in England can I use my pass to visit them. Or do I have to pop in to visit before travelling to Europe same day. And also can you travel Glasgow to say Gatwick Airport then fly out if you are short on days off. Thanks in advance

Debo sacar dos billetes para un mismo trayecto si hago una escala?Pienso viajar de Munich a Berlín en un mismo día, pero quiero hacer escala de unas horas en Núremberg y después continuar hacia Berlín en el mismo día. Creo que debo sacar un billete / ticket de Munich a Núremberg y otro de Núremberg. Berlin. 

Hi I am planning to travel from Basel to Paris with one country pass (france)As it goes by TGV, i need to make seat reservationBut with france pass, i am not able to select Basel as france,I didnt find option Basel as France. Basel must be covered by France pasaHowever, interrail website doesnt allow me to make seat reservation with france pass. How can i make this?
