We are planning a trip with a German pass. We know that we can travel to Salzburg / Innsbruck / Verona on this pass, but what we’re not sure about is if we can stop at each city on the way and stay, then pick the DB train back up to carry on the journey, or if we need to return to Germany before doing the next part of the trip.  Ideally we would like to go from Munich to Salzburg, stay overnight, move on to Innsbruck, stay there overnight, then on to Verona staying overnight, before coming back to Germany. Is this possible? 

How to get an invoice? I need it fast

I have a paper pass,bi have made some reservations and printed them out before I set off. If I make a reservation whilst I am travelling,  it says I need to print the reservation out. Is this the case? I don't know how I will be able to do that. Travelling in Italy and Switzerland.

Hi, me and my husband will start our trip from Gothenburg to Hamburg. Should we activate the whole trip as one journey? If we do, what happens if we miss a transfer? If we eg miss our activated journey from Copenhagen to Hamburg and have to take the next train? How do we activate a new journey when we already have one that we missed?How does it work? 

It’s my first time using eurail and i’ll be traveling from Paris Nord to Amsterdam Centraal, but everytime I do this it will say that my pass isn’t valid in some of these countries. Do I need to buy another ticket or another pass? or Do I need to update anything for the pass?

Hey, ich werde in den Herbstferien erst nach Abisko und dann noch nach London fahren. Allerdings kann ich nicht mit Freunden von mir fahren, aus verschiedenen Gründen. Weiß jemand jetzt schon, ob er auch vorhat in diesem Zeitraum zu einem der beiden Ziele zu reisen ? Dann kann er sich gerne bei mir mal melden. Please help  I have an issue finding trains in Slovenia. I have contacted the zendesk support but I wanted to ask this here too.I have been told that my app is not up to date. I am on 34.1.0 but am told there is a newer version with the timetables in Slovenia working.I have been to Google Play but I get this: I can't find a way to force my rail app to update itself.I had automatic updates turned on so I'm not sure what is going on.

I am a U.S. passport holder. My husband is a UK passport holder. We have lived in the U.S. for years. He has a green card. He is a U.S. resident. Can he qualify for a Eurail Pass because the U.S. is his home? He has no address in the UK.Thanks

Hi, newbie here, totally frustrated. I have a Rail Pass, have been booking multiple journeys, some with confirmed paid reservations, and attaching them to our rail passes. While reviewing it all, I only just noticed that we have a five minute transfer time in Brussels, going to Bruge. Hubby is 82, I’m not not sure he can manage that, with suitcase in tow. Is there a way to change just that last leg of a multi-leg journey without affecting/messing up the two legs that Ive already paid reservations for? If I leave it as is, and we miss that train, will it be difficult to catch the next one? 

Morning all, Complete UK newbie here and my wife and I have just planned and booked a 7 day trip round the Alps and back in a couple of weeks time.I’ve created the trip on my Interrail account on the App, and would like to copy/export (?) it to her account, rather than typing it all in again. Hi community! I hope you´re doing fine:)I´m Daniela and I´ve been planning to start my 1st interrail in Oct 6. I bought the 7 days pass within 1 month.I live in Portugal but I´ll fly to Barcelona to start my adventure.The route I was planning: Barcelona-Paris-Brusells-Rotterdam-Amsterdam-Cologne.Unfortunately I´m having a hard time trying to understand what´s the cheaper way to go from Barcelona to Paris, since the seat reservations are a bit expensive (in my honest opinion) and it´s not possible to book from interrail website (only physically in a Spanish station, right?)I already read some posts and blogs but the alternatives are also are a bit pricey.I was wondering if you could advise me or help me find the best option, because I´m trying to spare some money when I can to keep my trip affordable.Thanks in advance!!

Ik wil een flexi pas kopen voor 3 dagen om te reizen in Zwitserland. Het is voor mij de eerste keer. Kan ik ook 3 verschillende reizen op 1 dag maken en hoe doe ik dat?  En is een mobiele pas handiger dan een papieren?

We purchased (2) 1st class Eurail passes. When I made reservations I was charged 1st class upgrades. I would have thought that when making reservations it would have recognized that we have first class passes already. Options?

Is the Interail valid for trains in Switzerland?

Hey! I'm planning my next trip, our idea is to do a 1-day trip (round trip) to Mont Saint Michel from Paris. I know it's not ideal, but for time reasons we will have to do it this way. On the trip planning page, I can add Mont St Michel, but when I go to find which train takes the route, it doesn't show me options, which makes me doubt whether I can actually use the Eurail Pass for this trip. Can I use it? How should I proceed?! I already understand that reservations are not made for this train... Another question that arose, I go and return on the same day, which should only be used for 1 pass (I bought the 15 pass for 2 months), how can I put it in the diary that doesn't tell me 2 passes?! Can you get a refund for your Eurail pass if you’ve not used it yet or have not activated it yet?

Does the 22-day pass require me to ride the train continuously for 22 days? 

Good afternoon, my husband and I are about to travel to Switzerland in November with the Eurail Pass. It will be 4 nights, three and a half days (including the day of arrival). But I have a lot of doubts because I can't understand the Bernina website, among other things…. We will stay in Zurich. My intention was to take a day trip back to Bern and go to Interlaken and Lauterbrunnen, and on the last day take the Bernina Express to Tirano (with luggage) and continue to Milan. It's viable? Would it be the best alternative? Would it be possible to take another scenic tour besides the Bernina Express? Can I make reservations now? How do I make reservations and pay for seats?! Anyone who can help me, give me tips, I would be super grateful!!!!

What exactly does 7 (or 10) days of use per month mean? Do they mean to use it 10 times? Or  talking about time?

Previously I could add the bucharest - istanbul train to my planner app but now it doesnt show anymore. Do you know if the bucharest - istanbul train is still going daily?

I have inadvertently set up an account (with no transactions so far) that has a wrong email address. It won’t let me edit the address. I assume I need to delete the account and start over. How do I do that?

I have read on this forum that to delete a journey you can long tap the journey you want and a pop-up should come up with the option to delete. I have tried this several times, holding it down for varying lengths of time, but all it does is open the details of the journey. Any thoughts?
