Credit card, apple pay, different banks, different computers, browsers - all failed. Finally paid via PayPal and it went through promptly.

Support was not helpful, they pointed me back to my financial institutions, not a problem with their website. (I beg to differ) Hope the process to book trains is smoother! We will be using global pass plus for 7 days over a 30 day period.
+9Glad you got it sorted. A tip for buying reservations: you don’t have to buy them from Eurail.

+6Since you have a plus pass, you will be able to make most reservations either for free or using credits through the Interrail reservations portal. At least no payment is involved then. If you run out of credits and would have to pay for a specific reservation, you can also make those elsewhere.
