Hi. We had a flight from Athens to Bari which was 2 hours late, so we missed our train at 2:10 PM. We had purchased reserved tickets through the Interrail app. Can we get a refund for the reserved tickets?

If you did not cancel it in time then not.(fresciarossa reservations are exchangable free of charge before departure of the train or refunded at some cost, at the departure station thry are even exchangeable for 1 hour after departure) IC reservation are non refundable.
