I am trying to book tickets from Amsterdam to Zurich with bicycles, it doesn’t seem to be available on ANY date, is this something that is no longer possible does anyone know? The OBB website does not suggest it has stopped, yet I can’t believe every date for 6 months is fully booked! Have they blocked this option?

I am travelling in the Summer from Budapest to Naples.  I have approx 4 days and I want to be by the coast for some of it.  I have touched on going to the Croatian coast and going via Trieste but any other ideas become.

HiWe’re using our passes to go from Scotland to Sardinia. We will be sailing from Livorno with Corsica Ferries. We want to walk to the terminal but Google maps suggest we have to take a long detour north to walk there from the town centre. Has anyone else walked to this ferry and is this route correct!thanks

Hi, we are a couple in our 60s travelling from Istanbul in early April to Budapest.Can anyone recommend some routes through Sofia or Bucharest . I know that the train to Bucharest takes 20 hours with a change of train in the middle of the night.Any small towns or cities recommended on either route. Many thanks.

Do you have any recommendations for Greek Islands to visit?

We want to travel from the north of Italy (Turin) back home in July. We are with 3 children so we need a reservation but the only trains I can find are the TGV to Paris and than to Rotterdam/Amsterdam. But the reservations are very expensive. When I search for example in march there also connections to Basel-Frankfurt-Utrecht. Will that trains become later in the interrail-app? Does somebody knows that?Karlijn

Good morning,The Rail Planner app no longer displays ferry trips. Is this normal?The route was included in 2022 but no in 2023 it seems… For example, the Helsinki-Stockohlm route is no longer available. Nor does the Rovaniemi-Stockolm route because the ferry between Turku and Stockholm no longer exists in 2023.Can you please give me more details?Do you know why I have this problem when I have updated the application 2 days ago ? Thank you in advance for your response Best regards  Benjamin

Upon researching Southeast Europe Eurail, I found Eurail in Greece maybe starting from Skopje to Athens via Bitola and Florina. Hello, I’m wondering if it is possible to take the night train from Nice to Milan in the summer? Like around 22, 23 or 24 of july? And if not, is it possible to take a train that doesn’t take like 2 days to get in Milan? This summer will be the first I will be travelling by train, so I actually don’t know anything about travelling by train, so if somebody could help, that would be great :) Kind regards, Xiang van der Boon 

Hello, my family of 4 are looking to travel multiple countries, including going into Southern Italy.  I havent bought the global passes yet as Im not sure if we’ll need the unlimited as Im still in planning stages.  When I go into ‘find train times’ I cant find any trains connecting South of Rome.  It just pops up with a little red x. We’re looking to go from Rome to Naples to Palermo.  Any advice would be helpful!

Hello Interrail-Community,I am currently thinking to buy a Interrail-Ticket after my Erasmus-Semester. But I have problems finding a connection. For example when I want to get from Athens to Sofia at one day, the Trip-Planner for Internal doesn't work at all (also not on different dates or times). How can I find a good connection? And can I be sure that I don't pay extra when I want to do this?Thanks for you're Help!

My teenage daughter and I are going to travel for a couple of weeks in July.  We are starting in Paris and then on to Berlin.  We are keen to visit Budapest, visit Florence or Verona then finish in Naples where we are staying in Sorrento for a week.  What route should we follow to Budapest from Germany and stay for a few nights.  I would love to go to Bavaria or travel similarly scenic routes on the train.  I have a teenager who needs to be interested though. Also not Prague as we have been there.

Hallo zusammen, ich würde gerne eine Reise über circa 24 Tage machen, meine Route wäre von Frankfurt (ich wohne in Karlsruhe) über das Mittelmeer bis nach Lissabon. Jetzt meine Frage, wie würdet ihr mir das empfehlen? Ich würde das ganze gerne im März machen, wäre es sinnvoll von Lissabon zurück zu fliegen? In the summer I want to go from Ljubljana to Italy (Florence and Rome). The railway map says this is possible and that I can go via Venice to Florence, and then to Rome. Unfortunately in the timetable it says there aren’t any trains to Florence and to Rome. I have tried multiple different cities to departure from but none work.

Hello everyone, I was just wondering if there is a better way to get to Morocco from Spain. My husband and I will arrive in Paris on April 15, our original plan was to stay in Paris for a few days, then head to Barcelona for a few days, then go to Madrid, then go to Morocco after that. We purchased Eurail global pass.We thought about taking the train from Madrid to Seville as it seems like a close stop over before Morocco, and then take a bus to either Tarifa or Algeciras and then take the ferry cross the Strait of Gibraltar and get to Tangier.It seems like a lot of travel just to get to Tangier from Madrid, so I had a look at the flight options, and it worked out at least 155 euro for the flight including 1 checked and 1 carry on luggage. We then need to head back to London on May 5 as we have 2 nights accommodations booked for the King’s coronation. I was thinking on the way back from Morocco, we can get to Seville, and stay there for a couple of nights then flight back to London ins

Hi everybody,I am currently staying in Zagreb and I am leaving in two days (17-1-2023). I need to get to Istanbul by the end of the month due to a flight I have the on the first of February from Istanbul airport. I was planning to travel there through either Belgrade or Sarajevo and then Sofia. But this morning I found out that it isn’t possible to go to Sofia through Belgrade or Sarajevo. I found an alternative route through Budapest, Bucharest, Sofia and then Istanbul (if it’s possible/practicable I could skip Sofia and go to Istanbul directly from Bucharest). But here some problems emerge:firstly I only have three traveling days left, and I don't think that is enough to cover the entire journey. secondly I know how to travel from Zagreb to Bucharest. But not the rail planner app doesn’t show any trains from Bucharest to Sofia (in fact Sofia train stations don’t appear at all) or Istanbul.I am planning to stay a few nights in Budapest. Hopefully I can figure a way out to get to Istan

I'm planning a trip with some friends in July, mostly through Switzerland. One day we need to travel from Tirano to Lugano.Now, there is the Bernina Express bus but it's only one per day and you need to pay 16 CHF for reservation. I looked at the train schedule for the upcoming months and there is a train with a transfer in Monza, Italy (close to Milan) which should take 3h50 in total. However, I can't see this journey after the 10th of June. I assume this is because they haven't updated the schedule that far in the future? My question is, when will it be updated? And can I be sure that there will in fact be trains from Tirano to Lugano that day, in the afternoon? If not, I should book reservations for the bus since there are not a lot of seats left and it would then be the only way to get to Lugano. 

When filling out a journey on paperpass what do you write if station name is longer than the space allowed on the ticket? For example Amsterdam central,  brussels central
