I have a Greek ISLANDS pass 6 days. I'll be traveling around the cyclades islands. My trip will be end at Venice, using the international ferry allowed. How can I arrive to Igoumenitsa? The two domestic lines for Interrail Greek Islands doesn't make this journey… 

We are travelling from Rome to Berlin and going through Switzerland, Austria, Prague and then Berlin.  Going to buy a monthly eurail pass.  What are the best cities to visit during this trip?thank you

How can  I get from Dubrovnik to Athens by train in Late September 2022 

I am quietly working out my plans to travel from Brussels to Naples.The travel date is not fixed yet, but will normally be somewhere at the end of August ... and 1st week of September.The route I have in mind:Brussels North - Cologne (ICE)Cologne - Basel (ICE)Basel - Lugano (IC)Lugano - Milan (RE)Departure 6u32am, arrival 17u17pm.If I would like to reserve a seat for the ICE, I pay 5.30 euros for 1st class per person, per journey.I wouldn't want to do that, but my travel partner isn't convinced about trains, so maybe better to reserve a seat after all. Otherwise I risk having to change seats several times.1/Why does the SBB travel planner not show the train at 16u02 pm departing from Lugano in August ?Is that because not all travel times have been communicated from Italy yet?2/Would the SBB travel planner show a connection via Bern and Brig on August 26, because the 16:02 train from Lugano to Milan is not (yet) available?3/Is it easy to get from Milan Central to Milan Porta Garibaldi?O

hi ! I’m going to norway in septembre by train.i’m gonna visit oslo and bergen first and then, i would love to see a fjord, maybe geirangerfjord or nordfjord,have you any experiences like that ?if yes, which train did you take, where did you sleep, and is there a “must do” fjord i need the visit ? thanks for you answer. Alice

Hi! I printed out the map showing a broad selection of available railway lines with the global pass. This is showing a connection going from Bayonne-Biarritz-Hendaye-Irun-San Sebastian, but when using the planner (app and web), every route passing from France to Spain is going down via Narbonne. Is it possible to travel from France to Spain via the west coast of France to the north coast of Spain? 

I had a plan to travel up north from Madrid, Spain to Paris, France, but when I look up the date I want to travel, only options are to go east towards NARBONNE (France), TOULOUSE MATABIAU (France), then BORDEAUX ST JEAN (France). is this the only way to go to Paris?

Hello,On the Eurail / Interrail Rail Planner app, Frankfurt-Niederrad station is treated the same as Frankfurt central station (Frankfurt(Main)Hbf), which is very inconvenient. Try planner search the “from Frankfurt Airport to Frankfurt Central”. Frankfurt-Niederrad station is certainly close to central station, but it's a completely different station.I hope for improvement.Thank you.

Hey! Was just wondering if anyone had travelled out of the summer season from September - November time, are the hostels still open and busy or do they die down a bit after summer? Particularly in cities such as Prague, Vienna and Budapest.

I am travelling from Prague Hlavni Nadrazi to Budapest Keleti in two weeks and I have already chosen my trains on the Rail Planner app. However, on the ÖBB website it says that there are some changes in the route due to construction work. Has anyone used this route and knows what is happening? Are the trains working?Thank you all! 😙

Hi!I want to travel from Germany to Greece and my idea was to go via Italy and take the ferry to Greece (either from Ancona or Bari). I would stay in Greece for a few weeks then and afterwards go back to Germany via italy with the same ferry (with a 2-month global pass).Do you know if there are any restrictions on taking the same route twice, so either train or ferry?Thanks for answers, any help is appreciated!BestLouisa 

Hello again!A friend of mine wants to travel from Spain back to Austria(Linz). They are currently in Granada and their last day is the 2nd of August.They don’t want to travel to France because it’s “ too expensive” for them. But the seat reservations from Spain back to Austria would also cost 60-80€ and would take them about 24 hours.Does anybody know a good( and affordable) route back to Austria with different stops maybe?:)

Hello,we’re actually in France but because of the extremely hot weather we‘re thinking about visiting Norway instead of Spain. The question is, are we allowed to travel trough Germany (we live in Germany) or would this end our trip because it’s our inbound ticket back to Germany?

Hello! What is the best route by train from Amsterdam to Lisbon? First I tried to book Amsterdam- Paris, Paris- Hendaye, Hendaye-Lisbon but I can’t find any train between hendaye and Lisbon. I’m going to Lisbon July 20.  

I’m currently looking into my Eurail trip to some less travelled to destinations. But I’m concerned some of the routes are NOT valid with a Eurail pass. For example, the map PDF lists Meydanekbez, Syria as a destination (via southern Turkey).This, among other places, is somewhere I’m interested in exploring but I’m questioning it’s accuracy, I’ve been told that the map lists a lot of places that you cannot reach. The last thing I’d want is to plan a trip and once I’m there find out my anticipated trip is not feasible!

I would like to visit Vaduz tomorrow. I am from Austria and already used my home-country-travel day today. Now it says in my Interrail App that Vaduz is part of Austria instead of Liechtenstein. Does it mean i would need to use again my home-country-ticket? Or is it a mistake?
