Wie o wie kan mij helpen voor een mooie route naar Porto te bedenken. Ik heb nu t/m Bordeaux geboekt en dacht rond 28 juli vanuit Bordeaux naar San Sebastian te gaan, er is een snel trein van +/- 3 uur maar is op deze app niet te vinden. Wel een met enorme omweg van + 24 uur of zo. En dat is geen optie.Wat kan ik nu het beste doen?Ik vind het erg lastig en hoop dat er iemand is die mij verder op weg kan helpen naar eindbestemming Porto.Vriendelijke groet,Ada.

Anyone know if the pass is valid to Fontainebleau? The journey shows up in the app, but trying to book a normal ticket from Gare de Lyon for my companion I noticed it's RER so apparently interrail not valid?

When I look up this return journey on the Rail Planner site, almost all of the journeys are ‘not in pass network’.  Any advice please?ThanksKaren

My husband and I have booked flights to Europe, we are arriving in Amsterdam and leaving from Paris. We are thinking we will get  a  10 day flex pass on Eurail? Does this work on night trains? our thoughts are to book three nights in Amsterdam, then book as we go? We have also tentatively booked the seat reservations for the Glacier express in Switzerland. From Amsterdam we are thinking, Brussels?  Or night train to Vienna then Vienna day train to Switzerland? From Switzerland then head over to the south  of France? Possible stay somewhere around Nice? Then Boudreaux? suggestions are greatly appreciated! We are thinking we need reservations for some of these trains but not sure how we book ? Hi everyone!Me and a friend are currently planning our Italy trip in September and we are a little confused regarding the trains. For some reason the Trenitalia website won’t show any trains from Palermo (Sicily) to Napoli in mid-September. The last time we checked, there were still trains going, but now the website claims, that there are no trains going after the 11th. But I can’t imagine, that there are simply no trains. Does anybody have an idea why that is? We already booked our hostels and everything, so it would be nice to know if we can leave Sicily via train, as we would have to change a big chunk of our plans, if there are no trains...Thank you in advance! :)

Hello everyone!Me and my girlfriend are planning to go from Madrid→ Porto → Lisabon → Sevilla.As we’re currently planning it shows that there is a real scarcity to of possible connections. What is the most recommended route?We’re planning to travel from Madrid to Porto around 22th of July. and maybe a week later from Lisabon to Sevilla.At the moment the only viable options are to from Madrid → Vigo (bus)→ Valenca → PortoAnd from Lisabon → Faro (bus)→ Sevilla.If anyone got any tips or even great alternative plans, I’m more than happy to hear them.Thanks in Advance

We are 2 seniors from Israel and we are planning to land in Munich and then take a train to Zalsburg. After 5 days to return back to Munich. We want to see a bit of Tirol and lakes. We want to travel (via France) in Spain and Portugal with the interrail-ticket in July and August.Do you have any tips for these countries?For example we found out that in France they only have limited capacities for interrailers and now we are way too late for reserving high-speed-trains in France, which is a big problem. If we would have known that earlier… So maybe there are similar things we should know about Spain and Portugal?E.g. is it true that we can reserve seats only at local train stations in Spain and Portugal? Is it possible that then they are sold out as well?Is it possible to explore also smaler towns and villages with the interrail-ticket in these countries or is the railroad network too bad? Hello everyone,I will start my Interrail Journey to Italy from Aachen on September 17. In Italy I will meet up with some friends in Pescara. From their, it will basically be Pescara → Rome → Naples → Catania → Palermo and then I will stay some time in Sicily and go back to Germany either by Night Trains or I will fly back to Germany. I need to be in Pescara at September 24 or earlier.Now I am quite unsure about how to get to Pescara in the best way. Thats why I need your advice about the itinerary to Pescara.I definitely want to save up some money for Rome and the South of Italy (even though but budget really is not very tight) and I do not want to stay very long in the north. But at least a few days and two locations should be between Aachen and Pescara, since I do not want any 12 hour train rides. I prefer to travel more slowly. I think a night in Switzerland is something I cannot get around, but I am afraid, that it will be really expensive.I like hiking a lot and the Alps in Genera

Hello I will be going to the following locations in august  flying into amsterdam train or plane to prague train to munich train to Zurich  fly out of Zurich my question comes in for the trip from Amsterdam to Prague. I am hears a bunch of horror stories about the amsterdam airport but the train ride is about 9 hours and there are no night trains. I did see there was a night train from amsterdam to Munich but the couchette and sleeper cars are booked. Super bummed as we had orginally planned to fly and don’t really want to do a night train and sit in the seating area without beds. Anyone have any recommendations, I am super lost   

Do I need to book hostels in advance to get the best price?I am starting interrail on August 15.

We are thinking of London, Eurostar via Paris and Milan, down the Adriatic coast  to Sicily.  Anyone done this? We are familiar with the Eurostar and trains in Sicily but not between.  Any pitfalls? Tips? What ticlets to buy from where?

Hi all!This summer I'm planning to travel from Estonia (Tallinn) to Latvia (Riga) to Lithuania (Vilnius) and eventually to Poland (Bialystok/Warszawa). I am entering Tallinn from Stockholm with a boat. Since Eurail doens't support the railway sites for the Baltic states I went to the sites of these countries by myself. My understandings are that it is possible to go from Tallinn to Riga (via Valga), but when I am looking to see if its possible to go from Riga to Vilnius it seems to be trouble. This is mainly because the railway site of Lithuania doesn't seem to be working for me.It was my plan to go from Riga to Daugavpils, to switch trains en travel further to Vilnius. From Vilnius I wanted to go to Kaunas, to go to Bialystok and eventually travel to Warszawa. Here on the forum I am reading that travel from Estonia to Latvia isn't possible, however the railway sites of these countries (Elron and Pasazieru Vilciens) say that it is still possible. Hey there,  In may i bought the interrail youth pass 2 months. I activated it in june, and its valid untill the end of August. Today (26/06) i traveled from utrecht cs to dusseldorf and back in one day. The ticket inspector just told me that i’ve used all of my in/outbounds already which would mean that i’m not able to travel from my home country (the netherlands) to another country in europe. The app says i have 67 days left…. I was planning to go to switzerland for a week starting from the 31st of july. How do i plan my trip now? do i buy seperate tickets to the border? i am also 17 so i travel with 40% discount in summer.  Can someone help me plan my trip without in/outbounds? It’s pretty confusing… thanks a lot!

Hi,I would like to travel from Skopje to Thessaloniki in August. I know that the train is not an option on this route so I will have to take the bus. However, I cannot seem to find any information online on International busses departing from Skopje. I did find a Rule Turs bus bookable on busticket4.me or getbybus on Tue, Thu, Sat: Skopje - Thessaloniki 8.30-13.05, but I don't know how reliable these sites are as I could not find a (working) site of Rule Turs itself. Does anybody have more information/experience regarding this route?Thank you in advance.

Me and my boyfriend are planning an interrail trip from Amsterdam to Athene. We want to travel from Amsterdam to Innsbruck and from Innsbruck to Zurich. Thereafter we want to travel to Serbia to continue our journey to Athene, but we can not find a connection between Zurich or another place in Swiss and Belgrado in Serbia. Has anyone done this before and can tell us how we can travel between Swiss and Serbia? Thanks in advance! :)

Hi, I'm planning on traveling around Europe visiting as many cities and countries as I can in she shortest amount of time, maybe twenty countries over 20 days and if possible maybe spend an hour or two in each city to make a blog about the travel the city and the culture.I know I can buy a 20 pass to do this but can I use that pass to travel all of Europe or just parts of it.Thanks in advance.
