Please tell me how to activate the pass. Is it okay to go to the station? (For example, go to the Rome Termini Station office and get the stamp??

I plan to travel between Amsterdam, Brussels and Paris and although my train journey on Rail planner app says “seat reservations required”, can I instead board the train without seat reservation?

Hi,I was able to win the Freundschaftspass and I'm a bit confused. The pass allows me to travel 7 days within a month and I'm planning to travel next month.When do I activate the pass? on the day of travel?How can I use the trains with the pass?I need to take a TGV and made a seat reservation in advance but haven't activated the pass, is that correct? Thank you!

Can someone please advise on this issue? I spent all evening last night trying to book a seat and also trying to leave a message in this community page. 

Hi Community,Fearing the worst as time is running out, this is my problem. I have 2 days left on my Eurail-pass. As I returned ast Saturday I decide to use them for a trip to Dresden tomorrow, returning Tuesday. I have added the trips and activated them (and booked a hotel in Dresden). I also booked a separate ticket for the last part back from Germany to the Netherlands, as it isn't covered by the Eurail-pass. Now, at the final moment, as I checked the time the train leaves tomorrowmorning on my app, the Eurail app suddenly does not open anymore. It shows the opening screen and then closes after a second. I am stuck and have no proof that I have a valid Eurail-pass and my trips booked.Does anyone have a fix/answer.I sent a question to the Eurail-team just before this question. 

Hello i am currently travelling on eurail with my family. I travelled from bratislava to Prague on 29th sep at 22.06, EN 476, carriage no 363, cabin 5 , seats 53 54 55. We found our cash 3800€ lost during journey. We have strong suspicion on conductor of cabin.he visited our cabin multiple times to supply free water bottles , cold water bottles , wipes, wake up service offer n general chat which we found unusual n in contrast to our previous night journeys on eurail. During our 10hr journey we locked our cabin n slept comfortably. He had key access to our cabin. Upon disembarking from train we found our cash 3800€ lost.We are in middle of travel across Europe...stranded family of 5 with young kids. We have reached out to bratisalva railway authorities, prague railway authorities and eurail customer service...so far no help or solution  has been offered ....what step should we take next to get out of this distressing situation? Kindly help. 

Can I just board the train with nothing more than my interrail pass?

If I take a 3 day pass, do I get 3 days + the 2 days for going in and out of my home country?

So, the problem i have is that i live in france, literally 4 km away from the German border, and I wanted to go to Spain. The thing is that i’ll probably need multiple trains to reach the border.Not only that but the only way to get to the part of spain i want to go, is reaching the station on the french border side, and then, take a railway that is not part of the interrail. Would that be possible?

Hello Everyone, I am trying to book a train BCN to Geneva, Switzerland AVI 9737AVE Internationalat 8:22-16:35. Message says “Not available from Eurail.comThis seat reservation can’t be booked on our website. Check 'More information' for other ways to book.”I want to Barcelona Santa and they were no help in booking the ticket. Who should I go to a Sants or what should I do? 

Hi everyone, I am currently trying to book a train from London to Barcelona. When I view the tickets without logging into my account, it looks like there are seats available. However, when I log in, I get the following message: “Prices unavailableNo price results were found. Pass holder reservations may be sold out for this connection, but there are other ways to check for available seats—more info below our timetable. “ Are tickets truly sold out? Is there any way I can purchase online? 

We bought our passes on 4/8/2023 and we have to activate them by 4th July 2024 but we dont land in the UK until 24th July 2024! What do we do?

 Next week I will travel in the morning from Dresden to Berlin and in the evening I will take the night train from  Berlin to Antwerp were I arrive the next day. Hoe do I enter these trips in the app?

We would like to buy a pass from: Berlin to Prague, Prague Budapest, Vienna, Munich, Ginevra, Milan, Berlin. It must cover from December 25 to January 24. First class, fast trains during the day. One adult and two seniors. Virginia

I heard in Germany, they have different class seats on separate carts. I am mainly travelling on 2nd class, and I am just worried, that I am going to hop on to the wrong cart. Is it easy to differentiate them, looking at the exteriors of the carts, where carts are painted differently, or do they follow some sort of sequence, where front carts are usually 1st class, and back carts are 2nd class?   

Is there limit to how many bags you can bring on board to the German trains? Is there extra fees for bringing luggage?  

Does anyone know if there’s luggage lockers at Rothenburg Ob Der Tauber Train Station? I am visiting Rothenburg from Wurzburg, and I am staying there for a day, then returning back to Wurzburg next day. The place I am staying doesn’t offer luggage storage, and I check in late, so I was thinking of leaving my luggage at the train station, but I just wanted to make sure that they have it before I proceed with it. If not I am thinking of leaving the non-essentials at the Wurzburg Train Station.      

Recommendation for traveling from Barcelona to Pisa ItalyWhat ticket should I buy for five days in Italy?

We are planning a trip with a German pass. We know that we can travel to Salzburg / Innsbruck / Verona on this pass, but what we’re not sure about is if we can stop at each city on the way and stay, then pick the DB train back up to carry on the journey, or if we need to return to Germany before doing the next part of the trip.  Ideally we would like to go from Munich to Salzburg, stay overnight, move on to Innsbruck, stay there overnight, then on to Verona staying overnight, before coming back to Germany. Is this possible? 

How to get an invoice? I need it fast

I have a paper pass,bi have made some reservations and printed them out before I set off. If I make a reservation whilst I am travelling,  it says I need to print the reservation out. Is this the case? I don't know how I will be able to do that. Travelling in Italy and Switzerland.

Hi, me and my husband will start our trip from Gothenburg to Hamburg. Should we activate the whole trip as one journey? If we do, what happens if we miss a transfer? If we eg miss our activated journey from Copenhagen to Hamburg and have to take the next train? How do we activate a new journey when we already have one that we missed?How does it work? 

It’s my first time using eurail and i’ll be traveling from Paris Nord to Amsterdam Centraal, but everytime I do this it will say that my pass isn’t valid in some of these countries. Do I need to buy another ticket or another pass? or Do I need to update anything for the pass?

Hey, ich werde in den Herbstferien erst nach Abisko und dann noch nach London fahren. Allerdings kann ich nicht mit Freunden von mir fahren, aus verschiedenen Gründen.
