Hello, we are planning to travel within Austria (many cities) and finish in Germany. In total 5 train travels (all in December 2023). I have a few questions I could use help with please:1: Am I correct to get a 5 Trip Pass? Will it work from Austria to Germany?2: Should I make seat reservations before I leave for the trip?3: Are their limits on how many pieces of luggage we can take with us?4: If we make reservations, can the reservation be changed easily?Thanks for your help.

HiWas able to reserve Oslo S to Bergen trains seats on 13 October 2023.Also tried to reserve seats on the Bergen to Oslo S train for 17 October 2023 but unable to do so.vy.no shows all trains after 15 October 2023 as being sold out.Email to vy.no says 3 weeks answer delay so no timely help there!Any ideas on what’s going on? Should I book a flight instead now or wait?Thanks

Hi there, I have recently booked a ticket but am unable to access the online ticket. I accidently chose delivery via post, how do I change this as our postal services does not work in my country. I need an electronic copy to apply for a visa, looking forward to your response. 

My partner is running the Berlin Marathon and figured we’d travel to a few countries in Europe while we’re at it. First we arrive in Paris…Option 1 (Paris - stay 3 nights)>>>(Berlin - stay 3 nights)>>>(Barcelona-3 nights)>>>(Paris-stay 1 to 2 nights)Option 2 (Paris - stay one night)>>>(Amsterdam - stay two nights)>>>(Berlin - stay 3 nights)>>>(Barcelona-3 nights)>>>(Paris-stay 1 to 2 nights)Which would be more feasible?  What is there to do in Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin and Barcelona? What are the must visit places and food places to visit? or should we replace our visit with another country? 

Hey Guys, my girlfriend and me are in Barcelona right now and thinking about doing a day trip to Blanes. Therefore, we hoped to use our global passes. The problem is, that the Rail Planner app couldn't find the station of Blanes.My app is updated to the latest version. Also, RENFE website as well as the official tourist information tells us trains are operating. Does anybody know if and how we could use our passes for the day trip? Anyways, thanks for your help.

I’m planning my train route through Italy and some trains are showing that I need a seat reservation but with no price. When I go to make that seat reservation it states that seat reservations are unavailable. What do I do in this situation? Thanks in advance for the help.

Hi I'm about to start a 2 month global pass trip and not sure what size bag is recommended. I'm planning to go to Scandinavia and then across to South Eastern Europe so I'll need cold and hot weather clothing. Any other tips welcome!

I am thinking about taking this overnight train and there seems to have a 2-hour transfer time.Where do we go while we wait for the next train to arrive?Do you get bunk bed on these trains?Are there bullet trains to take?

I am an international student will be travelling from Nantes, France to Paris and I will have several pieces of luggage with me on my journey home.  One of my suitcases is very large.  Where will I be able to put that on a train?  I am worried that I won’t find luggage space as I will be travelling Dec 23rd...a busy travel day.  I want to be able to put my luggage in an area on the train so that I can keep an eye on it.  Also, I was thinking storing my big pieces of luggage in Paris a CDG airport before further travel to other countries.  Can anyone recommend a good place to store luggage at this airport?  I will be flying back to Canada from Terminal 2 at that airport a few weeks later.  Or would it be smarter to store my luggage at the train station near the airport?  

If we take a train from A to B with train change at C.Is it ok to set up plan (and ticket) from A to B? What happen if train A to C is delayed so we must take a later train from C to B ?

Hi, I’m hoping to manage to get to Budapest next week from Istanbul. I’m about to buy the ticket to Bucharest and then will have about 90 minutes and I’ll need to board the sleeper to Budapest (I know, it’s ‘ambitious’). I’m trying to get to my family by train and need to book the Bucharest-Budapest connection in advance online and it’s pretty expensive. From there I’m hoping to get on the all-day train to Warsaw, but again, who knows if it’s possible with border crossings etc. Does anyone have experience with Bosphorus Express - does it arrive on time usually? Thanks a million!

Hey guys, I want to buy a Global Pass and let's assume I reside in Germany... that doesn't work, right? I can only enter and exit once. How am I supposed to travel from east to west and from south to north without going through Germany? And that for 2 months? Let's say I start from Germany to Poland, but then want to go to France, do I have to go to Italy first???? That would be total nonsense, wouldn't it?

My train from Vienna to Venice leaves at around 6 am in the morning on the 7th of September. Will that train be affected by the derailment accident of the Swiss Gotthard Tunnel?Then name of my train is RJ 131 and I think its route is only Vienna to Venice, if I did my research correctly. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong and I'd love some clarity on my doubts!

How to change the language for the App from Germany to English? I cannot add the trip to the app. Route-Salzburg to Munich RJX64 17:00-18:40 I am going from Munich to Füssen but I cannot find the Fussen station on the app.

   Hello Thx for any help to the following, much appreciated.If a person has a first class Eurail Pass but the route has to be reserved and only 2nd class reservations are available, would that person have any chance of sitting in first class? [My wife heard your bags are more secure in first class?] We are first timers.       2) If a route is recommended to buy reservations but not required and they are no                       reservations available would that mean the Train is full or do they only sell a limited                 amount of reservations?          I live in a community with Ferries and they sell way too many reservations in peak                    season (cash grab).       Thx for any help.  Brian

Hola, el día 1 de agosto salimos desde Málaga en nuestro primer viaje global pass. Cómo nos dijeron en taquilla, ya hemos reservado destino Madrid, para después ir de Madrid a Lyon. Pero no sabemos reservar este último por la app, ya que el tren es francés y no nos aparece desde Madrid. Alguien puede ayudarnos? Muchas gracias

I am currently traveling in Europe with an Interrail Pass. i live in germany I learned that the Interrail Pass is invalid in the country where I live. For example, would it be invalid for travel between Munich and Salzburg?
