I have created a trip on my mobile. In doing so I made a couple of mistakes which I would like to correct but I can find no way of doing so. The option to Edit Trip only allows one to change its name and connect/disconnect to a pass. I would like to delete a journey and change the date of a journey but it seems to be impossible. Do I have to start again and re-create the entire trip?

I have one Adult and one Youth second-class German Rail Pass. my son is 13.We need to travel from München Hbf to Peschiera del Garda on Friday 24 July 2026.We wanted to go via the brenner pass but that isnt operating ( and this was included in our pass )The route we are considering is:RJ 81, München Hbf 07:34 to Venezia Mestre 16:46 Frecciarossa 9750, Venezia Mestre 17:30 to Peschiera del Garda 18:46RJ 81 appears to be diverted via Salzburg, Villach and Tarvisio because of the Brenner closure.The German Rail Pass information says that DB-ÖBB EuroCity and Railjet trains operating between Germany and Venice are included, with a supplement required. However, when I try to reserve RJ 81 through Rail Planner, it says:‘One or more Passes don’t cover this journey.’ :/Could anyone please confirm:Are German Rail Passes valid on this diverted RJ 81 from Munich to Venice? Hello! When to book reservations in Spain and France? We want to be as spontaneous as possible and if some trains are sold out, do you know any alternatives, like a less popular train or routes somehow? Thanks!

We are planning to begin our return journey on September 13 from Ljubljana.The plan is:  Ljubljana to Munich during the day, then Nightjet from Munich.  I want to book the Nightjet, so we definitely have a space.However, Im not sure if we want to spend the final night in Antwerp or Liège prior to going from Brussels back to the UK  on 15 September.My query is this:  do all night trains on this line stop at Liège?If I book to Brussels, can we still get off at Liège if we decide last minute?Is Antwerp or Liège best for a day?Thanks

HeyI have a global pass and weeks ago I booked reservations for our jurney from Kolding to London. Now I have to add journeys to my trip, but how can I show that i have the reservations? 

¡Hola a todos!Necesito ayuda urgente porque estoy viajando ahora mismo en tren y la app Rail Planner me ha dejado tirado.He intentado mover mi pase móvil a un teléfono nuevo, pero el QR que generaba la aplicación llevaba a un enlace que daba error (404). Después probé a introducir los datos manualmente varias veces y, al parecer, el sistema se bloqueó por seguridad. Ahora ya no me aparece la opción de “Mover pase”, solo el mensaje “Contáctenos”.Ya he enviado el formulario de soporte urgente con mi número de pase y el Device ID de mi teléfono, pero todavía no he recibido respuesta y el revisor pasará en cualquier momento.¿A alguien le ha ocurrido algo parecido mientras estaba de viaje? ¿Cómo actuó el revisor? ¿Suelen ser comprensivos cuando se trata de un fallo de la aplicación si puedes enseñar el correo de compra o la confirmación del pase, o podrían poner una multa igualmente?Cualquier experiencia o consejo me vendría genial. ¡Muchas gracias!

Landing at Schiphol late tomorrow with my 7yo. Was gonna make the last Eurostar train, but they cancelled the stop and I dont think we can make it to Amsterdam Centraal on time. Already booked stay in Brussels.Taking to long to get answers through interrail (or my nerves think so at least).The late arrival and travelling alone with a young child makes it less flexible. I have not been to Netherlands or Belgium since I was a child myself - and have not done enough research for this to happen.Is there anyone who could give me tips or have thoughts on what would be the best way to travel from Schiphol to Brussels tomorrow around the time 21.00? I am afraid to end up with a new train which also is affected by thee disruption and getting stuck somewhere or travelling for hours this late into the night with a small child.Help, please?

Hello again! I have added the journey Chur to Zurich on my rail planner last month and at that time Seat reservation was free (pic 1). I just noticed now that the time has changed and now it shows: Seat reservation optional (pic 2). I'm gonna have to delete that journey and enter the new time.My question is: Is it better for me to pay the Seat reservation to be sure we have seats OR we can just wing it?We have Eurail Global Pass 1st class. Thank you!
