Hello, I have a question regarding ferry reservations with the Greek Islands pass: would it be possible to book the same ferry trip for two different days and then cancel the one I do not use? Many thanks in advance

HiAfter retirement, I plan a global pass for a couple of days (in a month) around the end of this summer. Although I’m an experienced train traveller, a couple of things are still unclear for me regarding Interrail.  My first question is if there is something like “Zugbindung” (like you have with traditional German “Sparpreis” tickets). In other words, if I plan for example for my first day a trip from my home city in the Netherlands to Munich and a train starting at, for example 8:00, would I be allowed to decide on this first morning to take a train earlier or later? And would I be flexible regarding the route, so instead of via Hannover to take a train via Frankfurt? Or do I have to take exactly those train(s) that I selected (“Zugbindung”) when I created the trip for that first day? My second question is how flexible I am regarding creating trips. Do I have to plan every trip (and thus every day and train) before I start using the Interrail pass? Or can it be that I enter only the

EuroRail rookie here. Just wanting to confirm the facts Ive read already from various blogs. We are travelling on a 1st class global pass for 2 months to about 11 countries (Germany, Austria, Czech, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland) I would like to ask if travelling within the same country (ie Switzerland or Hungary) is included in our global pass? I know it may not be include travel WITHIN a city (ie metro trains, trams, metro buses), but does it cover travel from city to city? Hi,I would be grateful is someone could please verify if the EURail pass is valid on travel, through Spain, Portugal and the UK and Scotland, in September/October 2023, I am hearing in Australia that it’s not valid in the UK and Scotland due to "Brexit”. We are staying in Birmingham and will need to travel to Scotland by Train, then flying to Dublin, is this better than flying we have luggage 23 kg, Where do we catch the train from in Birmingham and what train is the fastest to ScotlandWe hope to get a EURail pass and use the trains.Any help we would be greatful. Kind regardsSharon

Hi , we are in Sweden atm but planning to leave Gothenburg on 18 April 2023 by Stenna ferry to Frederikshavn catching the 18.20 ferry. However our train does not get into Gothenburg until 17.40 that day. Am wondering if that is enough time to get to the ferry? (Not sure how early you have to get to the ferry before it leaves) Also any ideas how to get to the ferry port? Any trains? thanks Shaz

I reserved a ticket for eurostar to Brussels on 10th April to travel on to Munich but also booked a flight to Munich and decided to take the flight. I deselected train journey from my pass but didn't deselect outbound journey. I tried to do this when I noticed it was still showing but it was too late since train departure had passed. Is there any way I can get this back?

Hi All,My wife and I will activate our mobile Eurailpass when we land in Frankfurt. We plan to go from FRA to Bern that morning. I know that FRA will have wifi, but my concern is what SIM to buy for use in ITALY (we have wifi in Switzerland at our friend’s home). I would like a SIM card that I can use not only in Italy but in Germany as we will be in Germany for a month. Last year, when I was only in Germany, I used 02, but obviously I want something that will be dependable in Italy. Do you suggest getting one SIM card for Italy and then 02 when I am in Germany? Thank you!!

Hi, my husband and I have each one pass. How can we book seats together?

Can someone please guide me how to book seat reservations from London to Paris to Bordeaux (st Jean station).  I am needing to book seat reservation from London via Paris  to Bordeaux on same day Monday July 3, 2023 .  I was able to get a seat from London to Paris, and there is connection time to get to Paris Montparnasse station  to Bordeaux (St Jean), but the seat does not show for Paris to Bordeaux.  I am getting the following message below “PARIS MONTPARNASSE 1 ET 2 (France)2h 7mTGV 8509TGV INOUIShow facilitiesSeat reservations requiredYou need to buy a seat reservation to board.Prices for this journey will start to be available 90 days before departure.

I can't make a reservation on the app, it won't let me log in. If I try to get into the Eurail.com website, it keeps telling me bad request 

The official in Santander FEVE railway station said that we can go into the train if we have Interrail pass, but How can we add a trip to our e-pass while the train we want to go with does not show in Planner of the e-pass? Do we need to add it or just go to the train?

Hello,Which site should we use to make the seat reservations for the below journey?Rail Planner app suggests 3 sites1) Eurail website2) CD.cz3) bahn.deCD.cz shows the train ride but says cannot be booked online. bahn.de does not even show the train ride (cannot enter Brussels or Bruxelles)

I’ve booked a seat reservation on a 2nd class train from Zurich to Paris de Lyon via eurail. I got the confirmation letter already but there was no specific seat number on it. Why’s that? Didn’t I just make this seat reservation? Thanks!

The Problem is that we‘ve travaled from our home country Germany to the Netherlands, then back to Germany and now want to go to France. Hello, I have a question about the pass. I know that the pass must be picked up offline. However, is there a way to know the pass cover number before receiving the paper pass? (Is the pass cover number presented at the time of ordering, or can the number be obtained only through the physical pass) Also, can the eurail greek island pass be purchased from other country’s railway authorities? I am visiting Germany, England, France, Switzerland before visiting Greece.
