Not can buy ticket for NIGHTTRAIN from Rome to Vienna, i have error`s and “Ticket unavailable”

How do people plan their trip in advance? I’d like to see times and total cost before committing to buying two passes, but that seems only possible *after* purchase. What am I missing?

Last year I bought a -50% 10-day pass valid until the end of May, but I had to cancel my trip. So I have not activated the pass. Can I transfer it to another person or is it gone?

Hello guys, does anyone know any hotels where there is a code to enter, that is, there is no reception? in Italy, or for example Vienna, I know that there are options even with the key falling out of a special machine, you enter the code that you receive on booking. It’s just that I’m only 16 years old and I think without a copy of my parents’ passport and any signatures, they won’t rent the hotel to me, but entering with a code will save me.

Good morning, I am traveling from Bologna to Aachen on the Rail-jet (Bologna-Monaco via Brennero) with the German rail pass. I had confirmation from Trenord staff that I should not pay the 10€ supplement due to the nature of German rail pass itself, but it seems like this information is unknown to most people, including Austrian staff, since many times, during previous trips, they asked me to pay it. Is there someone who could tell me where to find more informations about the 10€ zuschlag and German rail pass?Thanks 

Good afternoon, I am travelling to Austria then onto Ljubljana. There are two trains involved, one at 9am and the other at 2pm. However when I go into my pass I can only see the ticket for the first train. There is no ticket for the second leg of my journey. Thanks in advance.

Would I miss anything much? So for 1 or 2 days in Zurich (depending on if I skip the later 4) should I get the Swiss travel pass? If so, which one, what benefits do I get, how much it cost and where to buy it from? Please note, I also have global pass 

Hello again from Canada the gentleman that replied moments ago, thank you for the map. can someone please help, my trip plans is to go from Paris to Venice and do an overnight trip. I cannot seem to figure out if there is an overnight option, where to connect and last train out. I was thinking of purchasing a 5 day rail pass. im originally flying into London, hoping on a high speed train through to Paris, from there to Venice and then into Rome. any advice will be greatly appreciated.

HI COMMUNITY, I am trying to book Prague to Zurich from 00:40 to 13:20 train with 2 lay overs. The website says I need seat reservations for the first 2 trains but it does not show/allow prices to reserve it for. How do I go about it? 2nd questions, for the 3rd train from SALZBURG HBF to ZUERICH HB it says tickets are recommended but not required with a price. Should I get these optional tickets? 

Hi. What’s the best way to take the Bernia Express southbound? My route is Zurich/Bern to Milan. I guess I have to make stops at Chur and Tirano for this. I can leave Zurich anytime after 00:00 on May 1st and plan to be at Milan by 10-11AM. Any insights and tips on train times would be helpful. 

Hi!I’m getting an error every time I reserve any ticket from Freiburg to Brussels on May 7th, tickets appear available in different options, I reserve my seats for both legs and when doing the payment it says it’s been a problem with the ticket and asks me to find another one. Is there anything I’m doing wrong? I had no problem with my other tickets. Thanks!

Hello everyone, can you travel on night trains with a ticket? I can't buy a ticket anywhere, it says unavailable 

I want to buy Eurail tickets, but when I tried (practice run) to book seats for the Munich to Budapest train on August 26, it read “all booked up.” I tried every train on that date and with the same result - all booked up. I’ve read on travel forums that this is most likely not the case (that it is in fact not all booked up).  I can’t proceed with buying Eurail passes as long as this is leg of the trip is not available to us. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.

Is anyone aware of trains running from Ploče to Mostar?On zfbh.ba, I can see services starting in Bosnia, at Čapljina. But nothing extending to Ploče or Metkovic. Just a bus.I’ve seen reference that there might be weekend services running, but I can’t find any proof.

Hi, I want to reserve a ticket from LYON PART DIEU (France) to BRUXELLES-MIDI (Belgium) with SNCF Voyages for May 5th. It’s giving me the error “Prices unavailable”. You recommend usin RAilEurope websiote but my train doesn’t appear there, plus they seem to ask me for the money anyway. I have also checked the official SNCG page but they don’t allow me to reserve for Interrail, just buy tickets. How am I supposed to reserve?

I have purchased a Eurail pass for me and a friend. We’re heading to Amsterdam on April 27 and visiting seven countries going by train. I’ve taken many trains in Europe including this year but I’ve always bought regular tickets. This is my first pass and I’m confused even after reading the entire website. 1.) I have created seven “trips” in Rail Planner. I’ve successfully made a few reservations but some of the trips that say reservations recommended I’ve tried numerous times to make and I get an error message. How do I know if these trains are available? And for trips with several legs I get messages that say some of the parts of the journey can’t be made. 2.) Second question: for trains where reservations aren’t necessary how does one know what car to get on and what seats may already be reserved by others before we sit down? 3.) Finally some of the legs have very short transfers like 7-9 minutes! Is it possible to make these connections? We’re in our sixties and not marathon runners

Hi there, I am travelling with my 15-year-old daughter on June 8th from Milan. I am trying to decide between staying in Salerno or Sorrento, and to save time will get the fast train from Milan to Salerno or Naples (transferring to local Sorrento train).  We will then base ourselves in one place to explore for 3 days. I know this is not near enough time, so would appreciate thoughts on the benefit of location and ease of getting around via public transport to places of interest - particularly Pompeii (we won’t do Vesuvius). We have a Eurail pass that we will use for the fast trains, but believe it won’t work for local trains. As a Mum and daughter travelling alone, I am keen to ensure the safest options, where we can maximise our time, without running around too much and not enjoying just being in this beautiful part of the world.
