Hi ! I am currently on a trip around Sweden and Norway and everything is fine (despite the strike in France on the Day of departure...). Our outbound Journey was Poitiers/Paris/Dusseldorf. Must the inbound journey be the other way round ? Or can I choose to take the direct Strasbourg to Poitiers to Côme back  home ? Thanks in advance!Franck

Je suis à Budapest et voudrais acheter un autre billet dans un train de nuit avec couchette. A la gare, l’employée n’avait aucune envie de faire un quelconque effort en anglais et m’a renvoyée sur une machine. Connaissez-vous une agence de voyage qui parle anglais où je puisse racheter un billet ?Je repars dimanche et voudrais le racheter d’ici vendredi pour être tranquille et être sûre de rentrer.Merci par avance pour votre aide 

I’m glad that it’s finally possible to book seat reservations for Spanish AVE trains online.Is there any way of picking your own seat?  Or do you have to accept the seat that is automatically allocated to you?

On February 20th I will travel from Stockholm to Haparanda on the way to Rovaniemi. We are concerned that the Boden connection is only 11 minutes. Every day for the last 2 weeks the train from Stockholm has arrived late in Boden. Also today /13 minutes/ My question is, does the train to Haparanda wait for the arrival of the train from Stockholm and possibly until how many minutes late is the connection to Haparanda provided? 

I want to change my promotional ticket. Should I buy a new ticket and request a refund? How exactly should I proceed? How long does it take for the refund to be made when I request a refund?

I am planning a trip in June. I have a global flexipass. I know that some train info is missing right now (mid February).The two legs I would like to plan are:London - Paris - San Sebastian all in one day on Weds June 5th.Bordeaux - Paris - London all in one day on Fri June 14th.I’d like to reserve the Eurostar tickets now. What has me confused is that I’ll be assuming I can make the rest of those journeys without knowing for sure (because the other schedules aren’t out yet).Can anyone tell me if those trips are common/easy/achievable? Or am I being ambitious? I want to avoid making Eurostar reservations now and then finding out closer to the time that I can’t make the rest of each of those trips work in one day.If anyone has experience / advice to share I would appreciate it. Bonjour, j’ai pris un pass de 15 jours interail et je me suis pas rendu compte que j’ai déjà utilisé mon aller retour pour mon pays de résidence ( France) je ne sais pas comment je peux rentrer dans mon pays sachant qu’il me reste plusieurs jour de voyage sur mon pass que je n’utiliserai pas…belle journée alizee 

Hello,If I hold a Eurail First Class Global Pass and make a Business Premier reservation on the Eurostar, will I be entitled to utilize the Business Premier dedicated priority lanes at St. Pancras Station? Thank you in advance. 

I’m still confused about the two of us travelling together with passes on one or two devices. I’ll be purchasing the passes for the two of us, but when travelling (especially at stations where you scan the QR code to get through automatic gates) how can that be achieved if the passes are on a single device? Can I have my travel partner log into my pass on his device to access the same information, or should I take a screen shot of the QR code for his ticket and send to him to present?

Ik ga vanuit london naar harwich ,boot vertrekt om 23 uur om 8 uur in hoek van holland naar Rotterdam centraal en dan naar huis .Wordt aangegeven dat zijn 2 in reis dagen,dat klopt toch niet.Wie weet een oplossing.

I have received an email from Tentialia that I think is telling me the trip I booked from Monterosso, Italy, has been changed because of rail works. It seems to be unclear and suggests that I can call them to reschedule or ask for a refund.I am staying in Florence until 18/4 and then I was planning on taking an early train to Pisa, spending a few hours there, then continuing to Monterosso for the night. I have not made any reservations for that trip. Then on the next day I have booked a trip from Monterosso to Milan.Does anyone know where the best place for me to get more information on what changes I need to make to my plans? I need to work out whether this trip is still going to be possible, or do I need to make major changes.

How far in advance do I need to make seat reservations from Paris to London.  Trip is in mid-March. 

I used my pass to go to Kew Gardens. At the station I couldn't get out. When I asked for help they said the station has no readers for it and I wouldn't be able to to use this pass to get back to London.  What can I do. Pass is good and I have a ticket. Thanks.

Hello, This devudu from India. I am planning to visit to europe from 12th March to 22nd March 2024. Me and my wife travelling. 12th arriaval at Amsterdam,have some official work at Amstardam from 13-15th and will cover local Netherlands.16th travel to Paris.17th travel to Switzerland (detailed planning yet to be done)22nd return to India. Please guide me which places to cover routes and tips suggestions. I am first time travelling to Europe.Should we take Eurail pass or not.I have seen eurail pass but I think it is very expensive for me. Because for eurail pass is costing around 900 euro for 15 days and charging around 30 euro for each reservations. Since I need to show all travel reservations in the airport, i need to make all reservations prior to departure from india, it will not work out form me.so, kindly advise me which pass should I take and locations hotels etc.Thank you. 

I am anxious that the ticket i buy will exclude me from some routes or trains. For instance the fast trains between capitals.

Hi all,I would really appreciate some help with interrailing over the summer. My partner and I are coming to Sicily in July for a week and then would like to travel home (England) by interrail.I understand we will need to get a ferry to southern Italy, but then I am unable to build the trip on the app. We would like to visit Rome, Florence, Milan, Switzerland, Paris, and then catch the Eurostar to London.Any help would be really appreciated.Thank you.

Hola a todos  Los pass global dicen “Puede utilizar sus 4 días de viaje en cualquier momento dentro de 1 mes de su fecha de inicio. Extiendelas o úsalas una detrás de otro: tú decides”… referente a esto puedo viajar de Madrid a Francia hoy y en una semana de Francia a Italia y así sucesivamente sin que superar el mes ? ó debo viajar consecutivamente es decir hoy viajo de madrid a francia y mañana de Francia a Italia. 

OK  I think of myself as fairly savvy and experienced but I’m trying to rough out a train route for an upcoming trip but, although I know there are trains to Bayreuth, Germany, the destination pops up as not known! In the past I know I booked trains from Frankfurt and Hamburg.  Am I missing something?

Greetings,We ill be visiting Paris for the 2024 Olympics.  I would like to purchase a 6 day travel for one month in one country.  Whenever I select the following, the software switch my selection to Global pass.  Why. Can I not purchase a one country pass for first class without going global.
