Hi there!I live in the South of France and wish to use the remaining travel days of my Interrail Pass to go either to Belgium or the UK but I’ve already use both my inbound and outbound trips.I wonder if there is an easy way to find the most suitable rail stations at the French border so that I can split the trip to pay the French part and use the Pass for the foreign part. Many thanks in advance for your tips!
The app uses Spanish as default language. Even if somebody sends me a trip (link) everything is translated in Spanish? How do i change that??I find English difficult enough. I prefer Dutch. Please give an answer 🙏
Hi,my name is Paola and I come from Italy. Among my passions are travel: when I can, I particularly like traveling by train, calmly admiring the various landscapes that follow one another while looking out of the windows.I'm organizing a train trip to Belgium with my family, but unfortunately I've become afraid of certain types of routes, which I've never had!Does anyone know if there are long tunnels along the Munich-Stuttgart/Nuremberg-Frankfurt-Cologne-Brussels route? I already know the ones up to Munich …Thanks in advance for the help.
Hello everyone,I'm slowly planning my trip in Europe. Since there's nice promotion I have doubts if is worth to pay extra for 1st class.I'm going to travel in January and February. 3-5 days of pass I'll probably use for Scandinavian country, rest probably for South of the Europe and 1 day I'm planning to for night train for my return. To be honest I never ride a train for long distance during the winter. Last year during summer I used 7 days to trip in West Europe, but it was 2nd class.More specific questions:1. You guys think is worth to pay extra for 1st class?2. Seat reservations fee is same like in 2nd class? 3. What happens if I'll have 2nd class ticket and I book seat for 1st class? 4. How occupied are the trains in Scandinavians countries especially during the winter.5. Night train with couchettes/sleeper have different for 1st/2nd class and can I book it?
Does anyone know when the train timetable from Tirano to Milan , post June 11 , will be released ??Looking to travel on June 11 at about 1pm ??Saw a reference to train rail works ???
Hello, I already purchased 3 global passes for me and my family. If I activate them so I can start planning the trip and making reservations, I’m I going to start the days that I purchased, or do they start until the first train we use?
Can I travel all the routes with the Global Pass: 10 days in 2 month? Or only the ones that the map shows?
Hii! I’m planning on buying the global 10 days within 2 months pass. I would like to travel from Rijeka (Croatia) to Trieste (Italy) but according to the rail planner app it would take like 5,5 hours by train. Instead, a flixbus would take only 1h 50 mins. So, is it possible that I use an alternative transportation from one country to another in the middle of my trip? Or do I need to use only my Interrail pass? Is this a good way to save one travel day for my pass or will something go wrong? :DThanks in advance!
I don’t like reviews of Rail planner app and it not easy to use. I can’t make reservations and it is hard to find the train schedule( no anytime exist, must enter specific time and always not available)I want to change my mobile global pass to paper pass and get reservations at the station. I just bought it with promotion (25%discount)and also bought a Plus to insure.Thank you in advance
I’m planning to go on a cruise from Genoa in Feb 2024.I need to know which is the best way to travel from Genoa to Rome as i will be staying in Rome for a week after the cruise. I would also like to visit Florence, Venice, Verona and Milan. I need some guidance please as to what is the best option.
I have been using the belgian rail website as recommended by another member in order to check the availability for pass holders of trains in France and the eurostar to London, however, it is not showing the same availability for Eurail and Interrail passes. As I live in Europe I need an Interrail pass. I want to travel from London to Lille or Paris on the 27th of December (2 passengers), when Interrail is selected then there is no availability at all, when Eurail is selected, all the trains appear to be available. Is this just some kind of glitch? I can’t think why there would be a different number of seats for Interrail vs Eurail passes. I don’t want to buy the pass if the train is not available and I don’t know which one to trust, would it be a problem to book the reservation under a Eurail pass but actually have an Interrail pass? Is there a better/different website I should try? Thanks!
My husband and I will be travelling to several European countries in 21 days in 2024 (see itinerary below). We want to be able to visit various destinations within each country, e.g. while in Lucern, we would like to do a day trip to Interlaken; while in Bruges, we want to visit Ghent, while in Montreux, we want to visit Gruyere, etc... I would appreciate any advice on the best rail pass(es) we should get that would be most cost effective. Thank you!Paris to London (for 2 nights)London to Brugges (for 2-3 nights)Bruges to Amsterdam (for 4 nights)Amsterdam to Lucerne (for 3 nights)Lucerne to St. Moritz (for 1 night)St. Moritz to Zermatt on the Glacier Express (for 1 night)Zermatt to Montreux (for 2 nights)Montreux to Geneva (for 1 night)Geneva to Paris (for 4 nights)
Hi everyone, I am planning a trip and having trouble understanding something. If I get a 10 day travel pass, do i have to use it all in one go or can i travel for 7 days, go home, then use the remaining 3 a couple weeks later ? Thanks!
Can I use global eurail pass from ZURICH HB to Winterthur?
I do not want to connect My Trip to my mobile pass at home as I am worried when I connect trip to pass that will count as Day 1, but I need to reserve some seats. Can somebody tell me if connecting the pass to a trip a week or so before your first trip is ok to do?Thanks in advance
Hello, I am going to travel to Spain, Madrid on December 22 until January 9, during that time I would love to visit other nearby countries such as France, Italy and Switzerland, I was thinking of buying the Global pass, but I see that all the trains to those destinations require reservations , therefore I don't know if the pass is worth it, or how I can get a route without trains with a reservation. I accept options for other routes to Europe from Madrid that do not require a reservation. Thank you
I like some advice from someone who has made a trip from London to Istanbul. How many days needed if i want to visit every possible stop in each countries on the way;Which ticket shell i buy;I like to spend around 2 weeks in Istanbul. Thanks

My country of residence is germany and I have only one inbound/outbound journey left.
This ferry trip has a discount in Ferry Grimaldi lines. The Eurail pass needs to be activated to get the discount. Does the ferry trip count as a EURAIL PASS TRAVEL DAY ?Does the pass remain active for the given period ( 1 month etc ….) after the Eurail pass was used once ?Will the pass need to be activated specifically for the ferry trip ? Can the RailPlanner app be used for activation ot the Eurail pass, IF NECESSARY please ?
Just a little warning - I had bags stolen today from the shelf above my head on a short morning journey from Budapest to Bratislava. Train staff were rude and unhelpful. I should have kept my bags on seat beside me. Last week the guard warned me to be extra careful on the sleeper to lock all doors. I should have been equally careful during the day. Watch out folks!
I am a bit confuse on the passes. I will start off from Milan to Varenna at Lake Como then take Berninia Express from Tirano to Zurich. Thereafter from Zurich I will travel to Lucerne and Interlaken then to Milan. Rest overnight in Milan and continue to Rome and Venice then back to Milan before departing back to Singapore. All in 17 days. I intend to buy swiss pass (Covering Switzerland for 8 days) and should I buy eurail global pass or what pass should i get since I will be travelling in many trains.
Hello,I’m planning a trip to Germany and i’m wondering if i can use a global pass day to get back to Toulouse in France from Berlin ? I mean, i’m pretty sure i can use it for Berlin to Paris but can I use it for Paris to Toulouse too the same day ?Thanks for your help !Best regards :)
I want to take advantage of the promo and buy my pass. The promo says to activate before June 1, but I travel starting May 2 and ending June 24. It's my first time buying the pass and I'm a little confused. I understand that I can activate the pass without a problem since I start in May, but my question is if I do not incur some fault since I will also be traveling almost the entire month of June. They help me?
