hoi,Voor een reis samen met mijn dochter deze kerst naar het noorden van Zweden zag ik dat we voor de meeste treinen moesten reserveren. Omdat die trips nog niet in de app/dienstregeling beschikbaar waren heb ik alle reserveringen via de Zweedse spoorwegmaatschappij gedaan. Nu wil ik onze reizen in de app gaan zetten maar kan deze niet bevestigen, alleen als ik in de app de reserveringskosten aanklik. Weet iemand hoe ik dat kan oplossen?

Hello,I am trying to reserve seats for my Christmas holiday with my 4-day pass, but I am getting an error message when I go to pay for the seat reservations.My trips are from Copenhagen to Munich on 27 Dec and Munich to Zurich on 30 Dec.I found the trains I would like to take, and I go through the steps to reserve, but at the end, it says I cannot book certain parts of the trip.I don’t understand what I am doing wrong. I don’t think that the trains are full, because I went to the DB website, and it shows that there are seats available.Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I wish to go from Paris to Narbone. When I request train times through this site, is does not show all the trains listed for TGV InOui.  Is the pass not good on all trains between those cities?  Does not show a train leaving at 11:46am arriving at 4:13pm which exists.

Good day everyone. I want to ask in behalf of my friend who is travelling to Europe next month. She has purchase her pass and save trips as well but I wondered regarding this saved trip of hers as it didn’t have that activation button at all?hence, I was a bit confused. Hi,we purchased a euro pass for 7 people however we are now having issues reserving seats for travel in Dec 23 & Jan 2024.Does anyone know what our options are if we can’t reserve seats? Will more seats become available in November ? any advice is appreciated thanks

Hi there,  Just wondering when does the Eurostar tickets are usually getting opened for reservation?I see that the system only shows me the tickets available till the 9th of Dec. I’m currently planning my trip on the 27th of Dec from London to Paris btw.  Thanks in advance. Cheers 

The reserved ticket to Venice has been canceled due to the weather. I bought it on Eurail's website, so Obb told me to ask here. I'd like to receive compensation for the pass period spent and the amount of canceled tickets.

Hi all, could you please help me to understand what are the benefits of a pass (e.g. 7 days use over 1 month) if I'd mainly plan to travel by train overnight from one city to another by mainly booking sleeping cabines (2 adults + 1 kid)? Indeed we'd plan to make very limited use of standard daily train transports. Is a pass convenient in this case? Many thanks! Steve

Hello everyone, My wife and I are planning to travel from Milan to Roma. We have already made our seat reservations, but after checking out, we found that we were placed in different carriages. Does anyone know how to adjust our seat reservations so that we can be in the same carriage and have adjacent seats? Thank you Additionally, when making a seat reservation, can we select the specific train carriage and seat number we want? If so, how can we view the available carriages and seats?

Hello wonderful people,I’ve just recently purchased the Global Pass for travel in January 2024. Due to info online that says that that is peak season, I wanted to make some seat reservations to ensure I have a seat. However I can’t seem to make those reservation on the Eurail Rail Planner app even though I can see trains available on the Eurail website. Further reading says I can make seat reservations with the train company so the first train I’m catching is Eurostar from AMSTERDAM CENTRAAL (NETHERLANDS) to BRUSSEL-ZUID (BELGIUM)I have created an account with Eurostar and when I’ve selected the train that I want, where do I put my Global pass details? Thanks! Eurail website shows available trains

We are starting our Journey in Vienna on 22nd Dec , leaving Vienna on the 26th travelling to Salzburg on 26th then to Zurich on 28th , then to Paris on 29th, Can we reserve seats and do we use the same train all the way through?  If you could advise which train we should book on.  It would appear the timetable is still not available on the eurail website. Im planing on making a trip to various countries in january. When i search for the times of the trains on the rail planner app only trains until december 9th appear. Is there a specific date when the train times for december 10th and after (specifically january) will be realeased?Thanks.

I think it very confusing.Pass validity for me means the period i want to travel.F.i. i want to travel in the month november. I activated my pass starting 1st november, why not?My first travel day will be 10th. off november. But the app takes a travel day before i used any. Why is that? All answers talk about deactivating the pass. Why should i deactivate? I just want it not to take traveldays Before the day is there!!I think it is rather confusing, and costly.How can we adjust this?

I am planning a travel from Denmark to the Pyrenees, where I will be hiking. That means I will bring some camping equipment with me. This includes items that are not allowed on Eurostar trains.But since Eurostar is faster than most other trains it will often show up when I search for the part of the journey that goes between Germany and Paris.Are there any train route planners where it is possible to exclude Eurostar trains? On Bahn.de I can exclude high speed train. But that will also exclude trains like ICE and TGV. Palle Dam, Denmark

Hi all! I’m trying to book seat reservations on IC 1073 (Bern - Interlaken) for mid-December 2023 and haven’t had any luck on the Eurail website or the www.cd.cz website which Eurail recommends as an alternative to book seat reservations. Getting the following error on Eurail website:“Prices unavailableNo price results were found. Pass holder reservations may be sold out for this connection, but there are other ways to check for available seats—more info below our timetable.” The other website also comes with this error:“Internal system error (103)” Does anyone have any idea or may have encountered this problem? Could it just be that they haven’t made the seat reservations available yet for the trains? Any help is appreciated! Thank you :) 

My interrail france german pass is expired without any activation.I created an account in September and also created my trip but I didn‘t actived my pass yet. I wanted to travel in November and right now, I wanted to book my trip but the rail planner app says that my pass has been expired?? I neither used nor actived it.Did anybody experienced something similar?Or does anybody has a support hotline where I can get help for reactivating my pass?Thanks! 

Is it possible to make a reservation for an overnight sleeper train from Zurich, Switzerland to Prague, Czech Republic on December 14th?   Can I make a reservation for an overnight train from Wien to Venezia using the Eurail Global Pass?
