i want to book seat for AVE in Spain but it is not possible over the interrail site. 

Ik heb een mobiele pas met 5 reisdagen binnen een maand. Ik houd na de terugreis vanuit Frankrijk nog een dag over. Kan ik die dag nog gebruiken voor een reis binnen Nederland? 

Hi, I am going to travel through france soon and I wanted to know, if I just can take a later train, if I couldn’t catch my initial connecting train. Do I have to add this train to my interrail pass then?Also What happens to the reservation of the original train, is it possible to get a refund? 

Hello,I am planning to upgrade my Eurail pass from 7 days to 10 days as I have added on some travel plans. I will be going in late August/early September, so I have no yet activated the pass. However I booked two seat reservations from Paris to London, and London to Brussels (both on the Eurostar). Will I believe to keep these seat reservations on my new pass?Thank you for any help you can offer.

How do I change the payment from dollars to pounds?

I have activated a four day mobile flex pass and completed the initial trip without problems.  But when I return to “My Trips” to assign a trip to a second day’s travel, there is no slider bar available to make the transfer.  I read somewhere that the transfer should be done on the day of travel or even just prior to boarding the train.  Is this true?  If so, that doesn’t offer much time to resolve last minute issues.

Just looking on the TGV Lyria reservations through the Interrail system. It is showing me a minimum of £229.62 for a journey in October. Can this really be correct? Just for a ‘reservation’? 

Hi!I want to travel from Grenoble (FR) to Torino (IT).I see that there are some trains that do not allow passholders (Ok), others that have a big price (again, understood although not happy with it) and others that have the 33 eur price. In the eurail website I see that the price for seat reservations in FR-IT trains is 31 eur (+ 2 eur for the fee),  so it fits.But, when I click on any of the trains with the marked “33 eur”, the figure changes to 58 eur. Why is it? Is it a bug? How can I book a seat for 31+2 eur? Thanks to all of you!

Hello!Can anyone tell me how do I have to write my train routes on the pass? Most of the train routes I have planned I have to change trains and do transfers between cities, so I am not sure if I have to write all the changes, or just the start and final point.Thank you :)

Hi fellows Travellers !My girlfriend and I plan to visit germany with the france germany rail pass ! We already plan our trip with some mandatory seat reservations, but 2 of our trains didn't required any reservations. We wanted to know if we should still pay an extra for reservations for the trains if we want to travel next to each other , or the day of our travel, at presentation of our pass, we will be seated asides ? Thanks for your return ! Good morning. I need to ask a question regarding the tickets for high speed trains. We do have the tickets (with Qr code) in which it is specified that the seat reservation is required, but we were not able to make it for the selected trains. Can we take the train in any case or we need to switch to national trains?Looking forward to hearing from youThank you

Hi! I am doing an interrail with my cousins, and had a problem with the train due to the weather. We had reserved tickets (via seat reservation policy) from Ljubljana to Zurich for August 4, more specifically from Villach to Salzburg and then from Salzburg to Zurich. We had done the seat reservations on August 3As we were leaving Ljubljana headed to Zurich the 4 of August, at 7h26, we were told after waiting 40min on the train that the latter couldn’t proceed with the journey because of the rain (it had some implications with the railway). Afterwards, we had to wait more than an hour to get a substitution train from Ljubljana to Villach. The problem is that we were late for the next two trains we had to catch, of course. Hence we were not able to reserve seats for those two trains, as they were already booked.  Thus, we could not enjoy the seats we had reserved, and paid for nothing, due to the delay caused regarding the first train from Ljubljana. Therefore, I would like to know if we

When traveling with a first-class interrail ticket in Sweden (with SJ), it seems the first class reservation still costs twice as much as second class. I find this a bit disappointing considering I already paid more for the first-class ticket itself. So this gets even more expensive. Does it really make sense to have a 1st class interrail ticket when traveling Scandinavia? 

Hello, I am planing to take the train from Verona to Venice. To get to mine end destination, after taking the train I need to take a ferry. Can I use my interrail card for the ferry as well on the same travel day? I hope somebody can help me out.:)  Kind regards, Carmen

I want to purchase a pass for them but I need some help.They are currently in Paris.They want to travel to Hamburg, Germany tomorrow the 4th of August then they will be staying in Hamburg for few days.After Hamburg want to visit Rome and then go back to Paris, since their flight back to Iran is from Paris on the 22nd of August.Would you please let me choose the right pass for them? Thank you, Kosar

Good morning! A night jet for which I have booked a seat do not appears on the Rail Planner app.In particular, is the route from Bologna to München on the 8 of August.  How can I resolve this problem? 

Ik wil de nachttrein vanuit Utrecht om 21 01 uur  naar Venetië nemen waarbij ik de volgende ochtend over moet stappen in Zürich om 08.05 uur. In Venetie kom ik dan aan rond 16.00 uur. Mijn vraag is of deze reis als 1 reis beschouwd wordt of als 2 reizen ?  M.a.w. als ik een pas koop waarbij ik gedurende 1 maand 4 reizen mag maken, kan ik dan alleen maar heen en terug naar Venetië of hou ik nog 2 reizen over om bijv. zuidelijker te gaan in Italië. Fijn als ik hierop een eensluidend antwoord krijg want eerlijk gezegd wordt me dat uit de gegeven info over nachttreinen niet helemaal duidelijk.Alvast bedankt voor de te nemen moeite mij te antwoordenRop Bomer  

I have a Eurail pass for myself, my husband and my baby (1 year old). For seat reservations they are including a fare and seat for the baby, although he will be on my lap. How can I change it?

Hi all, I bought two tickets as seats reservation for my friend and I, at once. But my friend will finally not take the same train than me, so I wish to cancel one ticket but not both. Looking at buying an interrail pass for a long journey. The eurostar 1st class is all sold out and the rest of the journey will be sleeper, so there’s only part of the journey (Zurich to Wörgl) that I would to take business class.Can I purchase 2nd clas reservations and then buy an upgrade? From 2nd to 1st, then pay the 15 euro supplement for business.The difference in interrail pass classes (£180) is cheaper than buying this ticket separately (£310) so cheaper for me to get the 1st class pass than buying it separately, but if I could have 2nd class and an upgrade, that would be better. 

Hello everybody! It’s the first time I am doing Interrail and I am kind of confused about travel day. I want to take a train from Frankfurt to Ljubljana that last 12 hours : it starts at 7:30pm on the 16th and arrives at 8:30am on the 17th with a change at 10:30 on the 16th. Does it count as one travel day or two ?  Thank you very much for your answer! 

Hello! i want to know how to activate the in and out fonction. I have a one country pass to Italy and I live in Switzerland so I just need the ticket to get to Italy for the first day of my travel. It is well written that I can travel in two countries (on the first and last day of my trip). But I cannot get a QR code for the portion in Switzerland. Please help me!! thank you! 

We are trying to book reservations upcoming in 5 days from Amsterdam to Cologne. When I follow the step of the eurail site and try to add two reservations to my cart, the page bounces the request out of my cart and restarts to zero in cart. Anybody have experience on how to proceed and buy reservations? Does this mean the train is full and all reservations are gone? I am not seeing any alert that they are gone, and no other info on why the reservations aren’t able to be bought.thank you!

I want to go Frankfurt to Luxembourg but I have to make transfer in Koblenz Hbf. I can do reservation in Frankurt to Koblenz Hbf. But I can't do Koblenz Hbf to Luxembourg. Will it be a problem? Can I travel anyway? Where will we be sitting on the train if we don't have reservation? I'm confused because I have to go there that day so I wanted to ask? And also I wanted to ask I did some of my reservations online.I have my QR codes in my mail. When we go to the station is it okay to show only Interrail Pass and Qr code?
