Get ready to travel

Hey!Last year we already traveled with interrail and thought we had everything under control…. I went this afternoon to the counter to book our first trip (already bought the interrail pass online) and they told me that it is no longer possible to reserver for trains going from spain to paris. i tried throught the app (not working) and also in the sncf page (I do not know how to link the ticket to my interrail pass). Can someone enlighten us 🙏? Thanks in advance! Marian

Hallo,im trying to make  a reservation for 04.08.23 from Bruexelles to Paris. But it seems  that  revervation system is showing the cost but i cant book. Is there an ohter way to book reservatiosn?Thx

Seat Reservation Eurail I have been trying to book seat reservations as required TVG Train - Annecy to Paris 9.29 - 13.14 11 Sep 2023I have tried numerous times today but each time I go to checkout I get this message.(Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later or find another connection. This connection will be removed from your cart.)I have booked previous reservations without a problem.    Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you 

Hello, apologies for asking for help with this but I’m afraid I’ve made a newbie mistake with my Eurail Global 5 day pass.Rather than creating one trip to use as a folder I have individual trips for each train journey eg Milan to Tirano, Tirano to St Moritz (one day) then St Moritz to Zermatt (another day), Zermatt to Lyon (another day again) plus others to use my 5 days up.Will I need to delete these individual trips and create one overall “Trip Folder” and start again or will this situation still work?Being 68 and never having used Eurail before I’m pretty concerned to get things sorted.I have reservations for the Bernina and Glacier Express and having paid quite a bit of money some peace of mind that all will work well (when I really won’t know until we board the first train) does cause some anxiety. Not connecting a journey until just before boarding is leaving things later than I’d like but I guess it’s the way the pass works.Thank you for patience with yet another silly mistake.

I want a refund. Literally no train are available for the trip I wanted to do this pass is useless. The instruction to request a refund or to "deactivate a pass" are useless too and it says that Im not elligible for a refund even tho i respect all conditions. Is there any other way to get my cash back?

Hi I have a train booked and a seat reservation paid already leaving Paris Disney to Lille Europe for a 9:01 train how would I go about changing the reservation to an earlier 7:50am train. I have already added the journey to my trip in the Eurail app. this journey isn’t until Thursday 3rd of August. I am just a little worried about the connection time from Lille Europe to London. Arrive Lille Europe at 10:17am departure at 11:35am might be tight clearing boarder inspection.

i want to make a reservation from warsaw to vienna but there is no price for it. is it possible to make a reservation anyway or should i look for another option? 

Hello When adding to my trip should I put each train in separately or the whole journey. For example I'm travelling from Ebbsfleet to Lille. Should I put this in or each train that I will be taking? (Ebbsfleet to St Pancras then St Pancras to Lille) Thanks

I'm looking for reservations in France for august. Deutsche Bahn said, there are no reservations left anymore.I don't have a pass yet because maybe I won't go by interrail. Therefore I can't check, if there are reservations left.I thougt that maybe there are reservations left on the interrail page. Does somebody know if there is a interrail reservation budget?

Eurail Pass user. Departing from Amsterdam by IC. 1. Amsterdam -> Brussels train 2. Brussels. → Paris. The Brussels-Paris train has been booked, but the Amsterdam-Brussels trains are by IC, so I didn't reserve a seat separately. It didn't say "Seat reservation required" but it said "Supplement required". But now I've searched for the train service again, and this section doesn't come out. So I'm wondering if I have to get a train ticket again. The train leaves IC9232 at 11:28.

Hi allTaking the Nightjet from Bruxelles Midi to Vienna with the family on Wed 9th August, using Interrail passes. Have a Eurostar arriving at 18.02 in Bruxelles Midi, and the NJ425 was due to leave at 19.32. OBB have just told us it has been brought forward to 18.26...Can anyone tell me what platform at Bruxelles Midi the Nightjet leaves from? And what the transfer time might be? 24 minutes might be pushing it...I can exchange Eurostar ticket, but only available is 9am, and with a fee… Thanks

Good morning, we are two people who started the interrail on August 2 and had a planning made, where the first train we wanted to take was at night from Milan to Munich at 21:20.The problem is that the reservation is mandatory and does not let me book because I think it is full.I have several questions: How do I know if there are any seats left? Can I book at Milan station when I arrive? Is there any way to enter without booking even on the ground? Thank you so much,Pilar 

I have a sleeper train booked from ljubliana to budapest on 26/08/23 leaving at 00:30. I will be in zagreb on the 25 and was planning on getting the 19:30 from zagreb to ljubliana to arrive at 21:47. However I can seem to reserve a ticket, I can’t tell if it is fully booked or not as OBB says its unavailable and so does eurail. I tried both croatian and slovenian rail companies website but I couldn’t find the journey.  Will I be able to book this at the station or is it fully booked and I have to find an alternate route? 

It is not possible to make a reservation on the euronight EN 40465 from Ljubljana to Zagreb. Not here and not at the OBB website. It says: ticket not available. Still I would like to take that train at the end of August. Any suggestion? 

Bonjour,Je suis étonnée car j'ai pu sélectionner comme voyage depuis l'application "Discover EU" pour le 28 juillet :18h23 Fredericia - 20h03 Copenhague.Or je n'arrive pas à le trouver pour ma mère sur l'application Rail planner. Ensuite j'ai pu réserver depuis le site Interrail deux sièges pour ce même jour :8h08 Amsterdam - 10h04 Duisburg. Or je n'arrive pas à le trouver pour la réservation classique depuis l'application. À quels horaires dois-je me fier (site, applications) ? Et est-ce dérangeant si je ne présente que mon QR code réservation de siège ? Enfin pour le 4 août, je souhaite faire le trajet :7h20 Stockholm - 18h03 Hambourg.Pour cela l'application m'indique une seule correspondance à Copenhague. Or sur le site internet il y avait une correspondance en plus à Malmo, je n'est pas eu d'autres choix que de réserver une place assise entre Stockholm et 11h48 Malmo. Madrid - Rome Global Pass & reservations l’m taking that route mid October….any recommendations please ?I saw one option for that trip in RailPlanner…it takes 33 hours after several train exchanges. It takes 3 travel days of the Global Pass also.

Hallo,meine Tochter ist heute mit dem 4-Tage-in-4-Wochen-Ticket unterwegs von Leer/Ostfriesland nach Nürnberg, wird am 4.8.  nach Neapel reisen und am 14 8. über Zürich zurück nach Leer. Ist das mit diesem Global-Pass möglich oder wird sie ein weiteres Ticket dazu buchen müssen? Wir verstehen die Beschreibung der Möglichkeiten auf der Homepage auf unterschiedliche Weise.Danke für eine schnelle Antwort 

Hello, I was wondering about a night train. Basically, I'd like to take the night train from Vienna to Zurich.At first, with the interrail app, it said that you didn't have to reserve a seat for this night train, so I didn't. But I realized a short while ago that the train was now fully booked and that you couldn't reserve any more.What's more, on a page of the interrail website, it said that you had to book for most of the trains. So I wanted to know if I could still get on board knowing that we could no longer book but that on the app it said we didn't have to book? Thanks for your help !
