Can I go to Monaco with the Germany- France pass?
I learned the hard way how to increase chances for 2 seats together on Eurostar trains. However, before learning how to do this, my partner and I reserved seats on a Eurostar train with seats in totally separate coaches. Is there any way to change an existing seat reservation for a train in early October to have 2 seats together. Thank you. Michael
Hello my family and I are hoping to travel from the UK to Spain (travelling across the Channel into Paris, down to Barcelona then down to Malaga in Spain). My wife is Spanish and holds a Spanish Passport and ID card. Myself and our child only hold a UK passport.Sorry if this is a stupid question but I believe as my wife is a Spanish National, she can purchase the Interail pass (which appears to be cheaper than a Eurail pass), however can she purchase 2 for us as well - and can my child and I use them, as we are non EU citizens (thanks to the stupidity of Brexit!)???
Is it correct that most Prague to Cesky Krumlov trains are not in the pass?
Hello,I am on a Euro trip this summer with my teenage daughters, so far the facilities on the trains have been goo but we are wondering if there is wifi and charging points on thee trains from Budapest to Zagreb as its a long 6 hour journey! many thanks Anna
Hey I‘m thinking about to get a one country pass for switzerland, the first day I would arrive with a oebb railjet from buchs to zurich, is the pass valid for this connection, because its a oebb train. Thanks!
Hello, Next week i am traveling from Wien in Austria to Rijeka in Croatia. I booked my seat reservations through the OBB site, and it said that i only needed reservations from Wien to Salzburg. When i was entering the trip in the rail planning it was stated that i needed three different reservations. Which one is correct? Has anyone experience with this? Greetings
I’m hoping to go from Lugano to Caslano, and in the Rick Steves guidebook it says this route is covered by rail passes (I have a Eurail pass), but when I look in the Rail Planner app it says it isn’t covered. The specific train I’m looking at is SBA 124 at 8:24. Is the pass valid or would I need to buy a separate ticket? Thanks!
We like to travel to Spain by TGV in april may from Amsterdam and also to travel in Spain with high speed train. How can we know if there are still places available without buying a pass first?
Hello. I have purchased a 1 day Eurail pass (France). I am planning to travel from Barcelona to Paris on September 3rd. When I try to make a seat reservation it says “Your pass isn’t valid in some of these countries”. Everything I have read online says this Eurail pass allows travel between Barcelona and Paris so I am confused why this is happening. Does anyone have any ideas?
Do you still have to pay for a sleeping carriage if you've got a 1st class ticket
I am looking at the 5-day in 1 month pass link https://www.interrail.eu/en/interrail-passes/bestseller-5-days, and I see 3-specified routes on a map: Red, blue, & yellow. Are these the only stops I can make if I purchase this pass?
I have a 1st class ticket do I still have to pay for a private sleeper carriage
Travelling on a one month continuous 1st Class Interrail Pass. I have a 2nd class seat reservation on the 07.38 tomorrow (20 July) from Warszawie Centralna to Trakiszki (Poland), arriving at 13.24, and also a 2nd class seat reservation on the 13.25 from Trakiszki (Lithuania) to Vilnius, arriving at 17.34.Tonight (11.30pm 19 July) just before turning on for bed and setting my alarm for an early morning rise, I find that although I can find these trains in the planner and add them to My Trip they will not show up as a ticket in My Pass after moving the slider from grey to yellow. I am worried. I have tried adding the journeys manually with the correct departure and arrival times as shown on the seat reservations, but with the same result - no ticket. The woman in the ticket office in Gdańsk where I purchased the Warsaw-Trakiszki seat reservation sold me a 2nd class seat reservation, and told me I’d have to buy one from the Lithuanian train conductor for the Trakiszki-Vilnius leg. When I g
Im new to this so any recommendations/info is appreciated!I want to experience a few citys, historic places and specific nature.I would be able to tour Europe for like 4 weeks. I’d start around either Cologne for “West” or around Frick(Switzerland) for “South”. Maybe I could split these two for two seperate routes since I haven’t found any good connections at all between “West” and “South”. Also it would be great to visit authentic restaurants, preferably near these places, for traditional meals/foods that are also vegetarian based, which I’m currently researching. Spending the nights luxuriously is not a priority, in fact I’d be more than good with hostels/couch sharing/ airbnb. The travel is in focus not the hotel.//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////Legend:[?] = spots to stop by if doable but not essential[*] = Each star indicates my guess on minimim time needed to spend here////////

My friends and I are planning on travelling from Edinburgh next summer and I was wondering if my Global Pass would cover my trip from Edinburgh to London, and London to Paris? Or if it would just cover my trip from Edinburgh to London and we would cover the cost from London to Paris?
I saved a trip but when I went in to the app later to book it I can’t find any option to do so. Is there a hidden button I’m missing?
I went interrailing years ago and am thinking of doing so again. I’d be gone 2-3 months and so am looking at the newly available tickets for those periods. I don’t have a smart phone though, are they available as paper tickets, or only through the app?If paper, are they just one, or two/three separate one month tickets? Thanks.
Is it possible to make reservations on Interrail for trains in/to Spain and get them shiped via mail, so to get them in advance and avoid making reservations at train station in Spain? How to do it?
I live in Berlin , I want to travel NL and tour in NL for 5 days… If i buy Benelux INterrail pass , will it allow me to travel unlimited within NL ? and travel back to Berlin . I am indian citizen by passport but living in germany since 4 years ,
Hi, this is my first time using a Eurail ticket, and I’ve spent hours trying to make seat reservations for Polish trains in September. We’re traveling from Berlin to Gdansk, then a few days later from Gdansk to Poznan, and from there to Hamburg, Germany. The train from Berlin to Gdansk, EC59, leaves at 12:52.It’s not possible to book seat reservations for this train on the Eurail site (it says Prices Unavailable). Next, I tried Bahn.de - same thing, seat reservations not available (train tickets are, so I know the train isn’t full, but then I can’t use my Eurail pass).Next I tried the Polish website, PKP Intercity. I can see the train that I want to take on that site, but there is no discount for Eurail pass holders, only for “Youth”. Later trains seem to be available, e.g. one at 13:51 via Poznan, but they cannot be booked online, the message says “You can buy a ticket for this connection at the counter”. No option to purchase a seat reservation. And since I’m not in Poland, I can’t
This looks very wrong:@Camilo. @Mukhammad From a certain date, (some?) Thalys trains seem to be disguised as intercity. If this is not fixed soon, then there are going to be a lot of disappointed travellers. The information in the app looks (still?) OK.
Hi, all! I bought a pass for 5 members of my family for upcoming travel. I also purchased reservations (for all 5 of us) through the website for two different trains. I have not activated our passes yet.Now with our trip approaching I was trying to set up the mobile app, and discovered that the trips I created online don’t carry over. While traveling, I was planning to use the mobile app to activate the pass, activate travel days, and add additional tickets for trains that don’t require reservations. But I can’t figure out how this will work with the two trips I’ve already booked.I was thinking I could do everything through the website instead, but I can’t see how to get tickets for trains that don’t require reservations through the website. Can someone help me with how to proceed? We leave in a week and I’m beginning to regret buying these passes; everything has been so complicated. :( Thanks for any help!
