I have been looking online, Tirano to Milan has a bus replacing the start of the journey, how reliable is this bus? Are there heaps of seats available? Does is leave on schedule?I’m hoping to catch the 14:56 to arrive in Milan at 17:40, then catch a train to Florence. How long should I leave fore the transfer in Milan? Can I leave it to last minute to reserve seat on the train to Florence? or will it be sold out?Am I better of to stay a night in Milan then get an early train to Florence?I’m looking to travel late August  

HiHas anyone taken this train without a reservation when it says it is sold out? VY.no tell me it is up to the conductor of the train, as often people don’t show up. can I sit in the restaurant car? Can I board the train anyway? My pass is valid, just no reservation

Hello everyone,Is it possible to add all trips that I want during an already created travel day?Example: I went from Pisa to Florence using a travel day, and during that same day I want to go from Florence to Rome, but I don’t have this trip saved in my Pass yet. Can I add this trip just before entering the train, or do I need to add this trip sooner?

Hello, I think this is fine, but I want to check before purchasing a 5 day global pass for my boyfriend, who is a resident in Germany. Fly from Germany to Switzerland and use day 1,2&3 for travel within Switzerland and Italy. Fly to Germany use day 4 (outbound journey) to travel within Germany and use day 5 (inbound journey) to travel within Germany. I know the rules state you can use your inbound/outbound travel days at any point within the validity period. I am just scared that when we go to do it in the app it won't work! 

Hellotrying to book from Lillie (France) to Basel (Switzerland) but Eurail website is hopeless at all reservations but I can’t find a non eurail company that puts the eurail pass in and accepts Lillie and Basel as options  help please 

Hi on the eurail app, I am trying to book a ticket for 28th September, I get all the way into the payment section from the app and it says “brit rail pass”...why doesn’t it show eurail pass, do I need to book a seat in September or can I wait until September and go to a booking office when we arrive….I am travelling with my husband, so he will need to reserve a seat also….we are from Australia.I would be greatful, if someone could help me.kind regardsSharon

I thought we couldn’t reserve trains but I managed ot get prices and put traveller information in for Santander-Madrid and also Madrid-Barcelone It all goes well until the payment part where it then says - this connection is no longer available. Is something new going on and is something broken? Thank you

If we are traveling from Annecy to Montreaux in Switzerland, can we simply purchase a one country pass?  Or does it need to be global?Also does having a Swiss Travel Pass as well change anything? 

Hi, I'm planning to book a reservation Paris-strasbourg to then take a trip to stuttgart, but I this path need at least 12€ reservation, and I don't see on the app where I can deal with this.I can add it to the cart with the website to pay it, but I don't know if it will make it work on the app, how can I join it to my pass ? Because I don't see the same trip on the app and on the website.Thanks by advance for any advices

I’m currently on a delayed train started from innsbruck to Verona porta nuova and we reached Trento station which we were delayed for over 1 hour which means we have now missed our connecting train and paid seat reservations that we have missed now. What happens now? 

Hi there, Just wanted to double check whether or not I need a supplement to travel from Amsterdam to Rotterdam (I am travelling from Amsterdam Centraal to London) as it suggests in the Eurail planner app? I am just a little confused as I have gotten mixed information, with some people saying yes and some people saying that's old information. I tried to book a supplement online and it only gives Rotterdam and Schipol as options for starting stations and no option for Amsterdam. Any clarification would be greatly appreciated!

Hi : I’m looking for help with my Blue Star Ferries reservations in only 20 days. When filling the infos for embarkation during the seat reservation, under the passport / ID number section, it indicates “type letters or numbers”. My passport is a 00XX00000 type.The reservation never succeeds and I always find myself stuck in front of this error message.Has somebody ever had the same problem ? Does anyone have a solution please ? The trip is very very close. Thanks 

Just boarded a train from Munich hbf to Salzburg and present my first class ticket. It is not accepted on westbahn train. They said eurail only pay them For second class. 

Hi. I have purchased a 10-day global pass for an interrail in Europe and I have created an itinerary that starts on 5 August and ends on the 16th. I wanted to share it here in the community to ask if with the trains I have planned I fall within the 10-day pass period (I don't quite understand what is meant by 10 days of travel in 2 months) and to ask if it would be possible to end the trip without returning by train but by plane from a destination of arrival.Thank you, a greeting from Italy - Departure 5 August: Rome - Ljubljana 12.33 - 22.10. Seat reservation cost 15 euros.- Arrival in Ljubljana on 5 evening and night 5/6 in town. Day of the 6th in town and departure by night train to Vienna: departure at 00.30 (6/7 August) and arrival at 6.05 on the 7th.- Day of the 7th in Vienna, plus night in town. Day of the 8th in Bratislava: train from Vienna on the 8th at 8.17 and return on the evening of the 8th at 22.37.- Night of the 8th/9th in Vienna. Day 9 in Salzburg: train in the morning

I'm wondering if the Interrail German pass include the trip from my departure country (France), so I can join Germany with it as well as my back journey without paying extras.

When we were booking our interrail we accidentally included 8 days of travel instead of 7. So now we wanted to buy the trains of one of these day, to make it 7 for the pass. But how can I buy a train ticket where I have already booked the seat?

Hi everybody! I’m leaving for Malmo this sunday and I’m wondering if my travel is really doable in a one day trip considering the short transfer the app is giving me.  Is any of these trips doable ? I’m trying to book the night train from Krakow to Vienna on the Cd.cz website however it is telling me that the ticket is unavailable.On the interrail website it says it opens 60 days in advance.I looked at this train 58 days in advance.Is it sold out already?!!!!Please please help!!!!!!!

Hello everyone again! I have now specific questions about some train routes and seat reservations on them./I’m about to buy a 10 day Eurail global pass, to use it from the 14th to the 28th of September this year, I understood that these ten days can be used in a 2 month period, not necessarily day to day. Is that correct?Also, I’ve read on some of the topics in this big community that seat reservations are better to book on the train’s company website rather than the eurail website. Is that correct as well?
