Hi all!! I’m very worry about my reservation from Wien to Amsterdam with obb nightjet: We’re 2 adults + 2 children and we bokeed a couchette.On monday I received a mail from obb nightjet informing that there’s a problem and we don’t have the couchette, the company propose to travel on seats o cancel the reservation.I’ve called two times to the company and the persons who attended my by phone are sure that my reservation don’t have any problem, all is ok. I’ve asked them some mail saying that (all is correct and you have your couchette) but they say is not possible (I don’t understand why). So, someone in the same situation now or in the past? Someone knows what can I do? I already have the pdf ticket, so my intention is go to the train station. Many thanks!

Hi all, I am planning to Intrerrail for a month in Europe and I have few questions that has kept me confused therefore coming to you for help. I am a Non-national resident of UK, have been granted a refugee status in the UK and have travel document. I am planning to go to Austria, Switzerland and Italy. Only Austria that I need visa for. My questions are: Should I get a Interail or Eurail pass as a resident of UK?  Does UK still count as Europe for Interail? If not, will Global pass give me access to travel from London to Europe and then back?  If you have a travel document and have visited to these countries, please feel free to share your experience with the interail etc. Looking forward to hear and thanks so much in advance! A 

I am trying to reserve a seat in first class ICE 13 on July 21, Brussels to Frankfurt (08:25 to 12:32) since last week of June. I am checking everyday but app shows there is no reservations possible. Looks like reservation in first class is full. I am using interrail Germany pass. Next option , I have is an ICE train with departure late in in the afternoon which is not an option.I have reservation from Brussels to Aachen. I have NO reservation from Aachen to Frankfurt. Is it really normal that train is full 4 weeks in advance? First class tickets are available to book on ICE 13 even though system doesn’t allow reservationI have following option, which is better?Add Brussels to Frankfurt in the journey and travel without reservation after Aachen. Can they ask passengers to leave the train if train is overcrowded. If yes, will railplanner app allow to change or add new journey from Aachen? Take the RE train from Aachen to Koln Messe (10:18 to 11:26) and take Koln Messe to Frankfurt (11:4

Is there a train from Rome to Venice Italy connected with Eurail?Is the train Railjet connected with Eurail?Is the train Frecciarossa connected with Eurail? 

Planning a trip for 21 days to Switzerland and Italy.  Want to go on the Glacier express as well as the Bernina Express.  Do I need both the Euro pass and the swiss pass?

So I won a DiscoverEu pass and my friend bought the same one so we can go together but if I want to make a group on interrail.eu I am not allowed. It says that he has a different type of pass. Do you have some suggestions how we can create a group or we just reserve the seats separately?

Resulta de que organice todo en la aplicación que tienen y el problema es que no se si reserve los asientos ya que tengo los días planeados ya en la aplicación. ¿Me cobraran el mismo día con el QR?¿Como sabré si tendré un asiento asegurado?¿Estate haciendo mal algo?.Muchas gracias ojalá me puedan ayudar.

Heya!I am trying to book a ferry from Igoumenista to Patras in August and although there it appears in the interrail app when i got to the superfast/anek website the journeys do no seem to be there, does anyone know why and how I can book this journey? Thank you!!

Hello! Glad to have found this community for helping out fellow travelers :)I have a group of 4 family members which are going for a 22 day travel through Europe, mostly by trains. They bought the 22 day global pass for 2 adults, 1 youth, 1 senior and are trying to book the trips, starting from Rome Termini, going North until Paris Gare-De-Lyon (they will continue from there to London then Amsterdam and finally Interlaken, before going back to Rome for their return flight to Brazil.The Eurail website is able to find the routes in the planner and add them to the cart, then finally fail with a 500 error when finishing the order. I could find several threads on the community about similar errors and how unreliable the Planner is, so I have directed them to the oebb website to do the reservations. But they don’t seem to be able to find a suitable route even for the start of the journey (Rome-Paris).Their desired starting date is Aug-13, from Rome Termini to Paris Gare-De-Lyon from 9am onwa

We received an email that our Thalys train, on 15\7\2023, from Brussels Midi to Paris Nord, was cancelled. Did anybody else get this?But iff you go to their website, you can still book the same route, same day, same time. But the price is now 3 times as high. I feel like they are cancelling so they can book our seat at higher prices. Anybody know what is really going on?

Hello, I have the France-Germany friendship One Country Pass Interrail Ticket (7 days pass).I plan to visit Munich and I’m wondering if it’s possible to also travel to Austria (to Innsbruck) with this pass as one day of travel ?Also, will the Germany pass still be available when I come back to Munich (In my trip, it will be the 6th of 7th journey). Moreover, will I still be able to use the last day of my trip to my outbound journey to France (to Paris) ? Thank you in advance for your answers.Vincent

I had to manage two weeks before I’m leaving and today it is to late to receive a paper ticket. Hello,I have purchased a Eurail Global Mobile Pass (5 Days) flex through Rail Europe to use for travel in September & October.I have reserved seats for travel in Switzerland and into France, entered them in the My Trip section of the Rail Planner app.When I log onto the eurail site on my Macbook (easier to use at home) it tells me I have no trips planned. I guess they don’t “talk” to each other?If I enter the same trip on my Macbook will it cause complications on the Rail Planner App?Also when I go to the Bahn site (for example) I can find a way from Strasbourg to Bregenz to reserve seats but I cannot find how to avoid paying the full fare when just wanting to reserve seats?This is all new to me so I apologise for asking questions which must seem quite basic - I have looked through the linked help articles but perhaps I’ve missed something? Frankly after several days of trying to sort the process out I’m at the point of asking for a partial refund and just booking direct.So many ot

Hello. I have the 4 days in 1 month global eurorail pass. I understand travel days must be selected on the pass prior to midnight of that day. I already have the travel day I know I will be travelling by train selected, however I am unsure of which train that day I will be taking, none of them require seat reservations. Am I able to select and add a journey on that day to my pass the day of the trip, or does it need to be in advance like adding travel days?Thank you.

I was exposed to a train delay which led to me missing the last train to my destination. According to the train company's website, it says that you get compensation on the ticket. How can  I prove my ticket? Because I have an interrail card. 

I want to add a new day for my Eurail pass, however I added one train for another day that is incorrect and when I want to add the correct date it says that I don’t have days left. How can I correct this error.  

Hi, when I want to reservate the train from Utrecht to Frankfurt (next week), there is a bug in the Interrail-eurail site:So I can't reservate while it is required. What do I have to do?

My niece and I decided to travel through Europe this fall and created a really fun route. One of our plans was to take the night train from Krakow to Budapest on November 10th. To our surprise it seems to be sold out everywhere, is that true? They don’t specifically say that it’s sold out but I get an error every time I try to make a reservation. It says we should be able to book 60 days in advance.If we can’t take this train the rest of our whole route doesn’t work... On cd.cz I get: “No train can be reserved for the specified date/route – this may be due to operational restrictions (e.g. closure activity).” On Interrail.eu I get: “Prices unavailable”When trying to contact CD and the Polish Intercity all I got was a direction on where to book tickets in general. Hope someone can help us figure this out :) This is our first time using Interrail...

Hi all!I am looking to book a night on the Caledonian Sleeper, but I am going to travel with a friend who does not have an interrail pass, he lives in the UK so it’s not a possibility sadly.I asked their customer service what would be the best way to arrange this, and they said I can book a single room supplement just for me, but to tell the train crew before boarding that I have a second person traveling with me. They would then charge us an additional £50.Does anyone have any experience with this? I don’t doubt what their support told me but it feels like a backdoor to save some costs, which I’ll gladly take of course.

I reserved 4 seats for my family later this month traveling from Birmingham to Liverpool. I realize now that I didn’t have to pay, but Eurail directed me to reserve the seats through acprail.com. Since I reserved the seats, I need to change my departing station from BHX to Birmingham New Street. I can’t find any way to do so and any inquiries have to be emailed in. Does anyone know of how I can change it online?

Just for information - it turns out that while vy.no have cool new recliner seat/beds on their sleepers they are not included in the Interrail scheme so you have to book them at full price.With a 1st class pass at least - you can book a sleeper for 1000 NOK as a flat fee.  this is good value.  Or you can book a seat for free.  Also good value, if not optimal for an overnight journey.On the leg that I wanted to book today there were no sleepers left so I asked about the lie-flat beds and the price would have been 1,949 NOK as they are not included in the scheme.I reckon this is probably just because the agreement hasn’t been updated as it makes no sense for 2 classes of travel to be bookable, but the 3rd one to be not bookable.

Hi everyone, what happens if I take a train at 6:00 PM and I reach other country the next day morning? Do I have to spend 2 days of my pass? Thanks in advance
