Hi community, I have Eurail Italy pass and I would like to know if I can board bernina express from st.mortiz to Tirano. I already made the seat reservation but not sure if my Eurail Italy pass covers the ticket. From Eurail app it did let me get the ticket but unsure if this is valid. Does anyone have experience traveling on Bernina using Eurail Italy pass.
Hi,I have misplaced my Eurail pass while traveling and I'm unsure of the next steps to take. I need advice on what to do in this situation, such as reporting the loss, obtaining a replacement pass, and any potential costs involved. Any recommendations or insights from others who have dealt with a similar issue would be incredibly helpful!

I am trying to make a reservation for a train from Cannes to Barcelona-Sants and have been unable to make the reservation online since it is not domestic and I cannot get through to the international number. The route is July 14 12:01 Cannes to marseille st charles (TER17486). Then marseille st charles at 17:49 (TER76562) to Nimes pont du gard. Next, nimes pont du gard to Barcelona-Sants (TGV9715) (17:49-21:25). My issue is I cannot get the TGV9715 booked and I am wondering if anyone knows how to fix this issue? Online it says the first two trains do not require reservations so my understanding was that I could just use the QR code given in the app to board those two trains. I have tried the SNCB website for TGV9715 but since it is a domestic route it will not work and the number given is not working with my phone. If anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate it as I don’t know what to do and most places I have tried to ask aren’t familiar with eurail and will only let me
I’ve got an interrail pass and want to reserve/buy a seat reservation for the bruxelles-midi → strausburg train on 17th of july 2023 at 7:17. However I cannot do it online, does someone know other ways? i tried to call, and through the sncf-connect i can only book and buy entire tickets, not just seat reservations.
Hi allI have an interrail global pass and a couchette reservation for the Intercity Notte from Milano Centrale to Bari for this coming Saturday. The plan is to come from Switzerland during the day and then catch the night train in the evening in Milan. Now I am thinking to go even a bit further to Piacenza using day trains, have dinner with a friend there and then catch the night train from there (Piacenza is its first stop after Milano). Do you think this is possible? Or will my reservation expire if I’m not on the train in Milan?Does anyone have any experience here? Many thanks in advance for your help!Kind regardsSebastian

Hello everyone! Its gonna be my first time in mainland Europe and I’m pretty excited, but also a little overwhelmed figuring out travel for me and my partner (she’s born in March 1996, so 27yrs old, for the purposes of the train pass ;) )This is our plan: 29th July: I arrive in Paris late evening, stay and explore the city for 2 days (30-31st July). 1st August: Travel to Visp/Saas Fee (near Interlaken in Switzerland) where i’ll join my partner. This I believe I have to do either via Zurich or Geneva. 2nd August: Travel from Visp/Saas Fee to Interlaken, stay there for 3 days and enjoy some of the activities such as the lake ride, travel to nearby places such as Grindelwald, Lucerne/Lungern and Jungfrau (though I’ve seen the train trip is fairly expensive, so i’m open to alternatives!). Other suggestions on what to do are welcome as well :D 5th August: Travel from Interlaken to Como, via Lucerne (from where I want to take the Treno Gottardo) and Lucarno. I believe this will be a long
Hello,we are going to interrail for the first time with 5 persons, but we have 5-day travel passes but I would also like to visit Denmark on the way back and the other 4 will go home. How could we best book? The best part is that we could travel together as much as possible. Our plan is:day 1 -2 - from the Netherlands to (west)Sweden, Hamburg night train - 5 personsDay 3 - From west Sweden to Stockholm. - 5 personsDay 4 (5) - i will travel from Stockholm to Copenhagen. The other will travel from Stockholm back to the Netherlands Day 5 - i will travel from Copenhagen to the NetherlandsThanks for the tips!
Why is it saying all these train times are available and then I get to purchase and it says “one of the legs of your journey could not be booked” This is happening with all like 10 train times available for the entire day?? is this a glitch?
Hi guys!I’m trying to make a reservation for a train ticket from Raciborz (17:14, 08.07.2023) to Prague Hlavni Nadravi (21:45, 08.07.2023). The Interrail website tells me that no reservation is required, but I can make one if I want a place, and the Rail Planner app tells me that a seat reservation is required.Which one is true? How can I make a reservation? There’s no button anywhere to do it.Thanks a lot for your help from advance!Jakub
Hi, I plan to visit San Sebastian - Granada - Barcelona on October to November 2023 all via train. However, I can’t find trains for my travel period. Is it just because it’s still early to have a schedule on my travel dates? Or is it possible that no trains will be operating on my travel date? Appreciate the help. Thanks!
I bought a mobile pass and but entered the wrong validity period. Unfortunately, the validity period has now started but I am not going to be able to use any travel days from this. Is there any way I can still change this (the dates should fall a month later)? Or possibly refund (I did not buy Plus)?
Hello,I'm going on my first solo trip and I want to go to Oslo, Norway by train from Nantes, France. However, I can't figure out how the interrail site works and I'm afraid I might be making a mistake. I have the impression that I have to buy the 4-day pass for 1 month for 194 euros and that I have to pay extra to book the seats on the trains (I'm changing trains 6 times).Except that I'm leaving on 5 July, in barely a week's time. And I know that you often have to book seats in advance, so I'm afraid there won't be any left. So I'm hesitating whether to buy the pass and take the plane instead (which is really the worst case scenario, because I don't want to). If I buy the pass, am I sure I'll be able to go to Oslo with it next week? Because I can’t book a seat without having bought a pass.Thank you in advance for your reply. :)All the best,Marion
Can I use the one country pass for France to travel from France to the Netherlands (where I live)?
Hi! I was wondering if it is still possible to reserve a seat on IC 399 (on night of 27 or midnight of 28 July 2023) Eurail app says no reservations is needed but I don’t want to risk not getting a seat. However, I’ll tried finding the train on cd.cz and OBB, but no luck.
I need to go from Venice to Anacona. I don't need to book a seat to Bologna. But on some I need to book from Bologna to Anacona. Do i just activate my pass for the day ? Thanks Maryann 😊
I'm trying to book a night train from Zürich to Amsterdam, but it seems to be impossible. I am able to find a train called 'Nightjet 402', but when I try to get tickets to it using ÖBB app, it just says 'ticket not available'. I have tried many other apps and websites, too. And I have tried many different dates. Do I have to get tickets to that train at the train station? Or is there some way to book those in advance (seat reservations or tickets)? (I have interrail global pass)
I bought 2 eurorail passes for myself both of them are 7 days travel i have used the first one and now I'm trying to add the second one to book a trip but can't find it anywhere and couldn't find any help on the website please let me know somebody
I bought a second class pass for a trip. Now I want to book a sleeper train (coupe with 6 beds) from Utrecht to Neurenberg. Only that option disappears every time. I can only choose second class seats. Do I need a first class pass for sleeper coupe? And if this is true can I also book second class seats with a first class pass or are you required to make first class reservations only?Thank you in advance.
Hi there, first time with Interrail, ambitiously traveling Rome-Amsterdam with two kids! I got a bit put off by the reservation costs as shown on the Interrail planner app...adding another 70€ish to the trip...wow! I guess with ÖBB it's cheaper, but they don't show the same trains (ok, I guess, I can add them 'manually' to the app) and the Trenitalia parts are not bookable? Are they sold out? How do I do this best? Thanks!
How long does it take to get a refund
Hi,Have ticket from Budapest to Zagreb arriving in at 22:00 but was not able to reserved seat for the 22:30 Zagreb to split overnight train via Interrail site as said no seats. Leaving in 2 days. How can I book this overnight train using my pass instead of staying over and getting the 7am train instead.
From my previous research, IC201 doesn’t require reservations for eurail users However, my eurail app now says reservation is needed. I want to cut the cost of reserving through eurail, and directly do it with the train company. I saw on another community post that this can be done through db or obb website. However, both says reservations not available. Any other way for me to make a reservation?
Morning! I read about the DB and the train union’s negotiations breaking down last week (22nd/23rd June) and there now being a ballot to strike. If it goes ahead I believe the strike would happen over the summer. Does anyone have experience with how long the timings of these things take. ie it’s been said that it takes around 4-5 weeks to get the result of the vote and then from there, if they do vote to strike, how much notice do they usually give before they go on strike? We’re be travelling through/in Germany on 24th July, 28th July and 1st August.OBB night jet Brussels to Vienna 24th JulyVienna to Diessen 28th JulyDiessen to Dijon 1st Aug Thanks in advance for any insight.
