Bonjour,J'ai gagné un pass interrail France -Allemagne 1 semaine à utiliser sur 1 mois, lors de l'installation de l'application on m'a demandé de renseigner une date que je pourrais modifier ensuite.. j'ai donc sélectionné le mois d'août. Malheureusement aujourd'hui je souhaiterais l'utiliser la dernière semaine de juillet mais impossible de trouver comment modifier les dates du pass. Pouvez vous m'aider ?Merci 

Hi ! I booked beds and seats on night train on the OBB Nightjet website with the Interrail Discount. I didn’t ask me my pass number.As it says on seat61.com, the Interrail pass and the reservations are completely different things. What should I do for the reservation to be linked to my pass ? Should add it seperately on the app ? 

Hi, Me and my girlfriend bought ourselves the continuous global pass. I’ve added the pass to the app but i’m a bit confused about how to make the reservations with multiple passes. So for example we want to go from Warsaw to Prague, and there’s a night train leaving 19:40 on June 28th on the Polish train website (polrail.com i think). The rail planner app suggest booking through that website. My question is: if we buy a reservation through them, how will it show up in our pass? Are we just supposed to have the payment confirmation from polrail.com and add the train journey to both trips and both passes on the app? Or is there another way to do it? Thanks in advance!

We have ‘15Days in 2 months 2nd Class’ Eurail Global Pass and had reserved our seats with Eurail. Eurail in turn bought the reservation via Belgium National Railways.  We will be travelling from Paris to Frankfurt by TGV INOUI 9551 - 2. CLASS and the seats was automatically allocated. Change we change or select seats?   

Hi there - I’ve got a number of questions about the 3 month pass that’s currently on promotion - I’ve asked customer support a couple of days ago and haven’t had any response and can’t seem to find exact answers to a lot of the below - hope the community can help answer some of these questions! Pls feel free to answer individual questions if easier - however I’ll list them all in one place.Many thanks in advance!Questions: 1. As a family of 2 adults and 2 children under 12 based in U.K. - if we bought a 3 month continuous pass on the promotion ( ie. for the equivalent of 1 full price Adult ticket) - does this mean we can travel on the Eurostar as many times as we like during the 3months? And as long as there are available tickets on the Eurostar website - does that mean tickets are available for the Global pass too (or are there restricted numbers of tickets like frequent flyer tickets on planes)eg. we could do Lon-Paris, Lon-Amsterdam, Lon Brussels on 3 consecutive weekends? 2. Hello.  Total new person here so I apologize for asking questions.  I’ve done some searching and thought I had this all under control.  But I’m struggling!I am looking to make seat reservations only on a train from Salzburg to Luzern.   We have purchased a First Class Eurail pass and I was able to do seat reservations on the German Rail Website for our previous legs in Germany.   But I am struggling with the Austrian Rail website.    Can anyone assist with how I make a seat only reservation?   I’m looking at October and it looks like I could make one for some of the trains that have multiple changes but the ones with only one change in Zurich are all not available?  Also not seeing where you select the class you prefer.   Honestly don't care about the class but would like a seat reservation.   Is it possible that all those seats are booked already for the one change trains?Thanks in advance.

If I have Spain as my country of residence, and I travel once from latour de carol-enveitg to madrid through barcelona, and then I need to leave the country same way (Madrid to bcn to latour and then paris), this counts as my 2 allowed home country trips. But does it also count as a home country trip if I take the train from barcelona to montpellier and viceversa?I have the 10 days in 2 months global pass.

I made a reservation Paris to Geneva thinking it was under my 7 day Eurail pass.  However it was charged to my credit card.  What did I do wrong? How do I get a refund?  How do I properly make a reservation under my Eurail pass?Thanks for any advice.  

I am traveling to Italy next week from Switzerland. I have booked a few tickets (and downloaded PDFs) from https://shop.oebbtickets.at/I have an Eurail Pass & have the following queries:Do I need to validate my ticket somewhere? Do I need to have any documents besides my Passport? I got the PDF versions of the tickets. Do I also need to have A4 Prints of the same (as I received a message after purchasing the tickets to do so)? Requirement of my or my family’s photo?

Have booked Buchs SG to Zagreb sleeper but wondering if I could get on at Zurich instead  would we be able to access our compartment or would we have to sit in the normal part of the train  if there is one

Our route would look like this: Galicia(Spain)-Barcelona-Mónaco-some Italian cities including Venice-Croatia-Montenegro or Albania-Grecce. Our pass is 10 days traveling within 2 months.Any suggestions??? I was travelling Interrail from London to Paris in May. I came down to London from Edinburgh on a Sunday and went to a concert at the Barbican .. everything was going fine.The on Sunday evening I got a Eurostar email - due to French rail industrial action my Eurostar next morning cancelled .. But there was a link to make a “simple rebooking” on the next available train .. so ok?No, not OK. The link for me did not work. It led me through a rebooking process that just led always to “unexpected error has occurred”.I was initially quite panicked .. I had nowhere to stay longer in London and had a hotel booked in Paris that could not change. I could do nothing until the next morning when offices were open.In fact, the next morning phone call to Eurostar worked .. I had to hang on the line for about 45 mins .. but when I got through I was rebooked on a train 2 hours later with no problem.My question though : As interrail users, do we just have to accept that we are not included in such autom

Hey! In August I will be traveling with Interrail for the first time.  But now I am a bit confused when I try to book a seat. The train I try to book is a night train running from Zagreb Glavni Kol. to Split. However, I prefer a couchette but I see that this is not an option. So I am guessing this is just a seat right? If so, does anyone know where I can book a night train that actually has a couchette?   Thank you! ☺️ 

I recently made my first Interrail trip for about 40 years .. it was great!Now I am planning my second but I have not decided on a pass yet. But I have already made one seat reservation on the Eurostar from London to Paris.Is that a normal / OK thing to do? .. first make seat reservations and then later decide which pass to buy to use these reservations with? (OK obviously you have to match 1st or 2nd class ticket/reservation)It seems on the one hand like an odd way round to do it .. but it seems to work, and so why not? Is there anything I am missing as to why there would be any problem?

Hi there,I am using a eurail pass this week. I have a bunch of trains to take, so I am unsure I’ll be able to be on time for each train. For this reason, I wish to add the same journey to the same travel day, but with different time schedules. These are all trains without seat reservation. For example, I wish to add, on the 22th of June, two trains travelling from Stuttgart Hbf to Muenchen Hbf, at 17h15-19h13 AND 18h14-2026. As I arrive à Stuttgart (train with a seat reservation) at 17h04, I am not sure to be able to get the 17h15.So I wonder : is it possible to add these journeys simultaneously before the day of travel ? If so, what happens for the train ticket I did not use ? If not, is it possible to add a second journey (same travel destination but different time) on the day of travel (after missing a train, for example) ?I hope this is readable !Thank you so much,Amélie

Hello hello !  So here is my situation : I will be travelling from London to Vilnus this coming month.When I got my Interrail pass I registered it with my french address before I moved to London.I’m puzzled on understanding if my 1st trip to Paris from London will be considered outbound or if the second one from Paris to Berlin will be considered outbound.Has anyone have any experience with this? Let me know !

I'm new to the community and I just organized and booked my first Interrail trip, spanning between six countries, departing from Italy to the most important cities in central Europe (Vienna, Prague, Berlin, Amsterdam, Paris and Turin).I'm here to ask a question about reservations: is there a way to get on reservation-only trains without paying it? (I don't know, like standing instead of taking a seat :D) e.g. going to Paris from Amsterdam without paying 30+ euros and without changing 2/3 trains.Hope I can find a way, but if the reservation is the best option then it won't be a problem.Thanks!

Dear community, I have a Global 4 day pass and will be travelling from Amsterdam to Barcelona on July 16th or 17th. I am trying to reserve seats, but there seem to be problems in doing so. The booking tool mentions that prices are unavailable; however, it says this same thing for months ahead, so that is why I wonder if there are no trains available, or whether there is something else preventing me from reserving seats. I want to book as soon as possible, to ensure I can still reserve the seat :) Any help is highly appreciated! Best regards, Kaya

I read on this forum that we can get a 25% discount on train from Interlaken OST to Lauterbrunnen/Grindelwald using Eurail Global Pass. However, the OBB app or the ticketing machines are not showing the option of adding Eurail Pass as a discount.How to add Eurail as a discount for this journey? Can we use Eurail as a discount on other small trains/service, like going to harderklum, any Matterhorn viewing point etc etc etc etc and how?

I wanted to book sleepers on the Nightjet from Amsterdam to Vienna (and back) in October '23 and thought I was late booking in June, but the booking site states that tickets are not available.I called ÖBB and the attendant told me that the connections were not ‘freigegeben’ (open) and told me to try again in July. Does anyone know why that would be, normally you are supposed to be able to book the Nightjet up to 180 days in advance…I now look each day whether the booking is open, but knowing the reason for it not being open I may know what I am waiting for and when to try to book.Thanks!

The route is through my country of residence, which is Germany, but it’s not an inbound/outbound journey. As far as I know it’s not allowed. Is that right?
