Hi. Me and my girlfriend have all our trains booked and reservations bought. My app popped up and said I must go online to keep my pass active. Does anyone know what this means?

Hello,We want to go from Frankfurt to Barcelona from the 5th to the 6th and we cannot make the reservations now as we are starting our interrail in one week and cannot obtain etickets from these destinations. Could you help us find something ? It is not very reassuring for us not to have an option and buy them in situ.Thanks :)

Hi,We want to do Oslo - Bergen on the 23rd and Bergen -Oslo on the 26th (both at night arriving early in the morning the day after). We haven’t done the reservation yet and we are leaving in a week. We are concerned because we can only obtain paper tickets by reserving these trips and we don’t know if buying the ticket in site is the best idea.Can you help us with this matter?Thanks :)

Hello, on Eurail seat reservation confirmation page, gives an error “ Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later or find another connection. This connection will be removed from your cart.”. am stuck and cannot reserve seats for my travels. can someone help?

I just booked reservations (2) for Lyria 9270 from Lausanne to Dijon in September. We were assigned side-by-side seats, but on the upper level of the carriage. Also, there are better seats available in other cars with club seating with a table. We are not happy with the seat assignment since we are both over 75 and don’t want to carry luggage up and down the steps in the carriage. Eurail needs to step up their game and allow either active seat selection or ask for seat preferences. I’m trying to contact them now to see if the seats can be changed. Any advice?

Ya compré un pase global por 2 meses. Llego a Madrid desde Bolivia el 2 de julio y el tren a Barcelona me dice que requiere reserva EN TAQUILLA. Ya lo tengo añadido en mi pase. Yo llego 5 horas antes, que ocurre si no hay espacios?Pierdo el tren? 

Hi everyone, I’d like to take the overnight train departing from Budapest on 23/08/2023 at 19h10 and arriving at Bucharest on 24/08/2023 at 11h19. I’ve tried booking the journey online through interrail website but it looks like I can only get the tickets delivered by mail. I’ve tried to book the journey directly on OBB and DB websites but I couldn’t go through with the reservation. Any thoughts or suggestions on a way to book this train and get e-tickets ?  Thanks !

Hello, I'm starting an interrail on July 5th and I have several questions.The pass I have is the 7-day pass in 1 monnth, and although the day I start the trip is the 5th, the first train is taken on July 7th, so when it comes to activating the pass I have to activate it for the 7th as the first day of the trip, right? Or can I put the 5th and that won't count as a travel day?And then, the first trip is from Amsterdam to Berlin, a few weeks ago I saw a train that I liked in the eurrail app but now it doesn't leave. However, on the website of the DB railway company if it comes out for that time, I would like to know a few things about this1- How can I know if that train is included in the pass? Because it doesn't come out on the schedule2- Can you make a reservation in DB if I haven't activated the pass yet? Or first I have to activate the pass and then get on the DB website to book

Non ho capito la differenza tra il pass mobile e il pass cartaceo.Acquistando quello mobile presumo che tutto si possa fare tramite la app sul cellulare.Mentre acquistando quello cartaceo, posso sempre usufruire della app per le prenotazioni?I cellulari non sempre funzionano adeguatamente. Quindi vorrei evitare di trovarmi in situazioni difficili.Grazie per l’aiuto!Isabella Manfrini

Hello! I am going to buy a global pass on the train page of my country "Renfe". Once purchased, they tell me that they cannot give it to me digitally and I prefer to have the pass on my mobile for greater comfort and not wait for it to arrive at my home physically and lose days of travel. Hello, my passport says I only have 2 travel days left, but it should be 4! I've also gone through all my travel days again and I'm sure I've come up with 11 of 15 travel days. What can be the reason?(Okay, ich sehe gerade, dass es wegen eines Fehlers meinerseits sowieso egal ist. Ich dachte alle Pässe, die nicht für ganze 1,2,3 Monate gelten oder "Reisetage innerhalb von 2 Monaten" im Titel haben, darf man innerhalb eines ganzen Monats und nicht nur des Zeitraums von 15 Tagen nutzen, schlecht gelesen, mein Fehler!

I am traveling to Paris, wanting to take a train to Barcelona, then flying from Barcelona to Rome. From Rome I also need to take a train to Ancona and back. I was wondering if I could use the 4 day pass to travel from Paris to Barcelona via train, then after I fly to Rome use the pass again to take the train to Ancona and back. I would really appreciate an answer, thanks. 

Hello there This Summer im going to travel for 12 days. But I only need to use the Train on 7 Days. Can I buy a 7 Day pass and only acitvate it on the days I need the Ticket?The Railmap Planer tells me to buy a 12 Day Pass. And what if a Travel over night? Will the Pass by avilable for 24 hours or until I end the Ride?Thnkas for the help :)

Hi! We are planning to buy a four-day Swiss Interrail pass. One day, however, we will visit a city in Germany (by train from Bern to Freiburg). I am wondering how it works in this case. Will the interrail pass still be valid for the Swiss section and the ticket only needs to be bought for the German section?Thanks for your answers! :)

We are travelling to Europe in August and I am having trouble paying online for my passes. I have called my credit card issuer and they said everything is fine and that I haven’t put through an attempt on their end. I don’t understand. Anyone have similar problems?

After I made seat reservations on Eurail.com., I was able to see my ticket from London to Paris on Eurostar app, but I couldn’t see my ticket on SNCF (TGV) app from Paris to Strasbourg. Why is that, and what can I do?If I make a seat reservation on OBB for Italy, will I see my tickets on OBB app?Thank you in advance.

I'm particularly heading to the ff areas in a span of 40 days:SPAIN - Barcelona (June 27- June 30)ITALY (flying in from Barcelona) - Rome, Florence, Venice (July 1 - July 11)SWITZERLAND - Geneva, Aigle, Montreux, Sion*, Lausanne*, Leysin* (July 11 - 16)CROATIA (flying in from Geneva) - Dubrovnik, Split, Plitvice, Zagreb (July 16 - July 21)AUSTRIA - Vienna, Salzburg, Innsbruck (July 21 - August 4)HUNGARY* - Budapest* (sometime between July 21 - August 4) *not yet sure if I'm heading to these destinations but good to have them as options I hope someone can provide clarification and other details to my following questions:(1) I couldn't count yet how frequent I need to take the train, and I prefer to be flexible. Is the Eurail global pass my best option? It's a bit pricey for me but would consider if I can make the most out of it (i.e. most number of trips, most convenient for traveling with a luggage).(2)

Help. I’m trying to add my boyfriend and myself as travelers to a trip. I run into two problems when inputting the paper pass details.Eurail B.V. is not listed on the Issuer drop down list. I selected DISCOVEREU TRAVEL PASS (CIV 9901)  Pass Cover Number returns an error. PASS COVER NUMBER DOESN’T LOOK RIGHTI’m looking to make reservations but can’t if I can’t add travelers. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

HelloDo you have to add every individual journey on a travel day? Isn't the point of the global pass that you can use any valid train, bus or ferry on the travel day e.g. I have 15 days in 2 months, so on any of the 15 days I can just use the pass for any valid travel? So why do I have  to add eCh journey individually? And how can I add bus journeys when it doesn't search buss stations or time tables. I just have to add the bus manually and guess the times? Or do I have to search timetables elsewhere and then add that way?  If so, this is ridiculous and time consuming.What happens if the bus or train is late or delayed and the travel times you entered are wrong?

Hi all! I would like to exchange our 4 days in 1 month pass to 5 days in 1 month, but i already booked seat reservation. Can i still keep the seat i reserved with my 4 days in 1 month pass? We will start our travel on June 26, 2023
