Hello Miss, Sir,My name is Raphael Mbeleck and I report a problem. Indeed during my purchase procedure for seat reservation. I was told that I had to pay for an Interrail pass first which I did on the website via my account. After booking my seats on the website, I noticed that I had to activate my pass via the app. What I did. The problem is that when I go to the application none of my reservations are displayed while on my Internet account all my reservations are there. Is this a problem for my journey because the places I paid are linked to the hotel I paid for.

I've read on the Facebook forum that passes bought during the anniversary sale now have a two-month ‘grace period’  For example, a pass that needed to be activated on the 11th of May, is now valid until 11th July.  Is this true? If true, will this effect my ability to exchange my ticket?  I've been advised that I can exchange my ticket (because it wasn't activated by the cut off date) if I purchase another ticket of the same value # before the cut off date#  Does the new date count? Hope this makes sense, Thanks

So we had a ferry scheduled from igoumenitsa to Ancona on the 5th of June, and have seat reservations back home all brought from Ancona to London. However Supperfast ferries threw a spanner in the works this evening by messaging us to let us know the Ferry is no longer stopping at Igmoumentsa, after spaking with them they advised us that we have to leave the day before or the day after, Our interrail pass will run out before we got home to London if we leave the day after, and we are unable to leave the day before because of work. Instead we are looking at getting the Ferry to Bari, which is fine, although we will require a different set of seat reservations from Bari to London.We want to know if seat reservations are refundable? and if so how it works? I can just see on my Interrail account you have to click a button and interrail will ask the train company if we get a refund. But that;s a bit problematic, as we might find out that we don’t get a refund and in that case we would try a

helloI bought a non-consecutive 5-day Eurail pass.I am trying to pay for a train ticket that requires a separate reservation in the cart, but the ‘Continue with traveler information’ button is not pressed and it does not move to the next page.I can‘t even try it on your phone and computer.All necessary information was entered, and no tickets were sold out. Why is that? please solve it soon

I have purchased a 15 day Eurail Global Pass (4 persons, 2 adults, 2 kids), that I intend to use during my upcoming trip to Europe starting next week (arriving on 14th June in France). I have added the pass in the Rail Planner app and have also added most of my planned journeys in a “Trip” (but have not linked the Trip to the Global Pass, with a fear of activating/wasting the days too early, as I don’t know how it works).This is my first trip to Europe (visiting France, Switzerland, Italy, Netherlands (via night stay at Munich) and Denmark) so have a couple of basic queries regarding the use of my Pass:Can I link my Trip to Global Pass on the app even now (without activating the pass), when my first journey by train is on 18th June to Switzerland? How (& when) the app will deduct my first (& subsequent) day off the Pass? I mean when I link the Pass to the trip OR when I scan the QR Code when boarding the train OR is there another way? Hi, I’m trying to book seat reservations for two travelers from Marseille to Barcelona on July 10th, using the Eurail pass. I am given options when I search however when clicking on the options the price will disappear and I am unable to add the reservation to my cart. Other options remain available, but when attempting to pay will say “one of the less of your journey cannot be booked.” Wondering if there are any other options I can take to book these tickets.  

Hello everyone,So, I’m having great trouble reserving a sleeper cabin on the GWR Night Riviera Sleeper. From the GWR website the reservation with an interrail ticket can’t be made. I called them up and they said that by phone they won’t book them anymore either (apparently this has been like this since a few months - they had trouble with mismatching passes).The main SBB station in Berne can’t book reservations anymore for most train companies in the UK either and the interrail website, when working, tells me that it can’t be booked through them either.On the phone GWR advised me to book directly from a station in the UK, however I fear that by the time I’m there there likely won’t be a cabin anymore.I believe it might be possible to have a friend in the UK book the reservation for me, but surely there must be some way that it can be done from abroad? Would it be possible to buy a regular ticket and have the ticket fee reimbursed?I’m sure someone has done similar and I hope there is a

Hi folks! Can u help me…? It never happened before.Plan to travel tomorow on ICE from Munich to Dresden, want to add the trip to my pass, and when I click “Show ticket” it sais “No ticket for this date, it looks you haven’t addad any journeys on this date...”Very strange, coz on German ICE no need reservation, and it alwas worked to add journey even right before the trip. Does anybody knows what it can be…?(I just selected and other trip for tomorow, to other city, just random, and it samely does not work...)It is quite annoying, never happened before….Help me pls!! Thank youuuuDavid

I have (already) bought a Eurail Global Pass for my upcoming trip to Italy (coming first time to Europe with my family including 2 kids). Budget is my BIG concern & I want to take full benefit of this pass (for cheap travel wherever possible).I am generally managing well (budget), however, concerned about traveling to (& within Italy) on this Pass. I have read that this pass is not much friendly in Italy (Tourist Trap etc, but I don’t want to buy another pass for Italy) and supports only Trenitalia and a few small other companies. The major routes that I want to travel (on different days) using this pass include:Switzerland to Rome (first use) - I am planning to reach Tirano, Italy (via Bernina Express) & then travel to Rome from here. However, this plan (using Bernina Express) is not FIXED & can be altered Rome to Florence (second use) Florence to Munich, Germany (third use) Munich to Milan (fourth use)So my questions are:I need help/guidance to find a cheap/free train

Me and six friends are traveling in late June to early July- When trying to book seat reservations it says prices unavailable on the site, mainly the over night trains e.g-Prague to Budapest-Ljubljana > Sevnica to SplitWe are quite stressed as this may be because the seats are booked up and we wont be able to board these trains , however is it possible to go to the station in person a day or a few hours before and book a seat reservation or is this not possible. I would like to book a family pass but haven’t done so yet. We will be travelling from the UK on a particular day: and on that day staying in France with friends who will only be able to meet us at the nearest train station at a reasonably early time in the day. Ie.  don’t want to waste time or money buying the Interrail pass before we know exactly which reservations are on offer and whether it suits. I have gone to the generic Eurrail / Interrail help & support page about how you do this but still can’t see how I can look up which seat reservations are available. Nothing comes up when I enter our dates. Help!I would prefer to use a helpful website than download a space and data consuming app. So no app recommendations, please. Queries: I want to know before booking the Eurail pass whether it’s worth buying the first / second class pass. I want to go by bus from Murjek (Sweden, Norrland) to Kvikkjokk. The provider is Länstraffiken  Norrbotten , which is listed as participating by Interrail (www.interrail.eu/de/plan-your-trip/tips-and-tricks/trains-europe/railway-companies). But I can’t get a ticket: Kvikkjokk is not listed at all, for there is no railway station.

We have the Global Pass, our trips are all added to the pass. Tried to book seat reservation on PE train from Interlaken to Montreux on Eurail reservation page. The video showed very easy booking but not at all like that on their reservation site. Are we missing something?

Hiwe have used up our eurail travel days. We need to get from Venice St Lucia to Rome Termini tomorrow with 2 adults, 1 senior and 2 kids (age 7-10). Should I get another eurail pass (Italy only) or trenitalia pass (kids travel free) to get on the Frecciarossa to Rome? We may also consider going to Pompeii. then we can use the pass for Rome city to Rome airport? 

Hi there, I'm trying to get out of sofia, and my plan was to go to Bratislava. I guess the night sleeper from Bucharest to Budapest is the most suitable for this, but I cannot seem to find a way to book a seat or bed online, without paying for the whole ticket. I am scared that if I book it in the train station, it will be sold out. I tried OBB, db and CFR. It is for tomorrow. Help is very appreciated, thank you in advance! 

HiThis summer (July 25) I would like to travel from budapest to Brasov. I would like to take the train from 09:10 to 22:46However, when I want to reserve a seat via the interrail reservation site, it says that reservation is not possible. Through the interrail site, I don't see this train listed. But if I look a week earlier or a week later it is listed.If I look on the Hungarian booking site I see the train direct is listed. Is the direct train going or are there works in progress?Is it possible to buy the same train in advance in another way, since booking via the interrail site does not work (it says Prices unavailable) and via the Hungarian train company it is not possible to buy an interrail seat reservation.

Hi,I had bought seat reservation tickets for me and my travel companion for the Frankfurt - Arnhem route via the OBB site, only there is only 1 name on the ticket. Is this a problem? And if it is a problem what should I do now?

Help please!im wanting to buy a Eurail global pass but am planning to travel with a friend who doesn’t have a pass/won’t be buying one, so she’ll just be buying individual train tickets.does anyone know if we’ll still be able to be on the same trains?! Or will we be split up due to the fact that we don’t have the same access to trains. can someone honestly just please explain it to me because nothing on the Eurail website seems to ease my confusion. Don’t wanna waste my money on a pass if it means I won’t be able to travel with my friend who doesn’t have a pass. 

my app is stuck in a loop trying to activate the journey I wanted. it is stuck for hours and the app is not responding to any attempts to make it work. I have a photo of it but cannot send it here.

Hi everybody, I’m new on this community.Maybe my question has already been asked I mean...but I try anyway.My daughter goes to Stockholm with Erasmus to study at the university. So we are planning a family trip to Sweden from France at the end of August.I understand (thanks to the different conversations and questions about that) that the global pass is required because it is just a round trip to Sweden.But when I'm looking for the best pass for my travel “Trouvez le pass ferroviaire le mieux adapté”, the one country is proposed! Maybe I didn't understand or didn't do something right, or is it just confusing?*Thank you in advance to confirm to myself, if the global pass is the good way, and if the request on the website  to find the good pass for the good trip is really confusing.Fabien

Hi everyoneI’m looking at my options traveling from Lake Bled to Split on the 30th August this year and aren’t having much luck so far! Is anyone familiar with the route?I think I will have to catch an early train (which I believe is a night train) to Zagreb and from there after a long wait go onto Split, arriving in the evening. The OBB site just says “tickets not available” for the first leg and it’s not possible to get a reservation either. Is this train likely to be full already?Would a coach be a better option?Thanks!Ben
