I searched that Palma de Mallorca have some train line and i would like to know if i can use my global pass on those trains or they are not included in the pass?

I'm trying to book seat reservations for 3people from Paris to Luzern, Switzerland at 14:00 on 4 June. I get to the last stage of checkout and get a red error message saying 'one of the legs of your journey could not be booked. This is the only journey in my cart. I've tried many times with different time of the day and just keep getting the same error. Can anyone help?Thanks

Hello, I am in Norway and I would like to check/book tickets for today and tomorrow. But there is no office open and even the assistance by phone it is "ooo" (it is available only from Monday to Friday).What can I do?If I catch a train without reservation, can I try to reserve directly on the train? Are there fines? Thank you   

Hi, I need to get to SOFIA from France, Italy or Switzerland this autumn. What is the present situation please?Despite my 86 years of age I am willing to go by the long route if necessary.  I travel Interrail to avoid flying and have not done so for the past five years.I saw the destruction of the train lines at the historic Belgrade main station a couple of years ago and I was and am shocked.

I'm traveling tomorrow Morning from interlaken Ost to como S giovanni throw zurich then lugano noseat reservation required but I'm afraid that the trains pr one of them might be fully booked how can I check that I can find a seat Thanks 

Hi, today some German speaking media has released that according to Deutsche Bahn (Eurail B.V. shareholder) the Interrail pass is more popular than ever: this year 600,000 tickets have already been sold across Europe. Compared to 2019, the number of tickets sold has almost doubled. The number of Interrail tickets sold in Europe this year has risen to a record of around 600,000. I can't seem to activate my eurail pass using the app, it keeps saying there's an issue and try again later. Then when I try to access the eurail website from my phone it says "You are not allowed to access this page. HTTP error 403" I don't know what to do. 

I am currently doing interrail with the mobile pass.While I am happy with the functionalities of the app, it has given me multiple stressfull moments:app not letting me enter a journey manually, and hence I could not generate a QR code. I am touch with support to get myself refunded the ticket that I had to buy instead. All journeys disappeared, only to re-appear after 10 seconds or so. Those 10 seconds are a very long time with the ticket inspector standing next you, in a far away country with no common language. Did anyone else experience this? Or this one: Instead of saying 'Show ticket' in the yellow bar, it says 'add a journey': . It is totally unclear why the app would say so at this location. Restarting (takes multiple minutes) did not solve it, but later on that same day, it is back to normal. I will consider doing the paper pass next time to avoid these issues. It really took the fun of it all away. 

We are planning our first interrail trip trough Europe for this summer and have already booked some trains, but then stumbled upon a problem. We want to travel from Florence to Zagreb on the 12th and 13th of August (2023) and the railplanner app gives us a suitable journey where we take two Euro-night trains: one from Bologna to Villach hbf and one from Villach to our destination Zagreb, but it doesn't seem possible to make seat reservation for those trains. Are we to late? We have also tried different websites, but it does not seem to work or take seat reservations. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this, any other train connection from Florence to Zagreb or do we have to alter our journey?

HelloI bought an Eurail Pass that can be used seven days a month. I'm going on a trip in July, and I set the starting date as the travel date. By the way, can I press the yellow QR code-shaped activation button on My Trip now? It doesn't count as a month from now on, does it?

I was ready to purchase my Eurail pass for my family when we travel to several European countries in July. When I looked at the price breakdown, it had a price for two adults (my husband and myself) and one youth (13 years old). Next to the child price (11 years old), it had $0. Great! However, when I added it to my cart, it said I was purchasing 3 Eurail passes—2 adults and one youth. My concern is that my 11 year old won’t have a pass, so therefore we’d have to purchase his train tickets separately. How will the ticket offices know that my 11 year old qualified under a free pass?

Is it possible to use the two home country days on a Global Interail Pass for the following trip if I live in the UK Trip to and from London2 weeks later using the remaining days in Sweden (fly there and fly back) 

I need to make seat reservation from Barcelona to Madrid and from Madrid to Barcelona in advance Not at the ticket office (Subject to availability) as per the eurial app If this is not an option can I make the seat reservation at the ticket office one day before the travel ? Thanks 

I have a question about the trenitalia railpass.I need some clarification about the word “journey” since the pass counts the numbers of journeys and not days.I am planning a Veniz- Palermo trip. which will have a Veniz to Rome via the high speed train and then night train for the Rome-Palermo leg.Is the total journey gonna be 1 (Veniz-Palermo) or 2 (Veniz- Rome and Rome-Palermo)? Thanks.

For the train from London do you have to book a train through the Eurostar site and then separately pay for a seat through the eurail app?  I am going to Brussels and am confused.  It seems for the other countries in my trip that maybe I can just buy a 3 day pass to cover my trips from Brussels to cologne,  cologne to frankfurt, and frankfurt to Paris.  But can I just add a 4th day for my London to Brussels train and then just pay for seat reservation and I am set or do I need to pay separately on Eurostars site for train pass (which is ver expensive compared to just adding a 4th day to my eurail pass) and then pay on the eurial app for the seat reservation.

I noticed that some Eurocity between Italy and Switzerland are not visible in the Interrail planner app (for instance, EC 50 and EC 54 MIlano-Basel). The other three connections of the day are visible. One can still reserve the seats (e.g. from the Interrail reservation system, but the interrail ticket cannot be activated) . Interestingly, if one looks at the national legs of those trains (Milano-Domodossola and Brig-Basel) they become visible, but the international ones are not.Have others had similar experiences? Can one just add the trip manually, or will the controller object, because those trains are not supposed to be used by Interrailers (even if the seats are reserved) ?It seems that Zurich trains are all visible, but Geneva and Basel ones are limited.

First time traveller and a little confused! My initial understanding was that the Eurail global pass would cover my travel throughout Europe EXCEPT for Switzerland (where I thought I’d have to buy the Swiss travel pass separately). But upon research, it seems that I am able to travel within Switzerland with the global pass, but want to confirm. I’m going to post my itinerary below (June 11-24). My overall question is - will the EUrail global pass work for travel between these destinations? Rome → Zurich → Lucerne → Interlaken → Bern → Cologne → Amsterdam → Brussels → Paris Thank you so much! 

Hi  I got to know how regional trains save our money . Do we have such options to book from Milano to Venice( reservation free )  and other places ? it showed me 15Euros to book seats . If seat reservation mandatory I need to book on oebb.com to avoid booking fees or any other websites ?

Does anyone know if the Global Eurail pass gets you a discount on ferries from Ibiza to Barcalona and where I would book the ferry? 

I am traveling from Utrecht to Basel this summer and it says that I'm ready to board since seat reservation is not required. However, I cannot book any seat since they are sold out. Can I still enter the train? 

Hi,Can you guide me if I have to cover Mt.titlis trip(Luzern-Engelberg)  and take train to Milano same day (Preferably post 5pm  ? (June 7th) I tried to look at train connections on both Euro rail planner & Sbb. Train timings are completely different (Some train has 3 changed on Euro rail app and showing 24mins transfer ) where as Sbb shows 1 train change and 4 mins transfer time. we are 9 people . can you suggest train timings considering elders and children ? Thanks in advance!   

Can we use the Eurail Global Pass to get only tickets reservations in the Goldenpass Express? I’ll be taking this route june 13, and the site gives two options for reductions: own ticket or only reservation, and i don’t know which one includes the eurail global pass. 

You must purchase passes before you are able to reserve seats.  When we purchased passes, we were shown many options for train times from London to Paris on 5/30.  Now that we have activated our passes to make seat reservations, there are ZERO available trains or seats from London to Paris on 5/30 or the surrounding days.  Very frustrated we couldn’t see that those trains were not available prior to purchasing.  Does anyone know how to locate available trains from London to Paris?  Thanks so much~
