Help! I need 17 seats on a high-speed train to Florence from Rome. I was able to add 9 people to the reservation, but the site will not let me add the other 8. What can I do? 

Hi all! First time Traveller from Australia 😊 currently making our way across Europe and we're in Berlin at the moment! I wanted to clarify something about this 22 day Eurail pass, but I think I may already know the answer... my friends and I purchased 22 days, but it's for 22 consecutive days, correct? My friends and I will be travelling across Europe for a month. I feel like I may have made a mistake in buying this ticket instead of a different one…We're hoping to visit several countries, but we don't really have a particular time/dates when visiting cities. We'll be going to Rome, Naples/Pompeii, Sevilla, Barcelona, Paris and then London where we fly out on the 31st of May. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

I have a list of trips in MY TRIPS. However I fail to attach them to my pass. There is a note on top: Not connected to a mobile pass.

We are planning on traveling from zermatt to como however in Milan there is a 15 minute transfer that says “transfer by public transportation”. There’s only 30 minutes to do this and I have no idea what kind of transportation there is or if it’s even provided. I don’t want to miss our train. Does anyone know what this could be? I have a global pass and want to travel fromParis to Zurich.I  have a reservation from Paris Gare Lyon to Basel SBB. But no reservation from Basel to Zurich.Can  I use the pass to take the next train to Zurich

Hi there, on the last day of my trip my pass suddenly disconnected from saved trip and I had to re- add the pass but I lost all the data (journeys etc) that were connected to that pass. Can you advise how I can recover this / reconnect the pass to saved trip/ consolidate the two trips on to the one pass ? I currently have two trips- one has most of the journeys but isn’t connected to the pass , and one is the new trip I had to create to get home!Many thanksFrancesca 

I think that the trip from Bucharest to Istanbul in May should count as one interrail day as there is a through sleeper from Dimitrovgrad to Halkali. My problem is that the Interrail app is coming up as two separate journeys on two separate days:Dimitrovdrad - Kapikule 22.50-00.45 on SaturdayKapikule - Halkali 2.30-6.34 on SundayHow do I avoid using two days of my 5 day pass?Thanks

Looking to travel from Bordeaux over to Spain to explore the Basque Country, San Sebastián and Bilbao would be ideal. However the trains don’t look the best, says it’ll be 26 hours of travelling which feels a bit much. is there anything we are missing or is that just the way it is? Cheers!,fraser 

I am traveling with my family and want to get a pass for us all - 3 of us are UK citizens and resident in the UK and one is citizen of the US and not resident in the UK (on a tourist visa).  Which pass should I get?

Buongiorno, Avrei alcune domande da fare. Con le mie cugine vogliamo fare un viaggio per L’Europa.Non mi è chiaro se  con il Pass si può fare un biglietto andata e ritorno nello stesso giorno? Es da Madrid Sevilla andata e ritorno nello stesso giorno?.  Poi in Francia vogliamo fare diverse fermate Marsiglia, Avignone, Lyon, Parigi. Si possono fare in due giorni di Pass o sono di più?Quando programma nel mappa il mio percorso le città intermedia me lo considera un giorno di viaggio.  

There have been a number of questions recently about upcoming track work in Sweden and people (including me) have said to check out the sj.se site for information on scheduled works.However, when I look at the page it talks of diversions and changes to schedules in April (last month) all the way back to February.  I don’t see much for for May and nothing for June.Is anyone aware of any more recent or up to date information?

Hi! My Friends and I are traveling to Greece for the summer and we wanted to buy the interrail Greece pass (not the island one) in order to discover continental Greece. However, when I use the interrail app to check the timetables of the trains from Athens to Thessaloniki and vice versa, it says that those trains are not available. What could be happening? It is going to be possible to travel Greece by train this summer? I know that last summer was not possible because some railway stuff... Anyways, thank you so much!

Hello, I have a flex pass of 5 days and I want to know how can I plan multiple destinations/ stops in 1 day ?For example: I will do Wurzburg-Germany => Nuremberg-Munich => Salzbourg-Austria..Should I set up every step each city or from Wurzburg => Austria is enough? Thanks

Hi all. im due to return to the uk from my 6 weeks interrailing in a fortnight. (Noooooo!!!) I arrive into London on the evening of the 16th on the Eurostar and plan to travel to glasgow the following morning. But does taking the Eurostar into London the night before count as my in bound travel day with my pass? Or can I still use my pass the following morning to get up to Scotland? just not quite sure how that bit works and wanting to plan ahead in case…

i need step by step instructions on how to book and pay for a reservation using the eurail app. I was able to create my trip but it requires a reservation and I cannot figure out how to do it.

My trip will begin on early June.Therefore, I am bit concern about when to activate the Pass.Does anyone there know if I activate the Pass now, the ‘Timer’ will start ticking from today? So that the Pass will expired on 29 June, even my trip have NOT start jet?

My last eurail pass was in 1983!  I’ve found EC52 direct from Milano to Spiez on July 10 at 11:20 in the Rail Planner app.  When I go to book a reservation using the website, the direct train to Spiez doesn’t appear. The route when using the website reservation system has me changing in DOMODOSSOLA and again in Brig.   My question is if I can just get the reservation from Milano to Domodossola on EC52, and then stay on that direct train without a reservation on to Spiez.  Thanks so much, Tom

Hello,I am resident of Hamburg Germany and I have purchased an Interrail pass. For my journey from Hamburg to Frankfurt, it is being shown as an inbound/outbound trip, which I find confusing.  I would like to use 2 days in the pass for inbound/outbound journeys as Hamburg to Prague and Prague to Hamburg. If my Hamburg-Frankfurt journey is incorrectly marked as inbound/outbound trip, I would not be able to make reservations for the Hamburg-Prague-Hamburg trips. Please guide me how it works. Thanks and regards,Hrishikesh

I can not add my journey or a traveller. When i add a journey, it says i just have to add the traveller (myself). When i do that, it says i have to add a journey. and so on…I don`t know what to do..All my journeys i tried to create are cancelled (it says they are already done?)

Hi everyone, I want to book a nighttrain between Stockholm and Hamburg. According to the Interrail’s planner, it should be possible (from 39€) but after buying my pass, it seems that there is no day where it is available (always “Seat reservations required from NA”). I try on sj.se too but even when there are some place available, there is no discount with the Interrail pass. Does anyone know how it is possible to book these trains (my pass is useless otherwise) ?  Thanks in advance

So I am planning a trip over 12 days. I plan to do a Round trip between Krakow and Auschwitz on the 16th and then take a night train to Prague (the same evening). Then I plan to take a train from Prague to vienna on the 20th, followed by a train from Vienna to Munich on the 22nd, then a night train from Munich to Paris on the 25th. I currently have a 5-day in a month pass to be safe but I am wondering if I should get a 4, especially because the train to Prague was initially going to be the next day. The money saved would be very nice (I bought the 5-day when it was $310 back in February).Also, unrelated to the original but the Train between Krakow and Prague has some disruption to the line. My Chzech knowledge is nonexistant and I cannot tell if the disruption will affect the scheduled night train.Thanks!
