Few days ago, I saw this cabins option on interrail, but now it’s gone. Therefore, where can I buy the cabins ticket, not only seat ticket? Thanks

Hi everyone,I'm doing my first Interrail trip through Scandinavia this summer. I've already made a few seat reservations. However, on the reservations for the routes from Oslo to Bergen and Bergen to Oslo, there is a number under "Issuer" that I do not know. I definitely didn't specify this when ordering. I have given my Interrail pass number. The number on the reservations is not the passport number. Does anyone have experience with seat reservations for these routes? Is the number made up of something? Otherwise, can I contact Interrail directly - if this is the wrong number? 4 people want to take a day trip from Amsterdam to Antwerp return. I only see 3+ day passes available. Is there a pass available for just 1 day for the round trip?Thanks

Hi!In August I'm going to make my second interrail journey, and this year I've purchased a first class pass. Now I've started with making some reservations, if they are available. In the ÖBB app, first class reservations were for free on some trains, while second class reservations had a €3 fee. How come first class is free actually?Those free reservations were for the Raljet 67 Wien-Budapest and IC 210 Zagreb-Ljubljana. I have the reservations as PDF ticket.

We want to go from Hamburg to Amsterdam on 18-Jun-2023. When searched on the eurail reservationsfound the below option (with one change) found  a train After choosing the seat reservations -got the below screenwhen I tried to add checkout, it get stuck at the ‘add traveller’ details. Nothing happens when I click on it. It has been the case from the begining. I tried to create a new trip with only 3 travellers (thought the issue was with 7 travellers), but still it get stuck.  Thanks in advance for your help.

We bought a 7 day eurail global pass. We are a group of  7 people (with luggage) traveling together. Below are the trains we are trying to book. Not able to do the seat reservation.  can you please help what is the best. Hello, we are three people interested in a trip to the Greek islands with Interrail. Our idea was to leave directly from Athena and then go to Paros and spend the night there. From Pros we would then move to Santorini where we will spend two nights. From Santorini then activate Naxo where spending only one night. From Naxo then move to Mykonos where we will spend two nights and then return to Athens, where we have the plane to return to Italy. What type of pass do you recommend?

Hi, I’ve recently bought the global pass for 4 days in 1 month and am planning to go from London to Paris in mid May in a group of 2. We have bought the global passes and bought the seat reservations for our dates that we need from London to Paris and Paris to London through the interrail website. We got the Eurostar train and the tickets have been sent to us via email. What im confused about is that these Eurostar tickets are individual tickets on their own and not linked to the pass? So what exactly is the procedure with both the pass and the ticket? Am i supposed to activate the pass before travelling and when I board the train, I simply need to use just the Eurostar ticket Ive gotten? There doesnt seem to be any link between the ticket and pass I’ve bought. Clarification on the travelling procedure would be much appreciated! Thanks!

I received my confirmation email with pass number but when I try to reserve a seat I get “we don't see any valid travellers attached to trip” & when I try to enter my pass number & surname from email I get “these details don't match” even though I'm sure I entered the right Pass number and name from the email… any tips or is this one for customer services? 

Hey!I am trying to reserve a seat from Amsterdam - Paris (Train: Thalys) for Sunday but it shows it to be “train fully booked” on the eurail website and whenever I try to use the interrail pass. However, on the apps like SNCB and SNCF I am still able to buy tickets for the same journey. Is this possible?

Hello,We are planning a trip from Perpignan in the south of France to Amsterdam  - Odense - Stockholm and have bought a 4day/1month pass for that. Now, because of the frequent train strikes here in France these days, we think we should fly to Amsterdam instead of going by train. We live near the Spanish border, so getting to Barcelona and flying from there would not be a problem.The question is then: Can we still use the pass for the rest of our journey, i.e. for the Amsterdam - Odense - Stockholm part?

Hi, I purchased a eurail pass for my trip travelling throughout Europe for 4 weeks. I thought this would save stress and money however when I arrived for my first train to Paris I was unable to make it on any of the trains and had to purchase a ticket anyway. My question is how can I avoid this happening for other cities where I may possibly be stranded without accommodation. The train company were not affiliated and could not help. There is no personal customer service making me think this pass / company is a total rip off!!

We have 8 1st class global pass (4 adults, 1 senior, 3 children aged 6, 9, 10) going from Zurich to Milano on 7 June 2023 8.33am direct with Eurocity. Please Can anyone enlighten me the difference in all the classes - famiglia, Prima, silenzio, business, seconda? Advice which one would be best for 3hr train ride would be helpful. I tried googling but can’t find any answer. Thank you 

Hi,  I need help to make a reservation on Eurail App. I have purchased the Aurail Pass (France) for me to travel from CDG Airport to Strasbourg on 18th April. I have added the trip on My Pass in Eurail but i am struggling to reserved the seat and quite nervous that i can’t board the train on 18th April 8:50am.I was trying on reservation but it show me on below message and i cant call thru the said number :  Can anyone please assist and guide me on this ?  Thank you in advanced. 

Hi everyone, We are visiting Europe from Canada in June and July 2023. I am booking each part of our journey. So far I’ve reserved seats on the following routes: Barcelona to Paris, Paris to London and London to Brussels. All these routes require a reservation. However, when I try to reserve from Brussels to Amsterdam, no reservations are required so I cannot book anything. I read on another post that this segment has to be added as a journey through the app, but the app is very confusing. I haven’t activated the pass because I read it’s better to do it closer to my trip in case plans change, so when I click on “My Pass” in the app, I can see the pass for each member of my family, but when I click on “My Trip”, it only asks me to create a trip but I cannot see the one I created on my laptop, where I’ve been reserving seats. Am I supposed to activate my passes so that I can see the trip I’ve been working on in my laptop, or will I have to create a new, separate trip on the app? What hap

I already did 2/4 of my pass but its the first time im using a global pass so i didnt know the meaning of the in and out thing. I choose France for residance country but actually it is Belgium. I know you cant change it and you have to ask for a refund. Is that also possible if you have open trips on the pass? I dont know what to do now.
