Hallo Zusammen! Eine Frage: Kann ich mit dem flexi interrail ticket alle Züge bei - Kaufe Tickets für Züge in Schweden auf sj.se buchen? Beziehungsweise stelle ich mir die Frage, wieso ich gewisse Züge von der Interrail App nicht bei SJ finden kann?

Hello everybody,has anybody evetually travelled on an nightjet? How comfortable are the seats? It is wether a couchette nor sleeper, just a seat. (I would take the 1. class.) Or is it a no go?Thank you in advance for any information.

Hi,I would like to take a sleeper train from Amsterdam to Zurich early May, but the eurrail site and OBB site both say that tickets are unavailable for the night jet. I’ve already selected Interrail/eurrail pass holder for the discount and one-way travel option, but all the night jet tickets are “unavailable”. Does this mean that all the night jets are booked full? What should I do?

Hello Community.  We are a family of 4 planning a European vacation this Summer, traveling by train between cities and countries.  We bought the Global Pass with Eurail and are trying to book an overnight train from Paris to Nice, leaving Paris July 1, 2023 and arriving in Nice the morning of July 2nd. The only option seems to have a stop over in Marseille from midnight to 6am.  We really would like to avoid sleeping in a train station.  What are we missing?  How can we find / book an overnight train from Paris to Nice?Thanks in advance for your support,Gabriel

I am working on trip planning with my iphone and app version 23.0.1. I added 4 of journeys under a travel day. After I turn off app and reopen it, only 1 or 2 journeys randomly left under the travel day. I tried my wife’s iphone with 23.0.1, it turned out the same result.It is not practical to keep either app or my phone active all year long. You claimed he issue has been resolved on 23.0.1, Please let me know why I am still experiencing the same troubles as stated. Thanks.

Hello everybody! Looking find a suitable train for overnight transport from Paris to Copenhagen on 17th April 2023 and all I can find within the app are interconnections via Frankurt-Hamburg route or via Brussels-Hamburg but am not able to find something that will suit a family with 2 kids aged 6 & 8 that would like to avoid transfers in the middle of the night... Thought there must be something that I am missing...  will greatly appreciate any tips to plan this journey with the fewest transfers.Regards.

I’ve looked but no luck, is there any way to know which of these stations do ? Currently I live in Prague but I also have family in Switzerland, travel through Germany etc. so many options might work.Thank you for your help !

If I buy myself an interrail pass from their website, I can normally travel with her, right?I wanna make sure before I buy the pass.Also, how much time before the actual trip should I buy the pass?

Hi there,My phone was stolen and I still have one trip left. I need to use this trip on monday evening or tuesday early morning, as I have a fixed work related event at my next destination. This means that I have no time to buy a new phone as all the shops are closed until tuesday, because of easter…What can I do?? Is there a way to generate the pass through a laptop? Or to print it somehow? The trip is from Vienna to Darmstadt. I will not have access to a phone.Thank you for the help.Best,Rebeca 

Hello everybody,has anybody already made experience of traveling with the Benelux-Interrail-Pass? I am thinking about it and would be grateful to hear about your experience. We (one adult, one young person and a child with a free Interrail Pass) would be staying in the Netherlands for a week an travelling mostly in Zuidholland (also to Noordholland) and would be going to Belgium for a day. We would start our journey in Switzerland.Another idea is to get the Global Pass to begin our journey with.Would the Interrail-Pass save some money? Or are ticket prices in the Netherlands cheaper than the Pass?Thank you very much for any information in advance.

Hi, I am super stressed to get some Eurostar reservations after I noticed that there are NONE as soon as you log in with your pass, and ALL while you are not logged in (I wouldn’t have bought a pass for this month if I knew that earlier) but now I am trying to reach a friend which reservation to take (one costs me 89 euros more because I need to buy an extra full fare Thalys from Amsterdam-Brussels as there are no pass quota reservations left) but I am stressed that the shopping cart will expire before I could book them! Anyone knows? Thank you! 

I booked through the Eurail app and was assigned a random seat in first class. I wrote to SNFC on Facebook and they told me that I have to return it and buy another one but when I do that I get another random seat again.Is there no chance in first class to choose the seat?

Ik ben nieuw hier en weet niet of vragen hier ook in het Nederlands gesteld kunnen worden, maar vooruit maar, ik waag het er op in de hoop antwoord te krijgen.Ik zit namelijk met een onduidelijkheid.Mijn situatie is als volgt. Ik heb een (digitale) Global pass voor twee maanden. Binnen die periode wil ik verschillende reizen maken. Een eerste reis heb ik al achter de rug. Daarbij heb ik mijn outbound/inbound gebruikt (onbegrijpelijk trouwens dat je bij zo'n meermaandenpas maar één keer outbound/inbound kunt gebruiken) Een volgende reis ligt in het verschiet, van Amsterdam naar Heidelberg. Daarover heb ik nu een paar vragen:Als ik het goed begrijp moet ik nu een apart kaartje kopen voor het traject binnen Nederland. Ik heb een Dal Voordeel abo… Is het mogelijk online een NS ticket te kopen met Dal Voordeel? (Want ik kan wel inchecken met mijn OV-kaart, maar uitchecken zal niet lukken aangezien ik dan in een trein zit die de grens over gaat) In het geval van bovenstaande reis, dien ik da

I have 2 x 2month Eurail passes on my app - One for my wife and one for me.Both have their own trips and we have identical journeys saved to each.  When I click the right hand button it adds each of my journeys to my pass and creates a QR code ticket I can generate from my pass tab.when I click the button on my wife’s journey, it has a “something went wrong” message and I am unable to add any of the journeys.My wife also has her pass duplicated within the app (no idea how this happened) and I can’t remove either of them and neither has the option to show ticket (as I can’t add journeys to her pass).  Not sure if this issue is related to the first problem?Cheers

If you have a 1st Class Eurail Pass (7 days in 1 month), are others literally reserving your seat on travel days (the unreserved seat you are occupying) in which this app says "No reservation required"?  E.g. Prague to Vienna today, it seemed as though this was happening all around us.  We got lucky, I think!  

I have purchased interrail one country pass for Italy.Can I use public transport in Rome with Italy Interrail pass? Also in. Other cities like Naples for example.Thanks  

Hi AllOk, I *think* I might be starting to understand how this works.I have a 7 day pass.I go and search for the trip on Rail Planner in the Planning section.Add the trip to My Trip, which adds it to a travel day.Then if it says “a seat reservation is required” for part of the trip, I go to wherever the country rail is and book a seat reservation (in this case LNER).But I don’t need a ticket for the rest of the interconnecting trains if they dont need a reservation because it’s covered under the Eurail day of travel and the train companies don’t think you need to book a specific ticket?Is that right? & how do we continue 1st class on the other legs of the journey if we don't have a seat reservation please?

As strikes continue in France many trains were cancelled and the only train available to us required seat reservations.  We had to get on this train as accommodation was already booked.  Are we able to get a refund? If so, how do we do it? 

Hey everyone, I am trying to book a reservation for the Eurostar from Paris to London on the 14th of January (it absolutely needs to be this date), but the Interrail reservations tools just tells me that there are no schedules available yet. I have been checking the website for a couple week, but they have not been updated yet. On the actual Eurostar page, however, the train times are already available. I am somewhat concerned about getting a reservation, as the Interrail website advises you to book the Eurostar about six months in advance. Can someone tell me when the schedules will be up? I would be very grateful for help!  Eva
