Dears, I want to make Seat reservation for the night train IC 390 which goes from Hamburg to copenhagen on 23 June 2023. (23:56 to 7:03) I tried using DSB and DB sites, both say that reservation is not possible, while Eurail site says that no seat reservation is required. Could you please let me know if there is a possibility to make the reservation or not. Thank you

Hi I’m nervously leaving tomorrow from the UK on Eurostar but I’m confused by the railplanner app and also how to go about planning my trip.When I look at the map of train routes it only shows the major cities, is there a map showing all train routes we can use with a global pass?Also adding ‘trips’, is a trip the global pass or is a trip one train journey?And I bought my eurostar ticket on b-europe and somehow have to add it to my pass?! Confused by it all... 

I have had to add journeys in southern Italy and Sicily manually but when I go back into My Trip later on they have disappeared. Any suggestions?

Hi,I am travelling to Switzerland and Paris during my Europe trip with family. I will be in Switzerland for 8 days and 2 days in paris. During my switzerland stay I would be visiting Mt. Titlis, Tow of Europe, enjoy Glacier Express (reservations done already). visit Montreux )Golden Pass - chocolate train).After switzerland would travel to Paris by train. Considering my extensive train travel, I would like to know which rail PASS I should go for. Is it Swiss pass or EU Rail pass?Can someone suggest me which would turn out cheaper for me. We are three people travelling. (2 Adults and one youth-15 yr old). 

Can I use a 4 days international pass to go from Copenhagen to Enschede? Or do i need to book another train from Hamburg/Osnabruck-Osnabruck/Enschede It is possible to go from Copenhagen to Hamburg, then to Osnabrück and then to Enschede. 

I have purchased a global Eurail pass for 15 days in 2 month period. I want to make reservation for a train from Fauske Station to Trondheim Station on the Norway train website www.vy.no/en. How do I do that? I have found out how to do that on Swedish train website but not for Norway’s. Would appreciate any help for this technical question.

Hello.I will be in Amsterdam for the first time, soon, and am unfamiliar with the practices there.I have a 1st Class Eurail pass, Digital.I will travel from Amsterdam to Brussels.  No seat reservations are required for the IC train.  And the app says that the price of IC trains are already included in my Eurail pass. But can anyone tell me if there is anything that I must do on the Eurail app before I board the IC train?  Since there are no reservations required, and permission to use the train is already included in my Eurail app, then do I simply walk onto the train without a printed ticket or barcode?  Thank you.

On the Forum I read about the ÖBB app as a good possibility to make reservations in Italian trains. Tomorrow we want to travel from Milano to Rom. Seat reservation in the öbb App is possible but I get told: Ticket bitte vorab ausdrucken. Auf A4 papier ausdrucken. My question is: what is the alternativ? If I go to the Station about one hour earlier can I get the reservation too in a Ticket office? How much time does that take?

Hello,I don’t use the old one (expiring soon) and purchased a new one. When I try to book trains, the system seems to be associated with the old one and therefore can’t book with the new one. What do I do? The old one: expires in 10 daysThe new one: Validity period (currently set at Aug 3-Sep2)

There is an error in the timetable. One can not travel from Teltow to Bingen am Rhein by public transport in 20 minutes which it returns. It is 450 kilometers.Where it is possible to report this issue? Chatbot or help centre leads nowhere.Edit:The search was for trip from Berlin to Paris and it was on the web timetables.  

Hello,Can someone please clarify what “1 month” means? Do I have to use my 5 day pass within the same month (e.g., all 5 travel days in March), or if I use my first day on March 18th, I can use it up until April 17th (30 days)?Thanks!

I received an email from SNCF regarding a cancelled train (France strikes) but not on Eurail or on SNCF Connect site can I look up my ticket information (I tried ‘import’ but that failed). I can’t get in touch with anyone at Eurail. How do I proceed? Per the email, neither option is actionable (I did not have a eurail account when I bought tickets): Your train 4655, on 16/03, departing from MONTPELLIER SAINT ROCH to MARSEILLE SAINT CHARLES is cancelled due to interprofessional social movement.We offer you the following options:     Exchange your ticket at no cost, keeping the same departure and arrival stations.      Cancel your ticket, before departure, to get a refund.To do this, go to SNCF Connect or to your SNCF-approved travel agency.

Hello,I have bought an Interrail ticket and now I must connect a trip with the Ticket. But I linked the Ticket with the wrong trip on the website. The Trip is not in the available in the app.Can I delete the trip, create a new trip in the App and connect the ticket with the new Trip in the App?

Hello There,(Sorry for my broken english) That will be my first travel arround the Europe, i have found a little trouble, i`m searching for a train from Interlaken to Venezia Mestre, the train change will be on Brig on destination to Venezia Mestre, the problem is. I really searched for but i couldn`t find the site or how book a seat reservation, maybe i will need make a reservation on the train station on Brig? Thanks for any light I looked in all that sites

Hi, I want to take a tgv on 30/06 from Brussels South (Midi) to Montpellier Sud De France and back again on 02/07.I currently can't make any reservation and it says so on the both the app and the website that reservations can be made 'up to 90 days on advance'. Do they mean by that that I can make a reservation that way  starting from 90 days on advance or literally up to 90 days on advance and not after?I have tried booking directly through Belgian rail and French rail sites but at no point so they ask if I have a railpass. Calling the phone numbers leads to being on hold for longer than I have time for.Is it not possible to book directly through the app or Interrail website?

Hi allNeed to prebook 1st classseat reservations for 2 people with global pass June 2nd Stuttgart to Strasbourg ICE 9572 which is TGV, with limited seats for interrail pass holders.Know its pricey but need to be sure of seats, for few reasons.Tried  DBapp, CD website, OB app and SNCF. Phrases such as ticket not available or the button to book seat res only on DB is just not on screen. Is it just too early or are they sold out? All help appreciated,  cheers

Hi, I bought an interrail mobile pass today due to the -10% discount and received the confirmation to my email. This is perhaps a no-brainer question, but I was wondering that is it okay not to add the mobile pass to my phone yet? The instructions seem to want me to add the pass to my phone right away.I’m only traveling in 6 months and only bought the pass already due to the discount, don’t see the point of adding the pass yet in case my phone changes or breaks during this time. Just making sure that not adding the pass doesn’t cause harm :)

First day of activating on app or first day of Travel?i am New never had app.Can i activat it in app now and Travel in 6 months or i have to active it in app and start to Travel because activating in app means 3 months starts now? I book some tickets and at the final step of the paiement, i got a circle loading my paiement but i never had a email to confirm my booking and an my bank account has not pay this booking. It take a bit time ? Need I to do my booking again ?

I will be traveling using 7 day interrail global flexi pass starting my journey on 24th April.I'm planning to take a night jet train from Rome to Munich(my country of Residence) on 4th May (using the 7th travel day).The train reaches Munich on 5th May morning 9am.I do not want to use Interrail pass for my further journey.My question here if I can complete my night journey (Night jet) by just consuming 1 travel day (7th travel day as inbound journey)?Or do I need consume 2 travel days (6th travel day for 4th May + 7th travel day for inbound journey )? Note : My night journey from Rome -> Munich will be a direct train. Can please check the train numbers are perfect but timing are different on the train Website & RailPlanner, so the point is if I consider real time is on train website - Can I match the (train number and Railplanner train number ) & travel with train shows no reservation required ?   

Hi all! I'm planning to buy a One Country Pass Switzerland. My journey will start in Milan and I'm planning to go from Milan to Zweisimmen via Spiez. It's not clear to me from what station my Pass will be valid. From Domodossola (last stop in Italy before reaching the Swiss border) or from Brig (first stop in Switzerland)? I know I need to buy a ticket with reservation from Milan to Switzerland before using my Interrail One Country Pass. Thank you in advance for your help! Sara
