Hey! Just bought my pass, however, my middle name in the pass is incorrect :(. One letter is missing for some reason..Does anybody know: Can I start making seat reservations via the interail and via travel.b-europe.com regardless?Its kind of urgent, as I intend to start my travel pretty soon. Bonus question: Do I have to put my ID /passport Number somehow into my mobile pass/ the app? Thanks everybody..

Hello. My friend got a problem with registration. We are from Lithuania and we wrote first and last name in our Lithuanian letters like “Š” “Ė”. After her registration is confirmed she saw that Her last name letters got “?” signs. The question is : Is it problem with that “?” letter in identification or no? She is verrified and got QR code and official registration is complete, so no problem with that? Thanks for answer. 

As the Global Pass states:“Global Pass: Travel in your country of residence is limited to 1 departure and 1 return journey (only 2 of your travel days). They can occur at any time during your trip and include multiple stops.” I was wondering if it would prohibit Cardiff → London → Paris? I have no intentions of using to get home, however, this is how I intend to start my trip and so want to make sure it’s acceptable before booking? Thank you!

I bought the eurail pass on January 29th and was charged on January 30th.  I had it sent to my daughters friends email because she and my daughter will be meeting up and my daughter is meeting her after it begins.  How do I get it sent to the correct address? 

Hi Everyone, With my friend, we want to travel with the Sofia - Istanbul express night train. We have a question related to the number of travels days. In fact, during this night train, there are two correspondences : one in bulgaria (plovdiv) and one in Turquey. So, this travel count for 1 or 2 days of travel with the global pass interrail ?  Thanks for your answers. 

We booked 5 Eurostar passholder reservations on the 9044 train departing London at 17:31 on 31 March 2023. That train no longer appears in the app OR the Eurostar website timetable?Is the train no longer running? No one has been in touch to explain or propose an alternative booking.  Do we need to sort that ourselves?can we get the original non refundable reservation fee refunded for a non existent train?Am I best to contact Eurail or Eurostar to resolve?thank you! 

HiI am an Indian Passport holder and I am working in the Netherlands with a Dutch Residence Permit.I am confused if I should buy an InterRail pass or an EURail pass since I have documents that can go with either.In case of EURail, I have my Indian Passport but it does not have a valid visa (since I have a separate Residence Permit). Can I use the EURail pass since it seems to be more beneficial ?

I’m a British citizen & want to travel from my home in the north of the UK> London > Eurostar to begin my European travels. I hear that a Global pass will give you 1 inward & 1 outbound journey. However when i tried to buy a Global Pass, I couldn’t because I lived in the UK.  Am I missing something? Can anyone help?Thank you !

Unfortunately, I entered the wrong birth date by accident and now there is a wrong birth date on my pass. I haven’t activated the pass yet but I want to go travelling in 2 weeks so it is quite urgent.  i already send an inquiry to the customer service but did not get any answer. Hello! I'm looking into buying the 4 days within a month pass, however I need to be able to use the 4 travel days in a 5 week period (from March 24th to May 2nd). I don’t want to buy the 2 month pass because I don’t really need more than 4 or 5 travel days within those 5 weeks. Is there a way to pay a bit extra and extend the usage time? (so I can use the 4 travel days within 1.5 months for instance). Thanks!

I recently bought 8 passes in 2 separate orders and I have 2 trips in my account in the interrail.eu website (that were created automatically). (I am NOT using the Rail Planner app) What I want is to merge those 2 trips into 1 so that I can have all 8 travelers in one trip.I tried to do that by adding travelers to one of the trips, but I always get the error “Your Pass cover number doesn't look right”. I have tried there the pass cover number I see on the back of my pass cover, which starts “I” followed by 8 digits. I also tried the order number that starts with “IN”. Both have failed with the same error.My question is: How can I add all the travelers to 1 trip in your website?Can it be that 1 traveler can only be in one trip? For solving this I tried deleting one of the trips but the website does not let me do that :( Can someone help me achieve what I need? Thank you in advance.

I'm going to be coming to Europe and looking at buying a Eurail pass to cover most of my journey. Looking at going from Paris to London on the Eurostar however the info i have seen seems conflicting.I am told i need a seat resevation and when i look on the planner its around  38 Euros.Then when i researched further im told i need to buy a passholder ticket.1st of i thought Eurostar was free on the Eurail pass but am i expected to also by a passholder ticket plus a seat reservation as indication by the rail planner its very confusing

I was wondering what the breakdown of this is, We have done a little research and from what we can tell ICE usually costs a considerable amount more than 20 USD to get from Karlsruhe; we were just wondering if that 20$ was including the final leg of the journey to paris, or how this cost was calculated?If it is just 20$ USD, is it possible to book through “eurail.com” or will we need to book it through OBB - in OBB we don’t see an option to pay for ICE.  

I purchased a Eurail Global Pass - Flexi for my wife and me.   I downloaded the Eurail app for the first time and added my passport number as requested. However, I don’t see an option for adding my wife on the pass in the app.  Am I missing something?  Any guidance is appreciated.

I misspelled my last name on my paper pass Struckman when it is actually spelled Struckmann. Can I still travel if it’s misspelled by one letter but all of the other information is correct? So then I don’t have to exchange and pay the fee? We also misspelled his name on the seat reservations and would have to pay extra fees to fix those too. If the pass and seat reservations match (misspelled by one letter) is it okay? 

Hi, I am thinking on combining, for the same period of time, a 4-day Global Pass with a One Country Pass. For what I want it is the cheapest option, but I wonder if it’s possible to do that.For instance, I would use 2 days from Global Pass for getting to destination X, then use the One Country Pass in X for a few days, and then use the remaining 2 days from GP. Thank you in advance, Paula

Hi there,sorry if this kind of question has already been answered. So I’m from Germany but I do start my Interrail in France so technically at the start of my trip I’m not using the outbound day. Instead I was wondering if I could just use it at the end of my journey. So the plan would be to use one day to cross the border, spend a few days in another town inside Germany and then use the last travel-day to go back to my home town. TLDR:Day 6: France → German city no. 1Day 7: German city no. 1 → German city no. 2 Would that be all right?

Bonjour, Jai pris un pass global pour voyager cet été 2023 (juillet et août). J’aimerais boucler mes réservations au plus tôt pour ne pas me retrouver coincée par la période de forte affluence et ne plus avoir de places dans les trains. Mais pour l’Espagne, je vois qu'on ne peut réserver que dans les gares. J'habite en France (à La Réunion plus précisément) et je ne vois pas comment anticiper mes réservations et récupérer mes billets. j'ai peur de me retrouver le bec dans l'eau si j'attends d'être sur place pour faire mes réservations, en plein été et donc avec le risque d'avoir des trains qui affichent complet. Merci pour vos conseils et retours d'expériences pour ceux qui auraient utiliser un pass en espagne pendant l'été.  

I’m a resident of Switzerland (Zurich) and plan to travel in England and France during Sept. and Oct. but want to return to Switzerland 3 to 4 times in this period; one outbound/inbound journey is included in the pass which I can use at any time.What I understand so far: to “save” the out/inbound journey I need to buy point-to-point tickets as explained here: https://www.interrail.eu/en/interrail-passes/what-is-interrail/travel-your-own-countrySo if I take a train from Zurich SBB to Paris via Basel SBB but want to avoid the outbound journey then:I’d need to buy a ticket from Zurich SBB to Basel SBB (the “Grenzbahnhof”) and the journey from Basel SBB to Paris would then be covered by my Global Pass If I take the TGV from Zurich then I’d need to buy a point-to-ticket from Zurich to Basel SBB incl. a seat reservation PLUS a seat reservation from Basel SBB to Paris OR I could take a Swiss train from Zurich to Basel SBB and then get on the TGV in Basel SBB with my Global Pass plus seat rese
