Bonjour j’ai gagné le pass interail, je n’arrive cependant pas à réserver, j’aimerai partir de bordeaux le 23 pour me rendre en Italie à ancome pour aller à corfou en Grèce. Pouvez vous m’indiquer comment prendre les billets? 

If I book/reserve a trip from North Germany to Bordeaux, can I stay one night in Karlsruhe and continue the next day, or do I have to leave Germany on the first travel day? If I get off the train on the first day already in Germany, would I have to pay seperately to get to the french border on the 2nd day and charge then my global pass for the 2nd trip (e.g. Strasbourg - Bordeaux)?

Hello, how are you? I would like to know if someone can help me. My family and I will travel to Europe in April, in this case London, and we want to visit Paris and Brussels. Should I buy this pass? How does it work? Thank you very much for your help.

I’m a US citizen (with 3 family members), trying to travel by high-speed train between Paris Gare de Lyon and Barcelona Sants on Apr 3 2023. We are only taking ONE trip during our stay and I cannot figure out exactly what we need to purchase to make this reservation. Do I need a Eurail Global Pass AND a Paris > Barca reservation? It seems like Global Passes are best if I’m traveling a lot over the course of a month or year.  What do I need to buy and in what order? 

With the purchase of a global pass, is it possible to travel to one station by train, continue to the next by another means of transport not included in the pass and then continue by train?Can you also go back home and leave your home country several times?

Hi there! So, me (Student, 23) and my partner (29) want to travel with the night train to Zürich this summer. We are trying to find the best deal and the interrail Global Pass seems like a great option, however, the information is very unclear and I cannot find any verified information (besides the map, which does not confirm if the night train is appliacable) , so I figured I could ask you.😊Can the global pass be used from Praha hl. nádraží (or Ústí nad Labem hl. nádraží) to Zürich Hbf, with no transfers? (we would have to book the sleeper extra, I know that). We would prefer to travel with the EC 458 Canopus (Praha - Dresden - Zürich), but if the only supported route is EC 337 Jižní expres /EN 462/EN 466 (Praha - Salzburg - Zürich), we could take that as well. What trains can we travel with in Switzerland with the same global pass? I would like to book a night train (couchette) in June (Basel to Copenhagen). Although it says that the train can be booked up to 90 days in advance, it seems to have run out of tickets and only shows me the option to reserve a seat. How can I reserve a couchette?

I bought my pass today March 6 for 4 rides within a month. When does the month start? The purchase date? Activation date? First ride date? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Trying to book the ‘reservation needed’ leg (Rotterdam to Antwerp 9.58 train Sat 22 April 2023) of my Leiden to Bruges journey.  Eurail site says no reservations available and can’t get any further with later trains (won’t go to ‘Make Reservation’ option). Tried direct with Thalys, but they are not showing the 9.58 or indeed any other departures at all.  Are there alternative ways of finding out if indeed reservations are all taken, and what the alternative options might be? I’m a newbie (last interrailed in 1974) so just trying to work out the system… Thank you. 

Hello, I would like to explore the Greek Islands with Interrail. For this I found the "Interrail Greek Islands Pass 6 days within one month". However, I would like to travel longer than 6 days in total. I come from Germany and would like to go to Greece via Italy with several days stopover.Unfortunately, the Greek Islands Pass only includes ferries to Greece and the islands, right?Is the ferry trip from Italy to Greece and the domestic ferry trips included in the Global Pass?Can I also use all international and national ferry connections with a 15 day global pass without additional costs?Can I then also use the bus network in Greece with this ticket? Thanks, Maike

I want to travel from Stockholm to Hamburg on the 17.03.2023 and there are no reservations available. Not on the Interrail website or the sj website. Does this mean the train is sold out?

Hello,We are five students who have the Global Pass and want to go to Poland from 23th to 26th of March. We have seen that we have to book a seat on 2 of the trains that we want to get.The problem is that the web page only gives us the option of delivering the tickets to us by post mail and even doing it more than two weeks in advance, when we enter our address (in Germany) the web sais that they calculate that the tickets will not arrive on time.What can we do about it? Is it possible to ask someone to scan it for us to print it? Or send it to the hotel that we’ll be guests at?

Hi, I accidentaly bought the wrong pass so I’ve bought a new one and I’m currently waiting for a refund on the old one.I noticed, when booking my seat reservations through the Interrail site, that it does not ask for a specific pass number at any point. Are seat reservations linked to a specific pass number or are they just linked to my account/my name? I’ve already purchased one reservation and I’m worried it will be linked to the pass I’m waiting to be refunded and not the new one.I’m starting my trip in just a couple of weeks so I’m anxious ro make my reservations but not sure if I need to wait until my old pass is refunded.The reservations I’ll be making are on the eurostar from london to paris and in france.Thanks

Please advice me. I am a singaporean so the full name stated on my passport is, for example, “Tan Wen Xin Christy  ”. “Tan” is my surname. What should be my first name and last name?

Is it possible to activate two journeys in one day?We are traveling in England and plan a long trip to London on the last day. There we want to take the Eurostar and use the Global Pass for the return trip home. Time is a bit short and, if we miss the last Eurostar, we don't want to lose the return trip to the home country.Therefore, the idea, we take a journey to London on one day and, if we get the Eurostar, then activate on the same day the journey to Germany.Does anyone have experience with this?

I am having problems downloading my reservation tickets. Pdf does download but appears to be empty. How to solve this issue?

Hi all, as I read on the page, I see I can change my passport number on the mobile pass, but what if we have the paper pass, and will get new passports?Will there be any problems (germany, greece, italy) travelling with a paper pass with a wrong passport number? We can bring the old (and new) passport with us. Best regards Karina 

I bought a paper pass last year timed for travel from 9 April this year.  Special 50% deal offered at the time. Pass not yet activated. Issued by ATOC. However I now realise a mobile pass is likely to be easier, particularly as I’m travelling with someone who has a mobile pass. I’m going round in circles trying to find someone (other than chatbot which couldn’t answer my question) to tell me if this is possible and how it can be done. Any suggestions, or do I stick with my paper pass?

I activated  my pass and  add all trains to my trip but  when  i try to reserve the seats  there  is  no option to  add to cart

Hi I'm new to interrail & wonder if you can help. I bought a 2 month continuous pass last May & need to activate it by 11 April. So I've booked a flight to Munich on 10th & train to augsburg that day to visit friends. I've not reserved train yet & assume I can change it - is that correct? And can I also change journey completely as long as I activate it bt 11 April? Thanks in advance. Carole
