Hi, I’m Rai, my partner and I are plannning our trip in 7 months time.:Stockholm to Berlin to Prague to Vienna to Ljubjlana to Budapest to Kraków. Journey starting 4th August. ARE WE TOO EARLY TO BOOK SEAT RESERVATIONS?The website, the app, and the individual train station website all have not allowed us to book reservations. They show us the trains and prices but won’t let’s us progress past that. We have already got our passesIf we are indeed too early as we suspect, when should we book? As we then don’t want to leave it too late. thanks! 

Hello! I am looking into whether the 5-day pass is also valid if I start the journey on, for example, July 23, and arrive at the destination on June 24, but there are also transfers in between. In such a situation, does one day or two days already count?When buying a train ticket from Milan to Nice, does the ticket include transfers? There is also a question about the line between Venice and Rome, as well as Rome and Athens. Does this line exist? This option is not shown in the search.

Hello,I am preparing for my first trip from Netherlands tot Firenze Italy.I have bought a pass, activated the pas, set my trip...made reservations for the trip where this was nesssecary.I have only a mobile pass.Ik want to know:do I need to have a paper pass? I travel in the countries : Netherlands - Germany - Switzerland- Italy can i also see on which track in de station my train will be standing?

Hi I’m visitor from Thailand ,I buy a ticket Eurail global pass and activate on app rail planner it ok but when I booking a train it have a problem (in this picture) 

hi guys,i want to travel in eastern europe in march and want to start in germany and go to greece and romania. So I alreaday saw a train from germany to croatia which i will need for an extra stop before going to greece (thessaloniki). But although it is indicated on the europe railway map I can’t find a train from croatia (zagreb) to greece (thessaloniki). I have the same problem if i want to go from thessaloniki to romania (bucarest). do I need an extra stop in between those destinations or are the timetables still not out yet? I am thankful for any help. 

Hi All, I’m looking at the eurail planner app to check out some potential trips. When I click on a train time and click on show facilities. I can see a dot point NRT tariff is applicable for given service (non reservation ticket). Does anyone know if I have a global euro pass does this mean I need to pay additional fee? Please see below as an example.

I have one question:I am planning for Switzerland and Italy trip in the month of May 2023. following will be my itinerary: Zurich - 2 Nights Lucerne - 2 Nights Interlaken - 4 Nights Bern ( Day trip from Interlaken) Milan - 2 Nights Venice - 1 Night Florence - 2 Nights Pisa (Day trip from Florence) Rome - 3 Nights I am planning to Buy 10 Day trip Eurail Pass as I have total 9 days of travel, so if i wants to add Gstaad  and Saanen (Golden Pass train) will it count as 1 Day trip ? What about Grindlewald first and Lauterbrunen are these covered in Eurail pass ? or i have to take tickets for these trains? also what about Lucerne to Engleberg for Mount Titlis?    

I’m still thinking through my route but I’ve started to save my initial trip plan with 5 rail journeys added so far - each follows on from the other. I haven’t activated the pass or any part of the trip yet. I am sure I will want to make some changes to these to add to or reduce some stays once I have the full (draft) trip entered - maybe to stay longer in one place and reduce time in another. I’m just struggling to see how I make edits like small changes, such as time, and keep the entry. I know I can delete journeys and add new ones but that’s long winded. Any ideas?

I am trying to book the trip below through Eurail and I am receiving a message that directs me to the ACP Rail website to reserve the seats.  Manchester Piccadilly > Paris Nord I've spoken to a representative from ACP Rail and they shared that I am unable to book this route on their website with a Eurail pass so I am quite confused on where I can reserve seats. I have tried reaching out to Eurail and despite the chat bot saying I will receive an email, I have yet to hear back.  I am hoping to receive assistance in booking seat reservations. Thank you in advance.

Can I use the 6 day pass from May 15th - June 15th or do I have to use it only within the month of May when I activate my pass? 

Hello. In the fall i purchased the month pass which needs to be unlocked as of May 1st, and i plan on using starting on April 27th. I will be doing more travelling prior to this and realized that I would like to purchase the 7 day one month pass because at that point I would not like to unlock my month pass yet. Is it possible to hold two passes at once?

I want to take the night train from Zurich 21:40 to Vienna 7:58 by Nightjet on the 8th of February. In the ÖBB website it appears as available and let be book it with the Interrail / Eurail - Globalpass discount. But when I try to save the ticket to my pass it does not show in the planner. What can I do?

echoing what several others have said here - i just bought a 2month/15day 1st class global pass.but as i start to look at schedules for all the trips i want to take - MOST of them are coming back with “No Prices Available” because the pass-holder quota of seats (i guess) are all sold out. so - i am starting to question the usefulness of this pass.  just spend $650 - and haven’t been able to find ANY reservations for anu train i’ve wanted to get on (Stockholm - Oslo, Oslo - Bergen, Zurich - Brussels, St Moritz - Zermatt, etc).  for travel in March. anyone else feel this way?  any advice on canceling my pass and getting a full refund?  and just buying point-to-point tickets? Appreciate your advice.  I am a first time user here. NB

Hi all,Recently I bought and received a paper global pass for 7 days in 1 month. You can connect your paper pass in the app and choose to record your trips in either one. My question is as follows: if I wanted to register them in both at the same time, would that be a problem? I like the paper pass as a memento for later, but the app is also very practical. If I would record a trip in the app, but also on my paper pass, would that be wrong?

Hi, Ich habe mich gefragt, wenn ich noch keins meiner Ein- oder Ausreisetage genutzt habe zählt dann eine durchfahrt durch mein Heimatland als Einreise und Ausreise wenn ich dies an einem Tag mache? Oder wird da nur eins von von diesen verwendet und ich kann am Ende des Tickets nochmal Einreisen?  Hinzu käme dass die Einreise ein Nachtzug wäre und die Ausreise dann über den Tag geht. 

Greetings travellers!I have an interrail global continuous pass for 2 months and have a plan to separate my travels for each month. I’m wondering if for example I can save my outbound/inbound ride.For example, my country of residence is Prague. First month of my pass validity I’m going to visit Copenhagen, but I don’t want to use muy 1x outbound ride from Czech Repbulic and save it for later. I’ll just buy a ticket to Berlin by myself and then will take a sleeper to Copenhagen by Interrail pass. Is it possbile?Thank in advance! 

HI. I have read and known that apparently you can’t reserve seats from the actual Eurail planner app(which is frustrating). We will be traveling in April(after Holy Week)  from Milan to Rome, hence, I wanted to reserve seats ahead of time. What is the best site to do this for other trips as well or countries rather(Amsterdam, Paris, London, Brussels, Switzerland from Tirano). Thank you for your response.

Hi there,  We are travelling on three month global passes and keep coming up against the same issue of trying to book reservations on a train that are available to purchase (in this case Krakow to Prague) but we are unable to as it says they need to be posted out and we will not receive in time. We already booked reservations a few weeks ago when going Gothenburg to Stockholm and the reservations were emailed to us. Is there any way around the posting situation? This is becoming very frustrating as it is hindering our plans and journey.  Thank you!!! 

Hello,I have a question about the dates. I have the 7 days in one month global pass.As far as I understood, one month means within one calendar month beginning from the start date (e.g. from July 10 to august 09).I would like to start my trip in February (which has less days). So if I start on February 12, do I then have 30 days to travel (until March 13) or only one calendar month minus one day, until March 11?

Due to bad weather changes in the countries I have been planning to visit I have tried looking at alternate travel destinations I can visit.  i have tried looking for a way to get a cruise to Italy (Rome) for the 7th of February however whenever looking for trains from Athens to the Patras Port I only get options to go to a city halfway (Kiato) and then can not proceed further, it only shows options to come back to Athens.  any suggestions on what I’m doing wrong?

I require a train reservation and the date is not flexible. I can book through the train companies website with a ticket + reservation but I don't have the option to get just the seat reservation!? I have paid almost one and a half thousand aud and I can't even access a train and now I need to cough up another 500 aud just to be able to get to my plane?I need a train from London to Brussels at anytime past 9am on the 24th of Feb. Flight is on the 25th, can’t get to the London St Pancras before 9 on the 24th.

Hello all, I will be travelling from Paris nord to brussels on 13th Feb and i had already booked a train timing from the Eurail main website and paid for seats reservation (as i have the global pass). It gives me an E ticket and it’s u see Thylas plus it fits nicely the Eurail main website and my Eurail app that generates the QR code (which is rare as the app is not up the date), and i’m feeling very relief.  So recently, there have been train disruptions and strikes so i’ve been checking Thylas main website (as that is what Eurail website suggested after you press “train disruptions”)  in order to make sure the train that i had booked via the Eurail website is smooth going and not disrupted. However, after keying in my train departure and arrival station i could not seems to find the booking i’ve made via eurail website using the pass on the Thylas website. Can someone please advise what is going on - does it means Eurail has set aside some booking that don’t appear on Thylas website
