How many times can I book Eurostar during my 3 month pass to exit the UK for 32 euro per person?Is it just the once or can you do it unlimited times?  I know I have only 2 days when I can use the pass in the UK but was wondering if I get to St Pancras using a bought ticket can I take advantage of the 32 euro fare   thanks  

Hi,I purchased a Eurail Global Pass (2nd class).Is it possible to upgrade my ride from 2nd class to 1st class for one of my rides (Zurich to Vienna)?This is because the ride is 7hours+ long and I thought if there is a way to upgrade the ticket to 1st class for just one train ride it will be nice. Thanks

Hi thereI am trying since weeks to make a reservationfrom Nimes to Barcelona (TGV 9713 on March 24th) from Barcelona to Montpellier (TGV 9708 on March 27th) from Montpellier to Mulhouse (TGV 2204 on March 27th)I get always the same error message at the end of the checkout process: “Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later or find another connection. This connection will be removed from your cart.”

I am an English citizen thinking of buying a global pass to visit France ,my question is does the global pass include the Eurostar from London to Paris /I am unsure as this train starts in England. thanks

Anyone else being barred from adding passes to your account, so you can make reservations, by a message to update the app. But when you do, you have the latest version of the app? Can’t see a way out of this? Anyone else manage to break this unhelpful loop?

Hi - My husband and I would like to take the nightjet with our Eurail Pass between Zurich and Berlin on Wed 27 July 2023. I am finding the nightjet web site choices confusing. When the time comes to create the reservation (180 days before the train ride) which option should I pick? We want a two-person accomodation, and do not wish to share with another person. The Interrail website states: “if you have an Interrail Global Pass, you can travel on one travel day to leave your country of residence (outbound) and on one travel day to return (inbound)”, ie “can” not “must”.I live in the UK. I have a pass for 4 days travel in a month. I have started my trip in Austria, ie I do not intend to use an outward journey from the UK as a travel day. The pass now tells me that I only have 2/4 travel days left. Does that mean I have lost one of my travel days, because I have not started my trip from home? If so, the website is unclear and misleading.I hope someone can help!John

Hiya, we are planning to take the night jet from Venice to Munich on 31st May. I tried to book on Oebb but all the fare showing tickets not available. (I have tested with several dates) I also tried to book on Eurail reservations, there was no option of booking seats reservations either. Does the Venice to Munich nightjet open to Eurail pass holders? Thank you 🙂

Hello all, I will be travelling using the Eurail global pass and inside the app it shows a timing that don’t match/show in the Eurail website. I’ll need to book seats reservations on the website and show a QR code to enter the train via the app. I’m just very confused so in this case, should i buy the seats reservations at the timing that’s shown on the website and appear in the train station without the QR code from the app (as the timing don’t match)?  And if i do book the seats reservations on website and turn up on the timing that’s on the web, i don’t have the QR code to enter as the app don’t have the timing on the web, will this be alright to just show evidence of my seats reservation? 

Hi,We bought the 7 day pass on a bit of a whim and are now thinking over logistics. Considering possible taking it down to a 4 day trip instead with us paying some tickets ourselves We are travelling with an 8 and 10 year old and coming from Glasgow. My initial idea was Glasgow - London - Paris on day one but it’s going to be quite a long day so I’m trying to think of alternatives but not sure I can or if I’m picking up the pass rules correctly. I’ve put in bold the days I’m questioning:Idea 1 - reducing down to 4 day pass:Day 1: Glasgow to London and stop over for a night Get the Eurostar (we would pay the Eurostar trip as it’s not much more than the seat reservations would be anyway). Hello everyone, my husband and I are doing a 3-month trip in Europe in April. Recently we tried to get our trip planned and have all the train rides booked and accommodations booked and confirmed. We bought the 1st class Eurail Global Pass continuous pass for 3 month. However, after I activated our passes, I saved some trips to our passes and turned on the button of one of the trips, and I went to “My Pass” section, clicked “show tickets”, I could see the ticket with a QR code, but couldn’t see any button for the payment options for the seat reservation fee. (it does show “seat reservations required with orange colour under the Journeys)Could anyone please advise me how to pay the seat reservation fee on the app to secure the seat as we need to book our accommodations based on the train times. Thank you in advance :)

I want to go from Dresden to Narvik. I want to depart at 7.55 pm and arrive 12.35 pm (2 days plus). The journey takes 40 hours in total. Does that count as two days of traveling?  

Hi all, I’ve activated my pass for my upcoming trip at 10th and the website don’t allow me to visit any dates before 10th feb. However, going to Paris from London is already out of stocks so i’ll want to check the timing on 9th. Will it be possible if i deactivate the pass and activate on 9th? But, will i be able to keep the QR code for the rest of my travel trip after activating at 9th to belgium and amsterdam as i’ve paid for reservations 

Hello, I would like to travel from Copenhagen to Goteborg. I found a train on the Oresundstag company, but when I try to book a seat on Interrail I can’t find the same train. How can I do ? Thank you in advance !

I have booked seat reservations in advance Brussels to Paris on April 25 using the link to Belgian trains provided in this community and had no issue booking the seats, however the seat confirmation lists the train number as 9422 whereas the one I have in my journey is 9322.They are both Thalys, leaving Bruxelles-Midi and 10.13.I am wondering why the numbers are different, I can’t imagine 2 Thalys trains leaving at exactly the same time. If it is this same train will I have an issue with the ticket and seat reservation having different numbers?

Hi all, I’ll be travelling to Paris at 10th of Feb from London St Pancras. However, the app timing and web timing clashes and i couldn’t find a timing that is the same on both side since January. So I’ve waited for February which is today but it still don’t match. Now i’m not sure if I should book seats reservations from the website at 726am and produces no QR code (as i couldn’t find 726am timing in the app that generates a QR code) or should I book 701am in the app and go to the station to make a seat reservation? I’m not sure if i can reserve the seats last minute at St Pancras. Can someone please help me with the following? Should i book at website and produce no QR code in app  Should i save the QR code in app and buy the seats reservation at St pancras  Will the seats reservations confirmed be available for my time slot and if not what should i do?

Hello, I have created a trip and added my friends. But when they tried to activate their pass on the app, they were asked to create a new trip, and couldn’t select mine (even if I added them on it)could you help me ?thanks in advance

We are travelling to Europe from Australia in April 2024. We would prefer to get from Patras to Brindisi by ferry and continue down to Sicily and leave from Palermo to Naples. Has anybody done this route? many thanks, ReneeL

I bought a two months mobile pass on may the 10th 2022, during the sale (50%). The pass has to be activated within 11 months, so latest the 9th of april 2023. Can I travel from that day on? That means can I travel in april and in may 2023? Or do I have to travel within the 11 months, before the 9th of april? thanks for informing me!
