Hi,I’ve broken my phone yesterday evening and I’m travelling today, at 11h26. I’ve contacted the Customer Support by filling up their form yesterday evening when it happened but I haven’t had an answer yet. Do you know if it usually takes time ? Is there another way I can disconnect my pass from my broken device ?Update : they answered 15mn after this message. So thanks to the Eurail / Interrail team for their quick reaction !
I am trying to book Paris to Luxembourg on Sunday 28-May. All the times naturally say reservation required but when I click on them they all turn red and say “seat reservation unavailable” with the blip saying that seats may be sold out. I have checked every train that connects from Saarbruecken to Luxembourg across numerous days of the week and different months and they all say “seat reservation unavailable”. Other connecting trains are giving me the same issue. So I can get out of Paris but the final train to Luxembourg always gives the red unavailable box. Is it really this challenging to get to Luxembourg by train as I haven’t had issues with any of my other routes. Starting to think we might just remove Luxembourg from our trip.
Dear all!It is unfortunate that there are extra costs for purchasing reservations generally - but that by itself is at least somewhat understandable. I honestly struggle though to understand why I am supposed to pay 2€ extra for each reservation I make through the internal portal. Whenever possible I change to the website of the national carrier: But that doesn't always even work, i.e. with Trenitalia or SNCF.Would someone here know why Interrail wants all of us to pay 2€ extra for every reservation made through their portal?
HiI have just ordered 4 passes and having checked out realised that I have had plus added to my order which I did not want - is there a way of getting this refunded? Thanks for any help

Any help and guidance would be very much appreciated.Thank you!
I have created a trip in my Rail Planner app. When it is complete I would like to copy the trip so my travel partner can add it in her Rail Planner app. Is this possible?
Hello, I am trying to add my interrail pass on the gsm application. And an error message appears "update the app to continue". I reinstalled the application 3 times, checked if there were any new updates and I found that the last update had been installed. especially since my phone is less than a month old, so there is no problem on this side. I don't understand and I would love to be able to install my pass on my phone. could you please help me?thank you and have a nice day
I’m travelling late at night, planning to arrive either shortly before or after 12 a.m. in the night.InterRail regulations claim: “If the Pass holder makes an overnight trip pastmidnight and boards a second train after midnight, it is necessary to use two traveldays.“But what if the trains are getting delayed, so I won’t make it in time? This is a question particularly important for the last day of my trip, when all pass rides have been spent. Will I always have to buy an “extra” ride day for my pass, just in case trains are getting delayed? Or is there a regulation in place, relaxing time constaints when trains are getting delayed?
I am planning a 10 day trip to Europe and im covering Switzerland, France and Netherlands. I want to know if the Eurail pass will be valid for all local travel in all these countries as well?
Hi, I’m planning a trip, I have some doubt about inbound/outbound trips and how handle at the best the trip days.Question 1. : I want to go from Rome to Munich within a night trip, but I need to change a train in residence country before midnight, it is still considered a outbound trip / one day pass? Question 2: inbound trip, from Wien to Rome, night trip from Wien to a city, can I stop 6hrs and then take another train to Rome?eThanks for your answers

I want to travel from Lancaster in the uk to Paris on the same day. I live in Lancaster, will this whole journey count as my one outbound journey from country of residence?
Hello,me and my friends from Germany are planning to buy an interrail Ticket to travel through Europe. Am i understanding correctly that we are only allowed to drive one time out of Germany (our country of residence) and then back to germany at the time our Trip ends? If that is the case: Are we allowed to drive multiple times through Germany but only in Order to arrive to another locations? Germany is really central in Europe and in Order to get to some citys we have to drive through Germany again. I hope someone here can help us. Thank you for reading.
Hello, IC 147 (1300 departure) (Amsterdam to Berlin) train was cancelled today for which I had a seat reservation through Eurail. Thankfully they had another train at 1500 which I booked another reservation for on Eurail. However, I would like to get a refund for my 1300 train. When I attempted to cancel the reservation in my account (as per instructions on the website) it stated that I was entitled to no refund. Anyone know how to request a refund when the train was cancelled? Thank you
Hi I bought a pass 4 days within 1 month (flexi pass) only because I travel to Paris once every months. So the pass is free for my daughter (7years old). I travelled in January for 3 days alone. I went to London St Pancras to collect my ticket and I'm planning again to travel in February with my daughter. My question is for how long this pass is available? And for how many trips? On my app it shows thisO/4 used travel days 0/2 used outbound/inbound Please could someone explain how this work? Also in long term which pass I could buy because, as I said I do go to Paris every month.
I have been reading articles on Seat 61, but still feel a bit confused about if 1st class Eurail pass holders can reserve seats in the premium coaches, have meals included, and also use the Sala Club Lounges in Spanish train stations before departure.Below is the screenshot from the article on Seat 61:We will take the train from Paris to Barcelona, Barcelona to Madrid, Madrid to Seville in separate days. We were wondering if we could use the Sala Lounges in both Barcelona Sants Station and Madrid Puerda De Atocha Station. If so, maybe we could book a slightly later train in the morning so we could spend some time and have some breakfast in the Sala Lounges.Thank you in advance :)
The outbound journey and the inbound journey are considered travel days? Yes or no?
Appreciate we’re all different, but I’m planning to spend Easter holidays with family heading from London to Italy. Will probably be London - Paris then on via some route to cover Milan, Venice, Florence, Rome.Return Eurostar at the moment is very expensive (booking late), so wondered if interrail pass would work best. Would like to go one way via Milan and the other via Zurich and the mountains…Are Italy trains relatively cheap on walkup prices?Oh and one of my kids is under 12 so the pass would be free...
Hi,I went through lot of articles on rail pass and comparisons. However I am still confused on whether a Eurail pass, swiss travel pass, saver pass, Italy pass etc. would be better or combinations of any of these or other passes you think is best for my travel (Paris, Switzerland, Italy, Greece). Below is my tentative itinerary. I am also looking for internal travels in all these locations Would greatly appreciate your help and advice with this.Questions:Does Eurail global pass 15/22 days make sense for my trip? Does Eurail global pass cover internal travel within these cities like Paris, Zurich, Milan, Venice (boats/gondolas), Florence, Rome, etc? Train, buses, trams? How frequently we use trams, buses, boats in these cities to be used for major attractions sight seeing? Like I know that for Venice, its all through boats. But how about Paris, Milan, Rome, Zurich, etc? Does Greece even have train connectivity? What's the best mode of transport in Greece? Is it more cheaper to rent a ca
Hi, I bought a pass for 1 month in May and I tried to make some arrangements for my trip in September which appeared in the section “my trip” of Railplanner. However, I have never booked any tickets nor I have made the journey. Yet, now my pass seems to be expired as it said that it was activated the 31th August and ended on the 30th September. As I already said this never happened. What can I do?
