I'm sorry but the rule is not so clear to me.If I have a 4 day pass, does the inbound travel count as a travel day (so I've plan 3 days around Europe and 1 to go home)? Monica 

Hi,Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere already but just trying to check on a detail of how to use the outbound/inbound days on our global Interrail passes - we’re in the UK. I know you can use them for connecting trains to (say) Eurostar, but since we’re planning to return to the UK by air can we use our passes from the airport back home the same day?Thanks

How can I reserve adjacent seats for several people on the Eurostar?

Hello, does someone know, if the Interrail/Eurail Pass will be valid on the new Frecciarossa services Milan-Turin-Lyon-Paris starting on Saturday? When yes, how much will the reservation cost? Thank You!

We would like to travel from Vaasa, (Finland) to Umea by ferry and then pick up the Stockholm to Narvik night train at about 2.00am in the morning.   Is this practical and reasonably easy?  any advice would be gratefully received.Thank you

Hi all,I recently booked a trip for this January 2023 Kiel-Göteborg using the EURAIL coupon at Stena Line.The coupon does not give ANY discount. Answer from Stena Line: “We do not have any contract in place [between us and interrail] for 2023” .I have contacted twice the site https://benefitsportal.eurail.com/ which belongs to the interrail group: no answer. The site is still claiming that there is a 30% discount for Stena Line as of today.Anyone with a similar experience? Seems unfair to keep this advertised as a card benefit imho./Regen 

Hi guys!To put you in context, I'm turning 18 this year and I've decided to do the Interrail as an end-of-school trip for about a month this summer (2023).  I was planning to do it with a friend who will turn 18 in April, so he shouldn't have a problem traveling because by the time summer comes he will already be an adult.  I am still 17 years old, and my birthday is in August, although I had planned to do the Interrail in June or July.  Am I going to have any problem when traveling or do you recommend me to do it in August or September when I am already 18 years old?I would prefer to do it in June or July even though I'm 17 but I don't know if I'm going to have a problem. Has anyone done it like this?  Many thanks!!

Wij hebben een huisje in de buurt van Tomiño en Tui, Galicië Spanje. We zijn steeds met het vliegtuig gereisd naar Porto en huurden daar een auto. De laatste keer hebben we met onze eigen auto gereisd en dat is ons ook goed bevallen. De consequentie is dat we wel op enkele dagen reistijd heen en terug moeten rekenen ca. 2x 2500 km. We onderzoeken nu de mogelijkheid om met de trein te reizen. We stuiten daarbij direct op enkele bezwaren. De vele keren overstappen met bagage (met name in Parijs); het lijkt erop dat je met de trein alleen via Barcelona kan reizen (dat is een behoorlijk omweg); geschikte steden om met te trein naar toe te reizen zijn voor ons Ourense, Vigo, Santiago de Compostella. Het gemakkelijkste zou dan zijn om via SAN Sebastián, Bilbao en/of Pamplona en Leon te reizen. Dat lijkt allemaal niet mogelijk volgens de planner. Kunt u ons adviseren over de meest efficiënte en praktische manier om zo dicht bij onze bestemming te komen. We zijn beiden senioren 60+ en het slep

Hallo,hat Interrail über die Website oder eine andere Plattform etwas zur Erhöhung der Passpreise gesagt? Der Global Pass 4 Tage (Jugendliche)  kostet nun 194 statt vorher 185, der Pass für 2 Monate 575 statt 548. Das kam sehr plötzlich und für mich ohne Ankündigung. P.s: 185 und 548 waren nicht die mit 10% rabattierten Preise, die waren nochmal 10% weniger bei 185 und 548. Danke!

Hi, about to book tickets for a family of 4. Would like a paper pass as have heard mobile ones are more complicated but we are not totally sure of the travel date yet - might be a saturday or a sunday in August.  Can i change it at a later date or if i put the Saturday date, and then we actually travel on the sunday, would that be ok?  It is a 7 day pass within a month and we are travelling for 2 weeks

I need help!!I am a student and a bit broke right now. My Mother and Grandma wanted to visit me in England and I booked the tickets for them. A lot went wrong already and I am just done for the day.  the actual problem was when I booked the seat reservation for the Eurostar. The payment just didn’t go through. So I waited and waited and then followed the instructions on the help page and restarted the whole process. Same problem. Then I decided to use my credit card instead of my bank account even though I need to save that money.  and now it went through 3 times 😭😭 I can’t cancel it and I’m not getting a refund on the page. I don’t find a way to contact somebody helpful and I just don’t have the money to pay for 6 Eurostar reservations.  please help me. How can I get the money back, since it was a technical issue and I just followed the interrail instructions  best Jule 

HiI have not purchased an inter rail pass yet. I am hopefully travelling by train to Istanbul I’m looking on various train websites to book travel from London to Paris and Paris to Munich and Munich to Budapest and can’t find anywhere to add an inter rail pass. I don’t seem to be able to use the inter rail pass...Am I missing something  CheersMorgan

Hi,My question:In case a particular train route is not included in the interrail pass, but a 25% discount offered, does this cost you a travel day on your pass? As you have to apply for the discount at the station upon showing your interrail pass, I think that it will NOT cost you a day of your pass. However, I would like to be sure.Thanks + cheers,Threes 

Hi,I usually book my reservations through the interrail website and can see them in the Reservation Overview page. However none of the reservations I’ve booked over the last few days show in my reservations overview.I’ve received the actual tickets by email, so they have been processed, but because they are not shown in the overview on the website I can’t cancel any if I need to do so.Any advice gratefully received! Hi,I have bought a 1st class pass some days ago. Now, I´m trying to make a reservation for a seat in a train from Budapest to Zurich but it´s says there are no seats available. When I go to the company´s web I can see that there are no more sleep cabins available but there are seats and couchettes. Is there any form that I can make a reservation for that type of seats?

Hi, I'm from San Marino.Can I fly to Prague and start my Global Interrail from Prague to Berlin?Can I don't write "outbound journey" because Czech Republic is not my country of residence, but write only "inbound journey" ?  

Looking for the cheapest /easiest way to get form London to Berlin with Eurail pass. I was figuring Friday January 13th and coming back that Monday but not finding any sites that will plan the whole trip and a little confusing for figuring out which stations/trains are the easiest/cheapest/available to go on while using Eurail pass. Seems like alot of airline flights would be a cheaper quicker alternative but wanted to enjoy the countryside ride 

Urgent help please - the website won’t allow me to buy a pass and the sale ends today. I want a three month global pass (from Australia).

Looking at booking a seat reservation on Eurostar journey Brussels to London on 1st June and they times they mention on the rail planner app are different to those specified on the Eurostar site for that day. Hi, I have a problem  about my pass. The duration of my pass is from 23 December 2022 until 22 January 2023, but today is 02 January 2023 and it shows that my pass is expired so I can’t add any new travel day. Is there any way to fix this? I’ve contacted the customer service, but I didn’t get any reply yet and I am traveling today. Thank you.

If I use snälltåget, does this trip count as a travel day? Or can I use snälltåget just as long the pass is activated?The trip is considered as a travel day if the trip is listed on my mobile pass. But if I travel with snälltåget, I have to buy a separate ticket via your webpage, and snälltåget from Stockholm to Berlin isn't listed in the mobile app.
