Hi all,My Eurostar just got cancelled for tomorrow 3rd January, last day of my interrail pass. I can only rebook on January 4th, do you know any workaround to include it in the pass still?Best wishes,Julien 

Hi, I’ve sent an email to customer service but not sure if they reply quickly enough. Is there a contact number?I boarded my train for Bratislava from Krakow an hour ago which I have a separate train ticket for to my pass. But stupidly I also added it to my pass so I had the time schedule easily accessible but now it’s activated a day that I didn’t need - I immediately took this journey off my plan but it didn’t give me the day of travel back. I’m having a huge panic now that I won’t have enough days left for when I actually need them :( I’ve seen that a few people have had something similar happen and onlycustomer service can intervene. Does anyone have any other way of reaching them other that email. I have a severe anxiety and really wishing I had just wrote the time down on my hand instead. Feeling really stupid now. Thank you in advance! 

After seeing many posts with advice on calculating the value of buying tickets v buying a pass I actually went back over my last pass ( a 10 days in 2 months first class pass) and, using 2023 prices, worked out three options - Pass + reservations, Earliest non-flexible fare for the same trains and the fully flexible fare.The details for anybody to check are below but the summary is - First Class pass plus reservations would cost 663 euros, Early saver fares (No exchange or refunds) would cost 940 euros and fully flexible tickets (the closest to the flexibility offered by a Global pass) would cost 1804 euros.I appreciate this is only one personal itinerary, and in Western Europe, but it may help newbies to see how to do the calculation on the perennial question of pass v tickets.It might also help show how reservation fees add to a typical itinerary. We took many optional reservations so added them in.For the record we took 2 separate one-way journeys with the one pass.     PASS

Hi. Italian railways lists short 2hr train trips from Florence to Milan, but the Eurail app only lists 5+hr trips. How do i book on the shorter service if it isn’t listed in the Eurail app?Thanks for your help.

My girlfriend and I will be travelling Europe from England in July this year. Now I don’t mean to sound stupid, but I can not seem to grasp or understand the idea of the pass, reading the reviews you pay for a global pass but then still end up paying out a shed load in reservation costs?can I use the pass to access all trains and do all trains require reservation? Is this pass worth buying to travel for a month round Europe, 8 different countries? Is there any tips anyone can recommend for doing this trip? (Planes are a no go due to medical issue).   

Hi there I am looking for trains Marseille to aix En Provence and I am asked to reserve a seat for 12 eur, on the high speed train. Checking the tgv website, a new ticket costs 9 eur. How is that possible?

Hello is it possible to postpone my pass ?

I plan to leave UK by Eurostar from St Pancras. My train to London arrives at Euston. Can I use my pass on this train even though it arrives at a different station in the city. 

I am planning a trip for August, from the UK and then taking 2 weeks to travel down to Croatia. We are then flying back from Croatia to the UK.From research I think that we can leave from our local train station, head to London and then on the eurostar to Paris and that is fine on our interrail ticket, as long as it is on one travel day.When we come back, we are flying from Croatia to Luton and then need to travel back to Cornwall. Again it will be in one day so can we use our Interrail pass to get from the airport to London,  change trains and then down to Cornwall. I think we can but wanted to check 

Hello everyone, my wife and I, along with my elderly parents will be traveling to Europe in late March - Early April arriving via a Cruise Ship. We plan on staying in Barcelona for 2 days and then taking the train up to Paris and staying there for 4 days. My question is can you take mobility scooters on the train from Barcelona to Paris? Also is it feasible to use the local metro to get around with the scooters as well? My parents are 91 and 87 respectively and walking any distance can be difficult for them. Thanks Jerry

Does anyone know the reservation fee of the Rest Compartment of the Bergensbanen (Oslo to Bergen) or the price for a normal seat reservation form Oslo to Bergen in July (peak season)?On several websites you can only see the reservation fees of the next couple of months, so only off-season. I guess the price will differ quite a lot...Thanks

Italia Notte - reservations for our intended trip are open on trenitalia but not visible on Eurail? How long does it normally take for them to shownup on this site? ( we are looking to book 1 x 2 berth deluxe and 1 x 3 berth deluxe on thr Rome to Palermo 20:31 departure on 6 April 2023. )the special fares on Trenitalia are still more expensive in this case than the pass holder reservations at this point   thank you

Hi, i’ll be headed for europe this February and as i’m about to purchase my tickets for a Disneyland pass, it seems like the ticket is unavailable for purchase via the Veltra website https://feature.veltra.com/en/promotion/europe/paris/disneyland-paris/. Ik heb een mobiele pas en ik heb mijn eerste reis gekoppeld aan mijn mobiele pas.Echter mijn tweede reis koppelen aan mijn mobile pas lukt niet.Wat kan hiervan de oorzaak zijn?Bijvoorbaat hartelijk dank en een gelukkig nieuwjaar.

Are there restriction when travelling with a snowboard on the trains? We are taking trains through Central Europe and will be packing our snowboards along with us. Do we need to reserve additional space? Thank you!!Alexis and Hayden :) 

Are there transfers like trains or trams, from Prague city centre (Prague Hlavni Nadrazi) to the airport and does this need to be pre booked? 

I’m planning on adding a stop to Pisa but using alternative transport instead of the interrail pass so it doesn’t use up one of my travel days. I want a one way ticket to Pisa from Florence. I’ve looked into flix bus but the pick up stop is very far away from where I’ll be staying. Are there trains which will take me there instead and do these have to be booked in advance. thanks.   

We are planning a trip to Switzerland in May.  We will be traveling from Paris to Berne.We would like to extend four to five extra days and travel on a couple of the Switzerland Scenic train trips.Can you tell me if we should have a Swiss Rail Pass or if the Eurorail will work as we will use that to get from Paris to Berne?Can you recommend three days of travel on trains, boats, etc that would get us to see the best of Switzerland and start and end up in Berne? We are senior citizens and really do not plan on hiking or doing lots in many cities, just seeing the views and getting off and on for meals and overnight. Thank you.   

I’m on an overnight train from Paris to Vienna and the conductor still hasn’t come around. It’s getting close to midnight and I’m worried when he asks to see my Eurail mobile pass it will not be there as the “travel day” will be over. The last pick up station is just after midnight. Is there anything I should or can do? I have our seat reservations, but what makes me most nervous is that this is the first time I’m adding a journey manually, as it was not in the rail planner app. Has anyone run into this problem before of a conductor not coming around until after midnight?

I received a 5-day interrail as a prize from a contest and would like to know If it's possible to turn in into a 10 days over two months pass and pay the extra supplement?

What’s the best way to get from Naples airport into the city centre (preferably Napoli central). Are there busses/trams that can take you, if so are they easy to find and do you have to pre book? Is this walkable as google maps says this is a 50 min walk.
